I started banking here when it was First Chicago. It later became Bank One. Now it’s Chase.
I never had any issues with Chase until the last year or so. The people working here are utterly incompetent. They’ve screwed up check deposits. They’ve screwed up paying government savings bonds. Just today one teller asked the other teller how to cash a bond and neither had any clue. I know they hire millennials but come on.
I also do business with Marquette Bank right down the street. They are friendlier and competent. Frankly, I don’t care if you’re friendly. I just want a level of basic competency. Chase doesn’t have it.

Was told in person at this branch I could do a credit card balance transfer amongst Chase, so I opened a new credit card. Found out afterwards that it is against Chase policy to do so. This impacted my credit score and now I have an additional credit card for no reason.

This is second time I asked to open savings and close other accounts here and first time the woman was so abusing that manager asked her to come and apologize, which she did. Today the manager couldn’t care any less that I was requesting assistance, told me to make appointment, then sat in his cubicle and held his phone in his hand for next 15 minutes.. I asked to see manager and he told me Ceasar was and the tellers could get me appointment.. Ceasar called and said he was investment banker. More misinformation from smarmy manager. So I went to Evergreen Park branch and took care of my business and made my deposit . Never again in this Oak Lawn location . I was ready to pull my accounts 3 beside 2 mortgages , and bank elsewhere.. Terrible how they act in this bank.

Trevor asked me what I'm here for , I told him to open account , he took me to his disk ask me to wait because he going to use the bathroom , after 20min came to told me he cant do it because he got meeting after 25 min !!!!!
Why did you waste my time?
You should've told me from the beginning, I would go to another Chase Bank .

This branch of Chase bank has been a great place to do business with. At 67 years old I can say that I have never had better service at any other institution than what I have received from this local bank. Very friendly, personable service and always treated with respect and courtesy. I have banked here for over 20 years. Thank you Chase for employees like this.

I LOVE this branch! My personal banker and my investment banker are both INCREDIBLE! SO professional and ALWAYS making time to see me in an urgent situation. I trust them 100% to do the very best possible for me and I wouldn't want to call any other "My" bank.

Cashier Kathleen was extremely rude to me. Made me feel like I couldn’t withdraw my OWN money. She stared at my information for minutes before getting someone for “approval” I asked if she needed my debit card instead of just the withdrawal slip and she insisted that it was just because it was a large sum of money. Since when is $1500 a large amount of money to withdrawal? I was not impressed with her customer service skills, especially when she condescendingly told me it was for my protection and to have a nice weekend. Tone is everything and in a normal tone that statement would have made me feel better about the situation but the sarcasm in her voice really upset me. I will never use this branch again. Very disappointed in Chase for letting their cashiers act like that.

7/21/22 Changing my review, bank rep Aida was very helpful. My debit card got skimmed and purchases were made in Ohio. After an exhausting call dealing with Chase's fraud department which said there was a temporary password that was sent to a phone and they cannot tell me to which number or if it was my phone, they also stated that the chip was not used, which should have been a clear indication that the card was skimmed.
I had to prove through a series of text, pictures and messages to show where I was actually at on the day and time of the incident.
Aida was there every step of the way. For that she gets appriasing review. Chase a -1, I felt like a criminal being investigated when they reversed the charge and now I had to jump through all of these hoops to prove where I was at and that it was not possible for me to be in IL and OH at the same time.
Been with them since 1992, I'm considering other financial institutions in light of how I was treated by their customer service at corporate.

Well, none of the ATM machines were in working condition when we got there, so I had to go inside and use the one that was in the doorway not happy

I have 7 accounts here for me and my kids.. wanted to open 1 more, everyone was too busy to help, even the teller seemed like she had an attitude when i asked for help they went to go ask a lady in the glass office she looked over at me and told the girl no that shes too busy i think its time to take my business elsewhere.

Dont usually use this branch but needed a wire transfer and notary in a hurry with no appts available. Brie was able to squeeze me in and saved my closing date. This may be my go to branch when I need services out of the norm. Excellent customer service!! Thank you Brie!!

Horrible people take advantage of an old man who isnt well. Some workers are extremely rude. They have screwed up big deposits and took it upon themselves to pay credit cards from wrong accounts.

I find this branch most helpful as a older person. They also have courtesy and remember often who you are. I tend to prefer the branch here on Cicero to the one on 95th. I go there occasionally too just for quick ATM money. Christian & Dianne Debelle

I really like this branch. They are always willing to help no matter if you call them or if you go in to speak with someone. I think the below poster is wrong. The 95th branch is horrible. All the teller wants to do is speak Spanish and act like they dont want to help.

They dont take no thank you for an answer for anything. Im all about courtesy and wanting help someone, but if someone says no thank you or im not interested and they still proceed, they are just badgering you at that point and it made me feel very uncomfortable. The one on 95th st is farrrrrr better. Hopefully this branch sees this and changes their ways, because after what I went through I wont be going back there. It felt like date rape being there. No....No........NO..........NO.........-_-......
