I just bought my first home and shopped around at several places that had strong reputations. I decided to call Mortgage Warehouse and see what they could offer me. Tom Cerbo was the person who answered when I called and was the only person I had to deal with throughout my entire home buying process. Tom was very straight forward and honest about everything. I never felt like I was being played with or mislead in order to get him more money. He made me one offer and it was by far the best offer of any of the other 3 or 4 lenders I looked at. The other lenders made 2nd and 3rd offers and still couldnt match the loan I got from Tom. Tom was very organized and stayed on top of everything. Items were completed within a day or two of them coming up. I was very impressed and have already recommended Tom and Mortgage Warehouse to several friends who plan to buy homes in the next year or two. Buying a home is a very stressful process and Tom made the process very easy and as stress free as possible. I highly recommend!

Nowhere else I would go for my home loan/refi needs. Ive used Jennifer McKinney a few times now, and never been disappointed. She is fast in response, professional in accord, and friendly in nature and communications. Ive always gotten really good rates, and shes been able to custom work my loan to what my current financial needs/situation were at the time each time Ive worked with her for financing. All the eSignatures make things super easy and fast for loan application process. Uploading documents was a breeze, and the support team that collected them all certainly reflect the same great qualities as Jennifer. I love the new video system for both loan updates as well as an excellent walkthrough of Closing Documents once it was complete. Paperwork is no longer a nightmare! There are few companies I would support wholeheartedly and without question...this is one of them

There were three things I wanted when I refinanced my house: a good rate with low closing costs, an easy process, and a quick closing. Jennifer and her team delivered on all three: 1) I shopped around with some big banks, nobody could beat Mortgage Warehouse s rates and closing costs. 2) All the documentation and information that they needed, I provided online. We electronically signed everything but the closing documents. It was an incredibly fast and easy process. 3) From start to finish, my re-if took about half the time I expected. What I think helped the most is that if I emailed a question, they would get back to me before the end of the day or the early the next day. That s waaaaay faster than my experience with other lenders. I have referred Mortgage Warehouse to several family members and friends. I was very happy with my experience and they will be my first call for mortgages / re-financing in the future.

19 business days from the first call to Tom Cerbo to signing the closing documents for my refinance! That has to be one of the most impressive timelines in the market, period. It is a testament to what Tom Cerbo is capable of achieving because of his commitment to excellent service and unparalleled knowledge of the industry. This was the second home refinance that Tom executed for me in the past eight years, and both were awesome. Tom was not only efficient and professional; he also got me an extremely competitive interest rate and was able to comp 100% of the closing costs. I honestly don t know how the deal or process could ve been any better.

I worked Tom Cerbo (Big T)! It was an amazing experience and I knew I was in good hands since the first time we talked. In our first call he let me know what to expect for our refinance and that it would happen in less than 30 days. I was honestly not buying it since we had just terminated a refinance that was taking over 6 months! But Tom came through better than expected and let us get an appraisal waiver and we ended up making ~5k on the refinance and $300 off of our mortgage payment and moved out of PMI! Literally everything he said he was going to do, he did it! By the way it only took 3 weeks to close on the refinance compared to 6 months! Tom has all my mortgage business going forward!

***Saving almost $700 a month on our payment ***Completely Dropped making PMI payments ***Dropped to roughly a 3.1% from a 4.625% ***No/Free appraisal ***No Fees ***From the start of the process to the finish (from when I first called him to signing at closing) was maybe 2-3weeks!! Super fast, Super Awesome, Saved a ton, Everything went super smooth All you need to know is one name: Tom Cerbo! This was our second time working with Tom and both times he literally smashed it out of the park and hit a home run in the world of mortgages! No exaggeration! This 2nd round with Tom was truly amazing. He will forever be our mortgage guy for as long as he is in the business. Much thanks to Tom and Mortgage Warehouse for literally saving us thousands of dollars! We are beyond amazed at our new loan! Thank you! ***It should also be noted that we don t live in the Louisville area. We are about 2 hours away but still in the KY area. ***The first time we used Toms services was a couple years ago. I was looking for a good company to refinance with and just happen to come across Mortgage Warehouse and all the good reviews for a man named Tom Cerbo. So I decided to give it a shot and everything worked out wonderfully. The first time he helped us get straightened out from a jacked up loan from another mortgage provider that we used because our realtor at the time recommended this other company. But this second time with Tom was purely because we knew we could get a better loan after seeing how much rates had dropped in light of coronavirus. Turned out to be an excellent decision!!! We no longer are wasting money paying PMI payments, we are saving almost $700 a month on our mortgage and our rate significantly dropped. Not to mention the couple added perks of basically getting to skip a month on making a mortgage payment, but than also, a big escrow refund. Now obviously, you could reinvest that refund into your loan, but because unforeseen things and a major motorcycle accident we really needed some extra money to help pay for medical bills. And not only that, our truck got totaled in the middle of this process and Tom helped us navigate that so we wouldn t accidentally do something to jeopardize our loan going through successfully. So needlessly to say, we are extremely grateful for the work Tom did for us. Without a doubt, we will most certainly use him and Mortgage Warehouse again in the future.

