Car stopped working, been getting nothing but run arounds and bullshit answers. Warranty shop is open and nobody wants to answer the phone. If this what I have to endure as a customer, then I will gladly give up the car and get my money back. Update, after the weekend, everything is back running to normal. So I updated my rating

Absolute shiesters. If your vehicle gets repoed the wrecker will destroy the car to where you wont want to get it back.. then heritage will take you to court.. win and garnish your wages until its completely paid... only to return like a cockroach 5 years later and claim that the garnishments didnt pay off what you owe.. then garnish you AGAIN.. beware of this company.

I have been dealing with this company for almost a year. I ve had two reps. Nadia and Darcy, the people or the reps at this company do not know how to communicate with someone they do not do what they say. I have been trying to get them to change my due date since March that due date still has not been changed after paying my back payment they said that they were not willing to change my date for the end of the month that I still had to pay something at the beginning of July and then they would change my date that made no sense to me, if I have been trying to get my date changed since March she just changed my date they are rude inconsiderate, and do not take customers financial state and consideration when they said these car payments this is supposed to be a company that supposed to help when you are trying to build your credit or fresh out of bankruptcy it s not a help if you re charging someone over $500 a month for car that has well over 100,000 miles on it

This place has been nothing but trouble for me the last couple months. I only have about 4,000 dollars to go to be completely paid off. They keep adding fees cause of something to do with insurance. No one knows what I need and trying to get through to the right people is aggravating. I have sent them numerous papers showing I have insurance coverage. I lost my job back in Feb and Im depending on people to help pay my car payments till I find another job. And I doesnt help when I tore a ligament in my knee so looking for a job has not been easy the last 4 weeks. I will never go through this company ever again. I wish I could just pay the car off and be done with you people.

They approve you for the car loan. They decide what you can & can not get. Well I got a piece of crap that keeps having problems. Was it like that when I bought it, no. Does it take a week maybe 2-3 months for rigged up stuff to start breaking, yes. I talked with Jaiden on the phone. She was completely rude & unprofessional telling me it was my fault for buying it. Now I m paying for a truck I can t drive until warranty has the time to look at it to see what all is wrong. Which is a lot! I almost crashed, they don t care because they ll still get their money. Very unprofessional.

They will over charge you for a lemon and harass you about payment .. my car was totaled in an accident, they had me sign car over to them and they got paid for insurance promise to help me get another vehicle but changed they mind once the insurance check came, left me and my family walking, not to mention I paid over 6 thousand on an outdated Kia forte that I cant get back. I have been with this company since like 2018 or so and when I tell you I m ready to say to hell with it . I m going through recovery , mind you I ve been in contact from day one since before repo. I was out with Covid two weeks and the company gave no cares and still relied my car . now I ve done all I ve needed to do to get my car back but every time I go to get my car it s something else another reason it s going to take even longer . On top of reps being rude . I ll take my money to someone else y all can have the car . I m a single mom and I ll be reaching out to the BBB because this is just crazy but I ve counted it as a loss.

I have not have had good thing with them Molly put Ag PS on my car and then on top of that when I missed a payment, I got accused by management and everybody knows that I messed with the GPSI never mess with it. Stay away!!!! Their cars are not safe or reliable and they will take advantage of you. Im currently in a loan with them and l have had to put my car in the shop 11 times now and after spending $7000 in repairs I have to get it fixed again. A month after getting the car I had to repair a cv axle, and control arm the car was in a wreck and the made no internal repairs. Im being charged 21.5% interest never been late on a payment never missed an insurance payment and after paying off $17,000 of the $12,000 purchase price they still refuse to help me out or let me out of the loan. Oh and lastly one of the repairs was literally a garden hose used for a coolant hose. I have recipes to show tge $7,000 in repairs.

