I had begun to lose hope that I would be able to get the car I wanted, I had no credit. Reliable Credit made it happen, and fast! Have not had any problems with this company, I was late with a payment, they didn't come steal my car, or even threaten to. They were kind, courteous, and I will deal with them again. Reliable credit would be the last place I would get a loan from. Unless you absolutely have to. I would never do business with these people. They will make sure and complicate everything. They will make sure and gouge you for every cent you have. They will offer you deals that will actually put you into a longer contract with them. If you could go through anybody else I would.
I honestly can't wait till this loan gets low enough for us to refinance with a different company.

Minimal communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on a loan app. My credit sits in the 630s, but with a vehicle return on my record (got in an auto accident 5 years ago, broke my neck, lost both jobs and returned my vehicle I was purchasing to the bank before repo process even began & in good standing with paying this vehicle loan to this day). They decided that they wanted the vehicle title to my co-signers $50k paid-off vehicle.... for a $4k loan! WITH 19% INTEREST. GTFOH! These guys are insane.

One star. Do not recommend... even if you're on your death bed.

I recently totaled my car and my loan was paid off by my insurance. Reliable Credit refuses to report to the credit agencies until the end of the month that my loan is paid off. This directly effects my credit score and my ability as a single mom to get into a new safe reliable car for me and my daughter.

I bought a lifted 07 chevy silverado 1500 which is financed at 13,500$. Im at 29.99% interest. Been paying on this truck for over 2 years. When i ask how is it that i pay over the amount of what my monthly payment is how i still owe almost 7k after paying over 2 years of payments?? All they say is they will send a break down sheet through the mail of how the payments work at 29.99% but noone can explain it. They keep saying well if you pay more than your truck payment will go down. If i can share screenshots id show you how the interest makes no sense. My truck payments are 496.00 a month. I can show you where i have paid 500$ on time and early and they take more in interest on the early payment than they do if you make it on time. If you ask why this is, they tell you that its because you accrue daily interest. So not only are you charged your monthly interest, but also a daily interest. What a scam, please do not finance with these guys. Also, they will not refinance you at a lower rate. Once my truck is paid off, i will never use these guys again. I have added up all the payments and i have already paid over 24k on a 13.5k truck. Tell me thats not a scam. What a joke. They also will not refinance without pulling your credit with a hard pull just to tell you that they wont refinance you. DONT FINANCE WITH THESE CROOKS.

This was my first and last time ever working with a credit company to buy a truck I needed 2,000 down for a $5,000 truck went through this credit company and they took my 2000 and put it everywhere else but towards the payment I made for the truck and gave me a high interest rate 6 months into it and never been late with a payment and when I went to look at what I owed still for the vehicle I was at $4,700 which made no sense to me worst idea I ever had but going through this company has jumped my credit up by 97 points

They make it seem like you are more than a customer when trying to make you a customer, but it s a sham for the crooks they really are. I no longer trust them. I regret starting a new loan with them once my car was totaled. Should ve went with a major lender instead of them.

Reliable is by far the WORST loan company I have ever done business with. NO one is on the same page, theyve lied and told me wrong information, then basically told me i was stupid for not knowing the correct information. They have no sense of urgency and they just dont seem to care about anything besides taking your money. I was in a wreck and NO one seemed like they cared or wanted to help just wanted to keep taking my payments for a car that was totalled. Do yourself a favor and NEVER NEVER EVER EVER get a loan through these people. WORST DECISION IVE MADE

Financed my motorcycle through this company. Easy process, accessible online payment options, and overall wasn t a bad experience. Have bad credit? Expect higher interest rates - don t blame the company. Don t pay your bill? Don t blame the company. I paid off my bike early, title was mailed to me within 2 weeks! I would finance through them again.