I have only done 2 reviews in my life as I usually don take the time to do them but I felt so strongly about the professionalism and the communication from my broker Jenifer that I just had to let anyone know about our wonderful experience with her. This not only was by far the best mortgage experience but maybe the best business experience that I have had being in the business community for over 30 years. I have never felt like a client and not just a customer in such a short time. She explained every detail of my loan and process that a 3rd grader could understand. Jenifer kept me up to date on everything that was going on behind the curtain every step of the way. I NEVER once had to wonder what was going with my loan. She even sent a video along with the closing disclosure and went thru every line item on there to make sure everything was clear to me and my wife. I even told the closing attorney about the video and they were shocked and very impressed at her going way beyond the call of duty. Recently did a refi with TC. The whole process was done in maybe 3 weeks. This was the easiest, quickest best mortgage experience I have ever had. I will recommend to anyone and everyone. I would not recommend them to any one, John made us feel like we where doing him a favor. Not once did they make us feel like we where important enough to give us every effort possible. He thru one proposal at us when i questioned some of the content the response i got back was a rejection letter. My credit score was mid 700s no lates and great LTV. If you wanna feel like a number call them.

I recently had the privilege of working with Tom Cerbo at The Mortgage Warehouse on a refinance. I was able to refinance my existing mortgage along with a HELOC into one loan at a fantastic low rate. I had the privilege of doing business with Tom Cerbo and I couldnt recommend him more. From the beginning, he looked out for my best interest. Speaking of interest, Tom was able to get me a great rate that I am very happy with! I had purchased a house at an estate auction and had 30 days to close on the loan. The auction was on a Saturday, so I contacted Tom on Monday. We had to wait for the inspection to be completed which took a few days away from Tom being able to work on my loan, but he worked around it. He stayed in constant contact with me about documents that were needed and where we were in the process. He stayed positive and let me know they he would take care of me and get my loan completed by the deadline. There were a few holdups during the process (delay of getting appraisal due to seller) but he made sure to do what he could to speed things up as much as possible. He kept up with the underwriting process and let me know where we were and what we needed to get things done! He definitely got it done! He works hard for his clients, and if you do the same for him, it only makes things easier. All in all, he got my loan completed (from app day to approved day) in less than 30 days which is unheard of. Tom has a client for life in me.