So, Ive been going through what is called a balance roll. The management, and their help with this, has been fantastic! My balance roll rep, Jilaine, has been equally fantastic. Detailed, professional, and great to speak with. Other places may promise more than they can deliver. Not here. Jilaine went out of her way to explain that she couldnt offer exact answers on a few questions I had because she didnt want to over promise anything that might raise unrealistic expectations in my part. I work at an insurance place and answer calls. Being rude is not professional at all!! Leave ya personal problems at home. I was thinking about getting another loan from them but I think tf not! The customer service with Kayla is so horrible . She happens to me my rep and she is so rude . the encounter has always been disgusting. Today was off the chats , she was yelling at me and raising her voice simply because am Trying to ask a question which she clearly did not know how to answer . Instead of answering the qn she was agitated and exposed her Ill manners . No customer service Etiquette at all . I asked to speak to the supervisor and she was still giving me attitude, eventually she put me through the supervisor (Cassidy) who happened to explain the situation in a few seconds and problem Was resolved immediately But Kayla has no business working in customer service with her Ill disgusting attitude . I went through Heritage for financing my vehicle. My vehicle had a mechanical issue and was deemed totaled. It was an unfortunate event, but Toni helped me through everything. She was a Godsend! I was almost forced to file for repossession, but Toni went above and beyond to make things right and took care of all of my concerns. I don t know where to begin, First, Heritage acceptance is the best finance company in my opinion... 2nd. April is my account representative If I was a boss - her boss- I would give her a raise and an award of some kind But that s not enough for her..... Since day one she excepted me as a customer but much more- She has made my car financing very easy My experience talking to her every time I make my payment is much more than customer service.. she worked with me through any life challenges... Just recently my mom passed away since that very moment ~ she has been my box of Kleenex through the wires She caught every tear drop over the phone in Her own way. I cry as I type this- I wish I could meet her in person I feel like I know her through the phone There isn t one thing that she doesn t know about me what Customer service representative Goes above and beyond for a customer like that? From the day my mom passed she has been more than understanding, caring and concerned. The day I felt like my whole world crumbled she was there to pick up the broken pieces, she didn t judge nor did she make me feel the stress of (shut up & pay me we don t care about your personal problems ) That some other companies would make you feel. Where there was a will There was a way she encouraged me she gave me the flashlight when I felt like my whole world was dark.. I went through a period of depression ( I didn t care if I lost everything or not) but she made sure I was not going to lose my car & worked with me in anyway that she could.... The bus doesn t stop there When I had a job loss ~ I don t think I need to go there do I ?? just seeing how she supported me during my experience of losing my mom Should be enough. Overall experience was great. My rep Sarah and Dorine are wonderful and talk to me with respect. But the manager I spoke to was very rude and needs to learn customer service there is a way you speak to people. Instead she insisted on telling me When I get paid we get paid that is beyond rude to say to someone. Did not even attempt to ask what may have happened in my life to cause me to be behind. Sad part about it is I don t even have the car I did a voluntary repo back in January due to engine failure. She did not even know that. All I m saying is figure out what is going on with someone before you jump to conclusions.

Have not been able to access any other information on their website other than current payment due. Bill history, payoff amount, payments remaining or anything else you try to access is were sorry, this information is not available right now.....for the past 2 years. When you ask for the information, you get the run around or ignored. If you are 1 day late, they send texts, emails, phone calls, and call your references. If it werent for a divorce I would have never had to deal with them. I, however, will never deal with them again. Take the bus to save yourself the headache.

Only time I have an issue with heritage is when I speak with someone else other than my rep. Had a bad customer service experience with Toni. I can understand that maybe there was an error but it s all about respect and how you talk to people. You shouldn t be cutting me off, telling me that I m wrong and don t know what I m talking about before even looking into what s going on. If it wasn t for that I would have gave them 5 stars. Jaycee is a great rep I had her first, we had a misunderstanding, but she was a wonderful rep. And I absolutely love Darcey! The worst ever in life. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE THRU THEM. TAKE THE BUS. I ve had my car 3 months & already 2 repairs. This 2nd repair has caused me to miss 3 weeks of work. The auto repair shops I was referred was 30 miles away. I had to pay $200 outta pocket but I supposedly have a warranty that only covers $50. When trying to recover my $50 warranty for tow I was told to attach to the repair bill but the this is they repair shop, my tow was a separate company that s not connected to the repair shop. So if the repair sending you the estimate directly then how could I attach the tow when I paid that outta pocket. Then when calling the finance company to explain all this & give them the scenario all I got was smart mouth answers & bad service. One person told me to go rent a car but still pay them they car note & basically the tow is on me too. Keep in mind I bought this car 3 months ago. Terrible way to treat people, JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE IN THESE BAD TIMES

I have bought vehicles from Heritage Acceptance corp. AKA Quick Auto for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have bought 4 vehicles from Quick Auto, who is the main vehicle retail arm of Heritage Acceptance. My experience with Quick Auto vehicles has been GREAT! I would highly recommend. I do wish they offered GAP coverage on the cars, they do not. But the overrall reliability of the vehicles, and the ability to pay weekly or bi-weekly has been such a great thing for me and my credit rating! It also taught me how to budget for bills and pay things on time. In terms of the administrative end of my vehicle purchases, those were handled by Heritage Acceptance, and the accounts of the last two vehicles I purchased were managed by Karlie, she is an amazing rep, very responsive and patient, yet firm. She has been very helpful when I needed creative solutions to help get through a payment here or there, given that my payment history was always very prompt. If you need a vehicle, and have less than great credit or even less than good, I would absolutely recommend Heritage Acceptance, and Quick Auto!

Jeremy was my 1st contact and he was never anything but helpful.
