I worked with Jeff to obtain the mortgage for my first condominium purchase. Jeff was amazing to work with! He knew this was my first condo purchase so he called me and talked to me about the whole process. I bounced tons of questions off of him and he was so patient with me. I purchased a condo recently with Jeffs help, and I could not have had a better experience working with him. Jeff was always on top of things and very receptive to my questions and concerns. I never felt that I was asking dumb questions or pestering him too much, even though I definitely swamped him with emails and questions during the process. There was a small hiccup we ran into at the end due to miscommunication from my attorney, and Jeff was so quick to rectify the situation and constantly reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and we would be able to close on our scheduled date. Jeff was referred to us by a family member as he had helped numerous family members with real estate financing in the Chicago area. As first time home buyers, we did not know where to begin. Jeff is a man of his word. My husband and I have bought 4 homes in a matter of 7 years. In every purchase until now we walked away with horrible things to say about the lending system in general. Jeff was well aware of our distaste and shot us straight from the very beginning. We pushed our limits in this recent purchase as this is our forever home and it had Jeff on his toes dedicating much more time than desired on our particular loan but he did it!! He did it well and we are in our dream home in the mountains with a great interest rate and a great future. He also delivered on the emotional side of the buying process. Poor guy was with us through every up and down our purchase put us through. He got on the phone with both agents as well as spent countless hours talking to both my husband and I. We really appreciate Jeffs commitment to us and to his reputation. Because we have seen the worst of lenders, I am confident to say that Jeff is at the top of the best list.

Jeff has always delivered as promised. He is attentive and stays on top of thinks. He knows his job well. In the future I will use him again.

Ive been working with Jeff Dulla for several years now having done a few refinances and one purchase. He is incredibly honest and dependable and has gotten me rates so low that other mortgage lenders were in disbelief. I still do my due diligence by checking with others before getting a loan/refi and he always has the lowest rates. Our last purchase was stressful and his confidence and calm demeanor was always reassuring. His honesty is also appreciated since Ive dealt with a few dishonest agents in the past.