Refinanced my less-than-one-year-old loan with Mortgage Warehouses Tom Cerbo and my family and I are very pleased with the results-and the money we saved! Tom is exactly the type of person with whom you want to do business. Hes honest, straight-forward, and very knowledgeable to the ways of the mortgage business. We ran into a few snags along the way and Tom knew exactly whom to reach out to and, if it was something he couldnt handle directly, he made sure to give me exact directions or words to say to help the process move along. All you need to know is Tom Cerbo!! But seriously... extremely satisfied with our decision to go with Tom and Mortgage Warehouse. The process was fast and hassle free. We did a refinance because we felt that we got screwed on our first mortgage(that was with another company) and man, unfortunately were we right! The amount that Tom saved us is mind boggling. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to use Mortgage Warehouse. We live in another county, about 2hrs away from Louisville and we only had to make one trip up there. And that was to close on the loan. Everything else was done through DocuSign, which made the whole process super simple. Tom was great to deal with. I got in touch with Mortgage Warehouse about a re-fi on my home. I was contacted by Tom Cerbo and right off the bat he was listening to what I was after. I had tried to get my PMI off of my loan with my previous mortgage company, but without success after being in the home 5years. He was a man of his word - never once did what he tell us change and when we got to the closing table there were no surprises. The Mortgage Warehouse was fantastic! Ask for Tom Cerbo (he is the one you want)! We have closed two homes and Tom took care of us like family on both. There is no one else I would use or recommend. Chances are, youll initially be attracted to The Mortgage Warehouse because of their low rates and low closing costs. But for me, the best thing about TMW is the people that work there. Having refinanced with them multiple times over the past 10 years, I have tons of examples that I can provide about how awesome their team is. But there are two that really stand out for me that I want to share. When I first heard about TMW, I was drawn in by a No Closing Costs offer that they were running. Figuring it was too good to be true, I sent an email to their corporate address with probably 10 questions about their company as well as the mortgage process. Someone easily could have e-mailed me back answers to those questions. But they didnt. I received a phone call from the owner of the company (Scott) the next day, and he spent almost an hour answering each question that I had. Throughout that refinance process, I probably had 20 additional questions for Scott, and each time he called to speak with me personally to ensure that I understood the answers and was comfortable with the process of refinancing. I recently ended up moving out of Kentucky, into a state in which TMW does not operate. As I was looking to buy a new home, I reached out to Scott to see if he could recommend any mortgage companies in my new location. Although there were no companies that he could recommend, Scott didnt stop there. To my surprise, Scott ended up researching mortgage companies in my area, and then contacted one of those companies to ensure that they were a good place to refer me. I was floored. He literally went out of his way to help connect me with a reputable company when there was nothing to gain for him or TMW. THAT is why (if I ever return to Kentucky ) I will never choose any company other than The Mortgage Warehouse for my mortgage needs. And THAT is why I recommend you do the same.

Several years ago I heard about the No Closing Cost loan from Mortgage Warehouse on 840 WHAS. The interest on our current mortgage was about to jump up and we wanted to refinance. We called Mortgage Warehouse and Tom Cerbo answered the phone. He helped us get a great rate with no closing costs and just made a great impression on us. Our overall experience with John at Mortgage Warehouse was remarkable. From the questions that we had about purchasing a new home, to closing everything went as smooth as possible. He had our closing done in 3 weeks when others were saying 30-45 days and we extremely thankful that he was able to complete the process correctly and in that amount of time. Mortgage Warehouse, and Tom Cerbo specifically, provided a great experience for my home refinance. The process could not have been easier. Excellent and friendly communications. Much of the process was handled online and via email. I got a speedy appraisal as well as my closing appointment. In the end I saved a percentage point on my loan. I have and would highly recommend Tom and Mortgage Warehouse for a refinance.

My husband and I just purchased our first home ever. We had some guidance from my parents but ultimately, we were on our own and had a lot of learning to do. Unfortunately, our realtor didnt have our best interest at heart. Our realtor highly recommended that we use Century Mortgage and being new homebuyers, we assumed that following his instruction was a safe bet. After talking to my dad about Century Mortgage, he was a bit leery of us going with them, especially after he discovered that they lost a great deal of our paperwork, had the wrong social security number written in our documents and canceled on our scheduled meetings on three separate occasions. My dad said, Katy, you need to shop around. You can t just go with the company that is most convenient; you need to feel good about this decision. So he suggested that I shop around but he insisted that I at least look into Mortgage Warehouse. My dad said he has worked with Mike Roberts from Mortgage Warehouse on his last two home purchases and he was wonderful to work with. After hanging up the phone with my dad, I immediately looked into Mortgage Warehouse and read some wonderful reviews but the best review of all, was from my dad. If my dad is recommending me to someone, this means they are the best. I was disappointed in myself for not doing my homework and for not exploring other options but as a new homeowner, you get ahead of yourself. You want the process to move fast because it is so exciting, but the truth is, most people are not looking out for you. I can now say, with absolute certainty, that Mike Roberts from Mortgage Warehouse will do everything is his power to make sure you are getting the best possible deal; he is looking out for you! My husband and I were one signature away from signing our loan with Century Mortgage and switching (even though it was very last minute) will go in the books as one of the best decisions I have ever made. After looking over the loan terms from Century Mortgage with Mike, he informed me that there was an extra $3500 that we were going to have to pay for simply using their services. We went over the loan terms, in person with an agent from Century Mortgage, and not once was this additional cost mentioned. Mike was appalled by the terms and was eager to help us get back on track and moving in the right direction. When we broke the news to our realtor that we would be using a different mortgage company, he was livid. I received many messages from him saying it was too late for us to switch and that we would be in breach of contract, etc. I forwarded these messages to Mike and he said, Don t worry Katy; I ll take care of it. Several emails were exchanged between my realtor and Mike (that I was copied on). Mike handled himself with class and to be perfectly honest, he made my realtor look like an amateur. Mike has clearly been in this business for a very long time and his reputation is far more important to him than the money. When you are buying your first home, there is so much to learn and so many people who are eager to screw you over, like our realtor. Mike, however, has made this experience so enjoyable and I now know more about owning a home than I ever thought I could. He was more than willing to go over any question or concern that I had and answer in terms that I could understand/relate to. I feel like his job title should also include, mentor because that is what he did, he mentored us through this entire process. It is always good to shop around and learn as much about a company as you can before making a decision but in this circumstance, there is no need. Don t shop around, because you will eventually end up choosing to work with Mortgage Warehouse.

