Very unprofessional, Went and bought 2 games and they didn’t work, said unrecognizable disk, took them back 3 different times & then the last visit i had the guy was very rude & acted like it was our fault THEIR games are faulty, they also put the games that we brought back, BACK on the shelf (ps4 games) DONT GO HERE FOR GAMES OR OTHER STUFF !! they sell faulty items, i mean as in they don’t check if it actually works or not, i mean come on we had to go back 3/4 TIMES because they sell faulty games. Very unprofessional & rude people. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK .!

Not only have I been a long time customer but I also know the staff at both the Idaho Falls and Pocatello locations. These individuals do the best job they can. They are firm and FAIR ..again for those in the back FAIR on their prices wether you are purchasing or taking out a loan. I run a charity called children without nightvision goggles where I raise money for local kids who reside in my household who are in need of high end nightvision goggles. Pawn 1 had the perfect pair! One time I went into this store and all 4 employees who were there immediately greeted me at the same time from different spots around the store. None of them said Jinx or counted to 10 to force each other to buy a soda. But still it was still a good experience. Also they have an awesome sale on laptops going on right now. Definitely recommend checking them out.

The team at this location is very fair as far as the values they assign to items, and they are all very friendly. A big plus for me is the respect and delicate touch they exercise when handling your property. The store is well stocked, organized and clean. They don t sell junk like other pawn shops in the area. Prices are fair and competitive with the local market. Having worked for pawnshops in another state I would recommend this place to a friend. My only critiques are: other pawnshop chains have monthly extensions on pawn loans that have hit maturity dates, this could benefit the customer and could be an additional income source for this store. Secondly the layaway terms seem short for more high dollar items like gold, guns, guitars and motorcycles but are perfect for lower cost items like tools and electronics. In my humble opinion a layaway structure based on the price of the item or layaway extensions would be beneficial to the customer and the store.

Bad place to pawn stuff, things that are pawned are not stored well. Laptops and tablets are stacked on top of each other with no care about damages. Same thing goes for guitars in cases. At least once a year the storage area where pawns go gets infested with either cockroaches or bedbugs. Management is also awful. Overall its a very bad place to pawn items you care about.

Everytime I call I m out on hold for an incredibly long time I m talking 15 minutes our more. This is unacceptable!! I get you guys get busy out your business could tell the person calling that it s going to take awhile and that they could wait on hold or get a call back when you all slow down. My question would of taken 2-4 minutes at most.

Honestly not worth trying iv personally tried taking multiple different items in there to sell and they beyond low ball you on anything and say it dont sell well or they dont go for much but than you look around and they want almost brand new prices for anything they sell including the same thing you took in they have it listed for anywhere from 3-5 times the amount they offer you even when its in worst condition then what you have. I have been told multiple different things over the phone which is why I would bring items in then I get told different stuff when I get into the store and magically none of them said it they ask who told you that and its like how am I suppose to know when you guys pick up the phone saying pawn 1 nothing else like its just a joke and not worth trying I have had 5 bad experiences with them so at this point I will never go back to them again no matter what.

Friendly environment. Cody knows the most about the items in store and can answer 98% of questions. Hes always been honest with me about loans, makes the process a lot faster and easier. Cody is fun and easy to talk to. I always wait for Cody to be available in store before buying or loaning anything

My husband has been looking for a PLaystation 5 and they had one that had been brought in for a loan. The employee told me it was $800.00 for a used system that had been in their back room for 4 months cause he told me it had been there that long. They want $500.00 for a new one in the store. I guess all these people who sell this stuff for high pricing are just out to screw people over. Dont waste your time or money with these guys they wont work with you even if your husband is house bound and disabled.

STAY AWAY. They sell bad jewelry way over priced, they completely rip you off and lie to you. Don t dare trying to take it back either. I paid over 500$ for a ring and they only offered $50. I get it s a pawn shop but they must make a lot taking advantage of people.

I have been a customer of Pocatello Pawn 1 since 2013 or thereabouts. I have always had a good experience there. When they can help me with a pawn or sell they do. When they cannot pawn my item they make sure I know exactly why. I always recommend them if asked about pawnshops.