This is the first company I have personally worked with and I am genuinely, beyond impressed! As someone currently working in customer service I have NEVER received anything short of loving and flexible. Yes...loving. I was going through some hard times and let the car note get far enough behind that I was facing repossession, with an email stating I needed to pay my balance in full immediately. I swallowed my pride and gave them a call to see what my options were and they were more than willing to not only work with me but asked if the payment was still affordable and offered an extension further out than what I requested. I have watched family and friends work with bigger loan companies and not receive even close to the same grace as I was given. Not only am I thankful for this as a single parent, but I will continue to do business with them as long as theyre around. You guys are amazing! Thank you a million times over!

2 years ago my husband started having health issues that ended up with him being physically laid up and at that time we were financing through reliable credit. I dont know how they are now but at that time I ended up being the only one working. I went in with the truck to get help I let them know I was the only one working and could not afford 350 dollars payments at that time and would they be willing to work with me. They didnt even discuss any plans or options, they wouldnt even budge and just said sorry no we cant do that. So then I had no option but to turn in our keys. Now here we are with a bad credit report and they wont even work with me on that. I had to get government assistance and work 3 jobs just to try and make ends meet. I am very disappointed they wouldnt work with us.

Ive done business with Reliable since 2017 on 2 Different vehicles. My family and I have hit rough patches over the years like anyone else, and Reliable was always willing to work with us. And when the dumpster fire that was 2020 hit, and my wife lost her job, and my hours got cut, and I was off work for a while due to injury, they bent over backwards to accommodate the situation even if it meant splitting a payment or having to skip one. Thing is that tends to be forgotten, is that matter how upset we are by our current situation acting like arse with the person youre calling for help, usually doesnt end well. We all have a job to do even Reliable Credit, for most of us that job is being decent human beings and treating the person on the other end with a modicum of respect.

I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews on here for Reliable credit. I can only speak for my own experience, which to say the least is completely opposite from a majority of the reviews on here. The pandemic affected myself/family just as much as any other family. I came down with Covid and so did my daughter. There were also other medical issues other than covid that our family was already facing. Reliable credit was probably more understanding and willing to work with us then any other company out there. Our daughter has chronic Pancreatitis, shes 10 years old. We had her in Primary childrens twice for over a week stay and once in EIRMC for a week as well. Medical bills racked up fast, we couldnt keep up, Reliable credit worked with us in that situation. They even took way less for monthly payments then what our contract required. Yes, they can be stern at first, but you have to be honest with them. They are people just like all of us and they have a job to do. We kept in communication with them and kept them informed. At one point we were several months behind, they still worked with us. Unfortunately due to the Pandemic and medical issues in our family we had to file Bankruptcy and because I dont make what I used to I have to let my truck go. Reliable credit has been compassionate and understanding through it all. My point is I was was disheartened to see all the negative reviews after I had a good experience with them, even though I am losing my truck, (BY MY CHOICE), I would still recomend them to anyone I know. Be honest with them, and make an effort to pay something on your vehicle, even $25.00, just as long as you are showing them that you are trying, they will work with you. Due to the pandemic, so many people have been affected, lost jobs, lost good health, are losing your cars. If your in this situation and Reliable Credit is your lender, talk to them. Level with them just like you would any other person. They will help if they can.

We received a car loan from them for our Dodge Charger. We were NEVER late...in fact always early!! Only 2 months away from paying off our car loan, we fell on hard times and were 6 days late. Keep in mind we communicated with Reliable Credit and explained to them that we would be able to take care of it in 2 days. They refused to work with us and STOLE our car from our driveway!! I had just paid over $1,000.00 in car maintenance as well! The staff was rude and unsympathetic and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

When I started with them I had no credit now I have good credit my car is a little old now but I called about a personal loan and was denied but was told if I wanted to buy a new car they would help. needless to say You just lost any return business from me.