My goal for this loan was speed. I wanted to close in 3 weeks, and plan to close this loan the day after closing on my current house. I also wanted to get a competitive rate with low closing costs, but my first priority was speed. The Mortgage Warehouse delivered all three as promised on the very first phone call. They gave me daily updates and tips to keep things moving. What is even more amazing is that no obstacle or hurdle deterred them. As things changed with my prior home closing, The Mortgage Warehouse just rolled with the punches and kept my timeline in tact. My realtor and title company were also very impressed. I will recommend The Mortgage Warehouse, and Tom Cerbo in particular without hesitation to anyone looking for a mortgage or refi. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had as a consumer.

Our loan was handled by Tom Cerbo and we could not have been more pleased with both the loan process and the outcome. My husband and I compared rates among lenders, and not only did Mortgage Warehouse provide us with a no closing cost loan, but they offered us a significantly lower rate than other lenders. Another great advantage to working with Mortgage Warehouse was that, in contrast to other lenders who complicate the process by passing you back and forth among staff members, we worked exclusively with one loan officer throughout the entire process. Tom was honest and knowledgeable, and was consistent in his swiftness to respond to our questions and needs, which enabled us to close our loan well in advance of our 30 day window. John Bollinger of the Mortgage Warehouse is the Jerry Maguire of mortgage loan officers. Not only did he show me the money but he also provided the 1 to 1 care that Tom Cruise gave Cuba in the movie Jerry Maguire. Although John works with several people at once, you will feel like you are his only client just as in the movie. John is a blast to work with which I hope is reflected in this review. Choosing Tom Cerbo was literally the best decision we could have made in our home loan process. My wife and I had initially decided to get our VA loan with USAA who royally butchered the entire process. Frustrated and upset, I ditched USAA and called Tom after getting a referral from a co-worker. He worked his magic to get our closing completed within 3 weeks. For those of you new to VA loans...3 weeks is unheard of!!!! Tom was on-top of the entire loan process every step along the way. He was extremely responsive to email/phone communication, and ensured we were well informed during all parts of the loan process. I was a little hesitant to use a correspondent lender, but am glad I trusted Tom. The best thing was that we had to bring $0 to the closing table.

I did a home purchase with Tom Cerbo. Smooth as butter. I spent four years in mortgage banking, and Tom is a top notch mortgage banker. He does NOT practice bait and switch tactics--he will tell you straight up. Tom was able to get me $0 closing costs, a very fair rate considering no closing cost credit. I enjoyed working with Tom, and The Mortgage Warehouse to get my home purchase done. The loan was done start to finish in a matter of weeks. The Mortgage Warehouse is great, but unless you ask for Tom, you are truly missing out. Would recommend to anyone.

