This location is the best pawn 1 location around I've grown up going to Pawn 1 all my life and this one is by far the best. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff are always willing to help even if you don't buy the item your looking at. If you ever have a bad experience at the other locations go to this one and you will get the complete opposite

Incredibly impersonal service, counterperson called me Mister 5-6 times even though he had my license and full info for transaction we were doing. Seemed disinterested, distracted and anxious to go to lunch. Prices same as new for firearms. I wont be back.

DO NOT try and sell your items to these people, especially if youre a collector. They think they know everything about the Used market and will never work with you on pricing of items. As an example, if you try and sell an iPad Pro to them, theyll rip you off saying they dont sell on the Used market but turn around and sell it for $600+. Theyll literally offer you under $200 knowing damn well the item is worth a lot more. Its a scam.

I walked into Pawn One this weekend to browse what items them had. It seems that several of the employees had better things to do than help a customer. I love this store but recently there has been an employee there who acts sorta like she knows it all yet she had no idea and refused to accept that a 417 stamp on a piece of jewelry means it is 10k gold. Im writing this to tell people how amazing this location is. I had to pawn my switch about a month ago and when I dropped it off it was working however, upon getting home I tried to power it on. You could imagine my shock when it didnt power on. I left it charging overnight hoping that would solve the problem and when it didnt I decided to call them up. I was hesitant at 1st thinking that nothing would be done or that Id be accused of breaking it. In a world that is kind of nasty and people try to get one over on each other I wouldnt have blamed them...however they instead tried to troubleshoot it themselves and when it was unsuccessful they pulled out another one and exchanged it. There are still good companies out there and people that work for them. They even chased me out to my car because I forgot my SD card in my old console. Went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. Thank you again Ryan and all the amazing people at Pawn 1!!

Jordan was very helpful on the telephone. Usually you try to talk to somebody at a pawn shop over the phone and they they seem irritated or impatient, but this guy sat there and worked with me on each and every item that I have had the pawn shop and explain to me what it would take for me to get it out and for sentages and I just feel like its a very fair pawn shop and the fact that Jordan took the time to explain things to me makes me want to come back to this pawn shop over and over again. Came here to get my ring resized and diamond repaired. Everyone loves was so kind and helpful. A kind gentleman even helped my son with his watch. People seemed happy to go there. It is also not over prized to get your jewelry repaired there. Update. Just picked up ring that they repaired. It cost a little more than we anticipated, but woooooow. My wedding and engagement ring from world war II era was restored and looks brand new. They replaced the missing diamond and secured the rest. They also resized and sauntered it together very well. They also resized it by half. They did an amazing job and it was worth every penny and much much more affordable. I was quoted almost 2k to repair with a franchise Jeweler and I paid less than 1/5 of that!

Doesnt seem to be any adults who actually work there, or at least no decision makers - everything required manager approval and there was no manager onsite, so basically everything requires a phone call. Their gun guy is no gun guy. He couldnt tell me much about the guns in the display cases other than their caliber and price, seemed put off by my questions, and he tried to sell me an overpriced .22 MP5 wannabe with a broken/missing rear sight. I had to point out that the rear sight is MIA, but like I said: not a gun guy. Just a kid with a job. All in all, it was a waste of time only exacerbated by waiting longer for managements yay or nay - the opposite of decentralized command. Skip it and go to River City, better pricing, value, selection, AND the knowledge in general.

I would check your review data to see how this younger staff is approaching and handling your older cusumers. I found no professionalism in my transaction with staff. The employees will lie to you about prices on the shelf so they can get better deals off your stuff! Theyre extremely rude, and hygiene doesnt seem to be something most notice or care about. I understand pawn shops low-ball and you negotiate or walk, but these people are a different breed of rip off artists and smelly scammers. 10/10 dont recommend. And if you think this is biased off one item, I e been selling/shopping here for 4 years now and its just gotten worse by the month. Save your time, and get extra money in your pocket. Went in there a couple weeks ago to sell a 2 year old 32 Element tv with included wall mount and got quoted $20, I asked to pawn it instead (I have an account in good standing) and was still offered $20. I was told I could take the $20 or try my luck with Craigslist that is also flooded with tvs. I feel I was told this in spite, as the day before I had hung up on an employee who I believe is that very same individual I spoke to in person, after I was on hold for 10 minutes and being told, we cannot accept a tv without the stand. (I did find the stand) Well just so happens that a family member of mine was also a little low on funds, and decided to take their identical 2 year old 32 Element tv in to pawn it. They received $40. I proceeded to call Pawn1 and ask for the manager. The manager did not want to talk to me (wasnt stated but pretty obvious as I can hear him speaking about the phone call in the background) so I ended up talking to 2 employees. They both avoided giving me the corporate phone number. I told the second employee I spoke to that I know for a fact they will offer more for a pawn when you have a solid account than they will to buy it. I was informed my thinking is a little backwards on that and they offer more to buy. Past interactions shows that is not true, and I believe most people know that as well. The tone of the employee changed when I informed him I personally know who went in there and exactly what they received for their tv not 30 minutes later. Sadly I no longer have the sheet of paper with the Managers name on it, but I remember faces. Figured I would leave this review, as the customer service I received that day was subpar.