My husband has a car loan for a couple years now, we just bought another car and added it to his loan, I realized the interest rate was astronomical so when he asked for his payoff they said they would look into lowering his interest rate he has never been late or missed a payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! My grandma had multiple car loans over nearly a decade with this company. Aside from the unreasonably high interest rates, they were fine for years. Then my grandma got into an accident that totaled her car. She had GAP insurance, so we were pretty confident that after a year of payments, the value of the car + GAP should easily cover the loan amount. This is where Reliable became not so reliable. It took Geico one week to send their funds to Reliable. In that time Reliable came up with a $200 charge. I happened to be with my grandma when they initially told her this, and I got on the phone and asked what this is for. They said it is for her payment, but it was less than her normal payment, and at a different time. I told them they cant make up charges, and I asked for documents saying that this charge is valid. They asked my grandma to take the phone off of speaker. That was the first sign, they like to take advantage of people who wont let them steal their money. They called at a different time and coerced her into paying the money when no one else was there to watch out for her. My grandma could certainly be better at saying, no, this doesnt sound right. However, just because she cant say no, doesnt mean a company should take advantage of that. It didnt stop there either. They refused to give her any information on the GAP insurance. They kept saying that they had no details, but then when it came time to submit a claim, we couldnt do it. Reliable had to. How could they submit a claim without any details? Then they determined, without sending any paperwork, that my grandma still owed $370ish. We asked for paperwork showing exactly what was covered, and what wasnt. We never received it, so she called again. Now the total was $320ish. We asked why, and they said they werent sure, but that was the amount owed. They said they would resend the document. That brings us to today. She called again, two weeks after the original request, and I wasnt with her this time. they told her she now owed over $400 to them. Of course, she didnt question it, and she payed it. We also finally received the document we asked for, and again, it wasnt even what we asked for. It was a bill for her normal car payment including a late fee, even though they said the $200 supposedly covered that. They wont send her any information that she asks for, and when they do send something, they wait two weeks to do it. I have not seen a valid charge yet, which looks like they stole over $600 from my grandma, who is barely surviving as it is. We plan to send all of this to a lawyer that has agreed to look at the information pro-bono. If any of you who make it this far have run into similar issues, let me know. I can refer to you a lawyer.

Used them to finance our second vehicle after we paid off the first one. The transmission went out three days after the purchase told them about it they said take the car back so i did. Its been 7yrs and there trying to sue me for more than 12,000 the cars worth 6,000 be careful with them very fraudulent group. If ur late 1 day there at your house for any reason.

I absolutely love this company. They make it fast and easy to get a loan when you are in need. Doesnt matter if you have low credit or a repo they find a way to work with you. They make it easy to pay the monthly bill, and always have very welcoming staff members help over the phone. I wont use another company from now on. They will always get my business.

The manager was very unprofessional with me when he was speaking to me on the phone and misunderstand me quite a bit. Ive never had anybody speak to me like he did and it cought me off guard and it was very confusing so I would record the conversations yourself everytime you wanna talk to someone from this company.

I wouldnt give one star if I didnt have too. We have been with this company since 7/2016 .They told us everything we wanted to hear pay on time or early and we could get a lower interest rate. Ya not true. We ended up having to get a loan to move and they wanted the title to our Yukon. We had no choice. We have been asking for the payoff to get the Yukon title back only to get ignored time and time again .Monday we finally went in after I saw a late fee on my Nov bill knowing I wasnt and havent been late. Not one time have they reported anything to the credit bureaus! Told me I had to call the credit bureaus to find out why. I have recommended friends and family to this place but I never will again! Horrible staff they do not care about anything but dollar signs!