I have refinanced or closed on a house with 4 different banks over the past several years. Mortgage Warehouse was by far the easiest to work with, had competitive rates, and provided a no cost refinance option. When rates are dropping, this is a very easy decision. Working with Tom Cerbo was easy, he is extremely knowledgeable about the industry, answers questions and provides feedback immediately, and followed through with every commitment and statement that he made throughout the process. Just finished a VA Refinance with Tom Cerbo at Mortgage Warehouse. This was probably the best experience Ive ever had with a Mortgage. We bought a small piece of land about a year ago and the stuff that bank put me through was crazy. This loan with Tom was much larger then that one but it was so much easier with Tom and the Mortgage Warehouse. He estimated the payment almost to the penny and the closing date to the date when the process first began. Couldnt have ask for a better experience.

I would highly recommend working with Matt Pell at Mortgage Warehouse. He was very professional and knowledgeable and it made working with him easy. We had a few bumps in the road when we were buying our home, but with Matts help and knowledge we were able to get everything processed and closed in very good time. Because we had such a favorable experience the first time, a year later when interest rates dropped again, we didnt even think twice and called Matt again. The refinancing process was smooth sailing and a piece of cake. We are very satisfied with how we were treated and because of that Matt at Mortgage Warehouse will always be the first person we call if we need to buy a home or refinance again.

We had a great experience working with Tom Cerbo at Mortgage Warehouse. We spoke to both our bank and our insurance lender about refinancing but closing costs were to high. I was skeptical that Tom could really close our loan without any costs but except for the appraisal, no money left our pocket and now we have a smaller payment and shorter loan time. Our loan was closed quickly and with very little hassle! Wish we had done it years ago!!

Excellent Service and Fast Turnaround are just some of the phrases that come to mind when describing my Loan experience with Tom Cerbo and The Mortgage Warehouse. He helped me from day one when my wife and I signed a sales contact on a new construction home. When that process took up to 6 months longer than expected, Tom was right there with us making sure that we had everything we would need when the time finally came to close. There was never an email or phone call that was not responded to instantly and when the time came to close he nailed it and got us in our new house. We really appreciated his help and attention to detail, but when it comes to working with Tom, we would expect nothing less. Thats why we were repeat customers! While working with Tom on multiple loans, I can not see why you would go anywhere else and work with anyone other than Tom Cerbo with Mortgage Warehouse.

I have closed two mortgages with Mortgage Warehouse,Tom Cerbo was my representative, within the last 15 months. My last loan was closed in 23 days. WOW and IMPRESSED is how I feel. I couldnt have had a more professional and courteous representative who really was my business partner in the deal. Mortgage Warehouse kept true to their commitment and came to the closing table with a sizable credit toward my closing costs. I told Tom I would be back in the future.

We recently relocated from out of state, and Mortgage Warehouse was recommended by a realtor. We were hooked up with Tom Cerbo, and he did a fantastic job! It was a long process, and Tom was on top of every detail along the way. He made us aware of every issue that might affect our loan throughout the process. He caught an error on our credit report that popped up between pre-approval and closing that would have had a significant negative impact on our loan by doing unsolicited follow up on our credit to make sure everything was in order. We were able to clear it up before closing and it saved us thousands of dollars. When we finally found a house, Tom worked through multiple options with us until we found one that allowed us to free up cash for improvements and still keep a monthly payment that was within our budget. Tom will have you covered with every detail, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new mortgage/refinance.

It was breeze working with Mike. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process and knows every step in the process. I was apprehensive initially when my Realtor told me that Mortgage Warehouse offers zero closing cost loans. I was thinking that there has to be a loop hole, how can they offer zero closing costs and yet so competitive mortgage rates. The truth is that there are no loop holes at all in what they offer, the rates that they offer are lowest in the market and at zero closing costs. I compared them with every other lender out there but no one could match their rate and they did not even want to discuss zero closing costs. I feel fortunate that my Realtor recommended Mike Roberts (Mortgage Warehouse) to us. I also had a tiny ding in my credit history and Mike actually went the extra mile to help me fix it before we closed on the house. Because of that I actually got a great PMI on my loan as well. I was also very impressed by how soon he had our loan processed. Due to some things that came up in home inspection a lot of time went by going back and forth with the sellers which had left us a very short time to process the loan. With Mikes expertise he had everything processed in less than a week s time. He is really very knowledgeable in his area and everything that he does I would highly recommend him.
