First, we passed several Kia dealerships to get to World Kia, because from the moment we picked up the call from Troy at World Kia in Joliet, we knew we were dealing with someone who was going to help us find the car we were looking for and look out for our best interest. Speaking of, we knew exactly what we wanted but the closest car we could find was in Kansas City! We gave Troy the challenge and literally less than 24 hours later, he told us to come in because the car of our dreams was on our way in - what?! Troy and team did the impossible. On top of that, Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with - he works hard for his customers. My husband is NOT easy to please or deal with, so I commend Troy for his patience and diligence. Not only did Troy deliver what we asked for (including a good rate and kept us where we wanted to be with financing), but his customer service is TOP NOTCH. I went to Kia this past Saturday. I stopped by a different Kia first, where I did not receive the customer service experience I was expecting. Manager was very unpleasant, and I was feeling a little defeated at that point. I realized the Joliet location was open and I called, that’s when I got connected to Kyle. We explained our experience to him at the other Kia location we had visited prior to going there, and the first thing he asked was “are you okay?.” Not only did Kyle tell us to come and see him 30 mins before close, but he also gave us the best and most heartwarming experience we could’ve ever asked for! Super polite, offered complimentary drinks and walked us through everything. Despite being as busy as he was, he never failed to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of through the entire experience. We ended up getting a 2025 Kia sportage thanks to Kyle’s amazing help! We stayed there till almost 12 in the morning, and Kyle was there till the end. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle should most definitely visit him! Thank you Kyle!! ☺️

I recently purchased a new car from Kia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Troy went above and beyond he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and answered all my questions thoroughly, overall a great guy.

Everyone else at the dealership who assisted me was also fantastic. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new car!

We purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival from Dan.
I wish I could rate different parts of our experience with stars.

I would give Dan 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
He communicated well. We could not test drive the vehicle right away (due to a family trip) so he agreed to update us if it sold. Dan did a great job communicating with management on our desires. Overall, he’s a people person and did well for us.

The service overall was not great. We waited 4 hours with little communication, missing spare key, really pushy management. There were a number of people waiting longer than us. Also, we needed our paperwork in by a certain time and that did not happen.

I will report back in a few months about the vehicle.

Went there about 2 years ago the staff was friendly but seemed like they didn t want to work with me. Very frustrating. I went back 11/5 due to needing a car quickly. Got hooked up with Rudy Gonzalez. What a great experience and he took little time in presenting an option for me. I could have taken the car off the lot that night but had to return a rental first. Went back the next night and picked up my new Kia Forte. Was a great experience this time and Rudy was the best. Happy to be part of the Kia Family! Thanks Rudy you were a lifesaver! Service Department: Dropped off my car for routine maintenance for my mileage (oil change, brakes, et.) and to repair my gear shift. They had my vehicle for 4+ days. Spent $500+ for the repair and it isnt even fixed. Spent another $500 for maintenance, but they returned the vehicle with no brakes lights and a headlight out. Now spending more money to fix what they didnt. Do not recommend.

Purchased my first ever new car here about 6 months ago. Got the Wolf Grey Sportage to the dealership for me. Problem being, I asked for a SX-Prestige, and were sold the top trim level AND THE 25, not the 24 we asked for. I say we, because my amazing aunt was there to help pay for it. I feel we were taken advantage of. SPENT WAYYY MORE. I left the dealership at 11pm, with no navigation (Kia wouldnt connect? good start), terrified. about 3 weeks later, unfortunately, I was in a 6 car pile up on e-way, and I was told MANY TIMES by Kias people anything happens call the number on the window... so I did, to be told I had no coverage and would not be towed by them. :) so, I was stuck on an off ramp for quite a bit. My sales rep couldnt have been less helpful, and basically was just trying to sell another car ASAP. Taking advantage of 2 women, both of which are disabled, IS NOT OKAY.

brought my car in for a warranty thing I got in the mail after recently buying it. Im a hard man to please and I was really happy with the experience I received today. the service advisor (Lucas) was really on point. he greeted me cordially, looked me up real fast in the system and told me I was eligible for 3 more recalls. they took care of all but one of them, and in their credit they simply ran out of time because I scheduled for later in the day on a Saturday. he tried to upsell me where he could in a passive way without being pushy. he took the offer rejections in stride (I am cheap) and stayed upbeat and personable the whole time. I had other issues and didnt like the diagnostic hourly rate but he notated a couple concerns of mine they could check easily alongside the multipoint inspection that was done with the recall work. when it came time to take the car back, it was more of the same. he was knowledgeable about things, went over the stuff I mentioned and the findings/lack thereof, and he told me I could call to schedule the undone recall when I was ready. they even washed the car for me. I dont go to dealers normally so I walked in without any expectations. it didnt feel like I was pressured into spending anything. everything was professional and courteous. I didnt feel like anybody was trying to swindle me either. really happy with my visit today.

Am absolute THE WORST car buying experience Ive had in the past 20 years. Theyre using online department to soft run your credit days before your visit,and false promise all different kinds of stuff,just to lure you to come. Ive traveled from my office from Elgin over 90 minutes to them, because theyve promised and worked very hard to make my case of buying the car more than worth a visit. Pictures of their lies attached. Just when I got there to find out that they just had to verify my credit and run it again!?! People I was talking to the day before and prior, have somehow mysteriously disappeared. Will make sure to spread their wrong doing and sketchy ways of doing business wherever I can. Tony got us a deal on a 2022 Kia Rio and my wife and I were happy with Tony s knowledge and professionalism in getting us a great used car. We were able to walk out of the dealership with a car. I had a very pleasant and amazing experience with World Kia in Joliet. I ve tried many different dealerships with no luck of placing me into a vehicle. Diego was so helpful and patient guaranteed that he would stop at nothing to get me into a vehicle that I liked with a monthly payment suitable for me and he delivered on that. Horrible service this dealership makes promises you have to fight to get them to follow through on and when they dont want to they will ignore you so if you dont have the time to complain and add stress to your life Dont not buy any used cars from here.I was sold a car with no horn and faulty seat belts. horn was fixed after a struggle and months in repair shop with no loaner car. Belts I got ignored on like if belts in your back seat dont matter. Theres more but I dont have time to explain all the problems with this dealership . I regret both vehicles I bought from this dealership New and used. Please take it from me even if youre desperate dont go there unless you want to pay high prices and add stress to your life.

First, we passed several Kia dealerships to get to World Kia, because from the moment we picked up the call from Troy at World Kia in Joliet, we knew we were dealing with someone who was going to help us find the car we were looking for and look out for our best interest. Speaking of, we knew exactly what we wanted but the closest car we could find was in Kansas City! We gave Troy the challenge and literally less than 24 hours later, he told us to come in because the car of our dreams was on our way in - what?! Troy and team did the impossible. On top of that, Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with - he works hard for his customers. My husband is NOT easy to please or deal with, so I commend Troy for his patience and diligence.
