I pride myself on 5 Star reviews. Lacking knowledge of loans. Don t offer loans that you yourself don t understand! Also expecting my husband to just stop working to go sign paperwork they forgot to have signed. We got stuck with a loan you didn t understand!!! Shame on you! The experience was quite awful. Stressful is an understatement, and was only because of the lack of knowledge on their behalf. They gave us the Green Light to shop for our new house, as we also could sell our current home. Jennifer should have never done that first off. We sold our home, then told too much wrong information about a loan. My husband had many questions, as to which she said if we didn t go through with this loan it would delay the process of the home we already put earnest money down on. The stress of taken a loan, that she didn t understand herself, caused many tears, scared, and panic! Our closing date kept getting delayed, which caused our buyers to be upset, and the one selling the home we were purchasing. Yet, you Hallmark Mortgage have never done anything to this day to make it right! We got rushed when we found out we could finally close, all mistakes by you! We didn t get to do a final walkthrough of our home. We were expected to move out, only 2 movers, that day. We were given about 2 days to move out because of you! Learn your loans! We asked way too many questions that you all didn t know answers too! I would never recommend you all! Even with two people in your office looking it over, could you not do better?

I was really impressed with this team. They were extremely efficient and helped me close on my house in 3 weeks (because of a quick turn around due to work). Jonathan was extremely helpful and had excellent communication, walking me through the entire process and always checking in to keep me in the loop - with the flow of the process. Highly recommend, especially for first time home owners.

Recently bought my home through Hallmark! Incredibly nice staff, helped me the entire way through from pre-approval to closing. Very timely process, went from offer to close exactly on time (if not a little bit early). Amy Houk was super helpful in locking in decent internet rates, answering any and all questions, and applying extra credits where we could. Would definitely recommend Hallmark as your loan provider and Amy as your officer.
