I was told for years that I was not eligible any longer for a VA loan. I was always running around gathering documents and sending them to the mortgage lender. Everything went well. Minus not being consulted on how money was broken up between down payments and closing costs. We expressed to our realitor that we wanted to pay closing separately from the down payment. Instead of including it in the down payment. I was told it would make the process take longer if we changed it to our wishes. I assume this was a communication issue. I wish we could of been educated early on on how the money transfer for down payment process works. We dont normally transfer that amount of money in our daily life.

Ryan Wheeler and Chris White with United Residential Mortgage were great to work with. They provided great advice and guidance from the beginning and were both quick to respond with answers to our questions throughout the mortgage process. I tend to over-analyze things and both of them took the time with me to make sure I understood all the possible answers and angles to approach our mortgage, even helping us attain a lower mortgage rate as a result. This was our first refinance and United Residential Mortgage made it very convenient and easy. They took all info over the phone. We were able to submit all docs needed through a secure portal setup by them; and they came to our home to sign closing docs. Also helpful were the short videos they sent to us; when our loan was moving through each phase to give us an idea of what was happening. If looking to buy first time or refinance look no further!!

I wish there were A way to give these guys a better rating than 5...we were assured by Ryan and Chris-and these two hustlers don t play around when it comes to closing on your loan. They will do ANYTHING (legally) to get you to close on time or sooner. We ve bought 6 homes in 13 years and I ll go ahead and tell you I ve had some pretty rockin mortgage brokers but these guys take them all. Second to none. Chris responded to emails in a flash. Ryan called my husband back within minutes of filling out our loan application and with in 25 days we were closed on our loan-even though we had SEVERAL bumps in the road we immediately got them handled and got on to closing-I can t say thank you enough!!

The team at United Residential Mortgage were amazing with staying in touch by communicating next steps in order to proceed with the loan application. Both Ryan and Chris were responsive to return calls or emails to answer questions as well. But then when I found United residential mortgage they put all my fears to rest. I would never go to anybody else but them for any future purchases.