Sad I have to leave this but I am a big review guy. Went to this location as I am working in the area, I was looking for a hunting rifle and walk up to the counter (after looking around the store first). When I walked up there was a employee at the same counter doing something with putting stickers on, the counter to the right there was a lady on the computer reading off numbers to another employee at the game counter. I was waiting till someone was done to ask for help. Well the guy doing stickers help another customer that had walked up minutes later (5-7) to the other side of him. The lady on the computer greated a guy that had just walked in (by his name) and he wanted to get his Playstation out of pawn. Not once did anyone ask if I needed any help with a rifle (as I couldnt see most of the tags). You stepped over a dollar to pick up a dime.. i was there to spend 500-700 on a gun. Oh well heres my review, headed to a different pawn shop. Hope I have better luck

Every time I walk in there, the employees are great. They are all very helpful and kind. The prices on the items are amazing. I scored Red Dead Redemption II & Spiderman for PS4 and spent less than the price I wouldve spent for 1 of those titles at GameStop or Walmart. Pawn 1 is amazing. Hoping to buy another guitar there soon as well!! Keep up the good work guys!

The customer service was very poor, we stood in that store for good 15 minutes, then we have to find someone to help us , and a person came up to see what we needed and we asked them we wanted more information on a television and the lady said in a very rude way what we wanted to know, sorry if you treat any customers in that situation we will never walk back in, we never been treated badly in that store before and that one treats people like that will give you a very bad reputation

Pawn one has some of the nicest employees of any store Ive been into in Pocatello I bought got it home and it was not functioning properly I went back it took quite a while to find another laptop with the same specifications this I am not upset about it was a pleasant experience even though it took quite a while and I would recommend that anybody who is looking for a product to either Pawn or buy You Secondhand go to 11 sincerely little deer the young lady who is one of the managers had to clean up the laptop that is why it took so long but as I said this was not a problem because they were very pleasant very apologetic and very helpful and very knowledgeable of their store any and the gentleman who was helping me also was very knowledgeable very kind and very patient it was a very pleasant experience I have never dealt with a place in Pocatello that was just kind as I said I would recommend Pawn One to anyone John jelinek

Tanner was such great help to us. He showed us some firearms. We didnt buy the first day but we returned the following day and he was just as friendly. He was able to answer every question about every single item he showed us! Will return again and recommend this place to all our family and friends!!

Pawn One has been a huge blessing to the Kingdom of Gods following churches- Praise Temple of God, Christs Love Vineyard, Global Gospel Harvest Ministries, And Gatekeepers International. I help build up churches in their technology capabilities. The ministries I build up have very low budgets. That is why I use Pawn One, they helped the above ministries with cameras, sound mixers, computers, and t.vs. I have yet to see anything broken or not working after years of purchasing. A huge shout out to the staff in this store. Especially Megan. We had a small hiccup that was mainly a communication problem. The whole staff is helpful and knowledgeable. But Megan was the person who helped us the very first time we went in. And shes amazing. She put a rush on something that was very important. And she did not disappoint!! Within 2 days, a very special gift was in the mail to a family member. Looking forward to doing business with them again!

I have always found the staff at Pawn One to be friendly and helpful. Kasey in particular was helpful with my purchase today, making sure to hold something for me when I couldnt immediately make the purchase. I am very satisfied with my personal purchases from here, and have mostly seen others I know walk away happy and satisfied as well.

Sold a 30-06 Rifle there a couple years ago when I was in a pinch. Didnt want to and they could tell I was desperate. So they way under valued my gun it was a WWII sniper rifle with the original peep sights. Normal seeing these go for 1500 and they gave me 130. So yeah not going to sell things with them anymore if they cant be honest in their dealings.

Gotta say I usually go into pawn shops expecting to get a bad deal. When into pawn one today and the staff members I dealt with were friendly & professional. The establishment was clean, well-organized, and the selection was quality. I went in for a guitar and had the pleasure of dealing with Brayden. Tried to buy a rifle, they dont even know their own fire arm laws. Would not sell because wasnt a resident or of a adjoining state. Thats for pistols not rifle & shotguns

I have had multiple experiences with this Pawn 1 in particular, buying new and used audio equipment and instruments. I have pawned and loaned items as well. Like any pawn shop the more business you do with then the more business they do with you. I have gotten better prices than most places even online. They usually have quite the selection in new and used gear. I wouldnt go to any other pawn shop in pocatello first.

Wow, its like I walked in to the museum of helpfulness. These champions of customer service will help you browse a healthy selection of guns, jewelry, electronics, DVDs, video games, car audio, tools and a downright nutty selection of music gear/essentials. Youd be silly not to go in there and negotiate what just might be the deal of a lifetime. With their incredible prices and non-threatening environment theyre ready to write you a loan/buy/sell/and just be awesome in general.

Bought a used electric guitar from Pawn One today. The guy behind the counter at the Music Corner was very informative and helpful at picking the right guitar for me. I ended up walking out with a guitar and a gig bag, strap and tuner for a fair price I am more than satisfied with! Helpful staff and fair prices, Ill be going in there more often!