This place is a joke! Over priced garbage all the way around. Asked a sales person for some help with ammo and was willing to buy a few boxes but he was super rude. Couldn t find the info about the type of ammo that it he had. Wouldn t let my see the rounds. I ll go somewhere else and you should too

Andrew and Terry are absolutely amazing. We had a hard time at Ace hardware in Post Falls proving the lawnmower we gave them vs the one they were trying to give us back wasnt ours but we had no proof. We called Terry and Andrew at Pawn One and they helped us look up past Honda lawnmowers for us in the date range we purchased it, they listened to us and the whole story even though they didn t have to. They helped us in multiple different ways in a situation so terrible with no way to prove it wasn t ours. They made us feel better that they did everything they could to help us. Thank you gentlemen for being so amazing in a some times sour world.

I needed $350 for ballpoints so I brought in a brand new Samsung tab s7 ($799.00) with a $200.00 keyboard case they gave me $100.00 for it. Also had to bring my 2021 Libtech skunkapp snowboard($699.00) thats mint with 2 rides and flow bindingsthey gave me $100.00 for it. Also had to bring my touch screen hp laptop($500 and some dollars they gave me $75 for it. So around $2000.00 in stuff to get $350.00. Then they charge you storage fees, and a whopping 272.52% annual percentage rate!

Horribly uneducated staff. The cant even read a digital micrometer. Then tried to say that a reputable jewelry store lied about karat size on a ring. Then based of a sheet with with god know how old of market prices offers $500 for a 3.5 karat ring. Originally over $10k. With gold prices at $2k an ounce. They just are just there to rip you off when your in a bad situation. Talk about fleecing people.

These employees went out of their way....Tyler and Terry, and their manager that evening, to facilitate some cash that I needed to get back in front of a growing problem. These guys showed incredible patience, and understanding of the chaos I am dealing with at the moment. I, of course, couldnt leave without buying a few cool items they had....Ill be back to grab my stuff, and will NOT lean on the hockey table ever again.

Pawn 1 is the only place that I have ever shopped that figures that just because you walked through their door that you are automatically a suspect wanting to steal from them. They expect you to give them you ID to look at jewelry and firearms and ???? What is next? Finger prints? I will not return. Previously I have spent thousands at the various Pawn 1 shops. Note that I went to another pawn shop and gun shops this same day and was greeted nicely and was not asked for ID until I purchased a nice rifle-As would be expected.

The best customer service Ive had at any pawn shop or loan business. The manager Ryan and his assistant and fire arms specialist Dave and the rest of his crew have gone out of their way time and time again for me. Sometimes youre in a tough spot and you gotta make ends meet and these guys have a heart that a lot of businesses dont. Just make sure you pick up your loans or at least stay in contact and make payments and your stuff is always secure. I wont take my business anywhere else as long as these boys are at the shop.

Nice store inside but had to do a double take on the prices. Pretty close to retail prices and worn out looking. My advice is pass unless you need something unique.

This establishment is the home of the nickel and dime scheme. They charged me more than originally agreed to retrieve my valuables because I did not have my original receipt, which no staff told me that I would need. They only said I would need my ID to retrieve the valuables. After expressing my frustration the management offered no compromise. I told them that this extra charge that was not agreed upon has caused me to choose to never do business with them again and they did not object to that. Rude

My fiancé and I went in right as they were closing and bought a ps4 and there service was absolutely amazing they gave us the game we wanted for cheaper then they had it priced at and we ended up getting a bad disc and went back in a day past the warranty and they still replaced it for us absolutely amazing people in there I will definitely go back there.!!!

Stopped in to see what they had without needing anything in particular and snagged some good deals on a few Blu Rays and PS4 games for a few bucks each. Also found out if youre looking for music gear, hit up the Hayden location. This one has guns, outdoor gear, and electronics (lots of tablets, games, dvds/ blu rays), and a bunch of power tools. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