If you want better reviews....change the way you do business!! This company has 22 complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. Dont look at their overall rating because companies PAY to have the BBB maintain an A+ rating. The proof though, is in the reviews of their ripped-off customers. Mr. Lee Holzman you should be ashamed of the way you do business. Good business ethics are proven with repeat customers and good reviews. Its your name and your integrity that is being ruined! Dont think you can maintain a business with it being run into the ground by lying, cheating, being greedy and taking advantage of people....its just a matter of time. This is a company full of liars and thieves!!! A 87 yr old senior citizen (veteran) with low credit after a year and a half of making on time payments, was told that if he rolled over his current auto loan for another vehicle that they would lower his interest rate which was 29.9%. They lied!!! Their encouraging promises are lies!! Refinancing through someone else now is not an option...BUT A DESPERATE NECESSITY!!! PAYING 29.9% ON A $7000.000 VEHICLE?????? Thats a $2300.00 profit on the interest alone!! This is complete insanity!!! Look....If you want those with no credit/low credit to make their payments....make the payments lower, NOT raise them to insane amounts. Thats just common sense. I placed a simple marketing cold call, no harm in that but was treated very rudely and when I asked for a contact they said, yea sure, hold on and left me on hold for over 10 Minutes. no skin of my back as I was still able to get work done. If I could Give a negative I would This place is honestly the worst company you could ever go through. I am A forest firefighter and was gone missed payments and came home to pay with cash pulled it all from bank on a Sunday and had it all in glove box well they repoed my car that night and I told Them the payments were in my glove box plus some and They wanted the full amount I owed On car well needless to say I let Then have car cause I didnt Have that much on me at the time left me finding a way back to base and now want to fight me in court cause I dont think I should Pay I know how much It sold at action for guess what my friend worked there at action also wouldn t let me take any of my racks off my car 1000 in Thule racks on it and wouldn t let me take it off cause hooked to car. So DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS NO MATTER THE SITUATION THEY WILL SCREW YOU.

Had an over payment and when I refinanced the truck and paid them off they kept giving me the run around after a week they said they sent the check another week with no check I called and they said that they were going to send it out tomorrow! We are what keeps you guys in business. I understand things happen but a little comunication helps

People have problems, dont let their problems turn you off of an opportunity. I have had two loans with this company and never a problem. I dont know maybe pay your bills on time.

For someone with bad credit thats on the mend, being able to work with Reliable has been a refreshing change. Gabby and Mike have been incredibly polite and helpful, and when life got in the way of making a payment on time, they were able to work with me to get back on track. As long as you keep them informed about whats going on, theyre able to help! My interest rate is painfully high, but that was to be expected at my current stage in credit. But the courtesy and communication from Reliable has definitely lessened the sting of interest!

Im really surprised by the bad reviews on here about Reliable Credit. We bought a Dodge Charger in 2014, they financed us at 29% which is understandable because weve had some credit issues in the past. We paid every month on time for over a year until my husband lost his job in February 2015. They were wonderful about working with us every month, accepting lower payments than what we were contractually obligated to. After 6 months of no employment, they were very generous in reducing our interest rate to 20% lowering our monthly payment by over $80. This helped immensely. Fast forward..my husband finally got a job, but the house we were renting got sold and because of several reasons we ended up homeless and lived in our car for 7 months. All through everything Reliable Credit stood by us and worked with us any time we couldnt make a full payment. We have nothing but great love for the people at Reliable Credit, and when we do finance another vehicle theyre the company were going to go through.

As long as you are willing to keep your commitment and pay every month this place is very good to you in return we are happy and grateful that they gave us a finance towards the Silverado Chevrolet that we are buying keep doing what you doing!!

Did everyone forget that this is a SUB-PRIME LENDER? It is unfortunate that most of these ratings are not at the initial time of transaction, but down the road. I bet you would have given a 5 star rating when they first financed a car that no one else would. The reason why companies like Reliable Credit even exist is to help people get into a car that a traditional bank or credit union wouldnt even bother looking at. Since youre considered high risk your loan gets treated that way. You can always feel free to refinance. I have done a lot of business with Reliable Credit and have never received any negative feedback from my customers. The unfortunate thing is, when you lack money management and dont pay your bills, no one wants to lend to you. Luckily there is still an avenue and you need to be on your best behavior. I would recommend Reliable Credit to anyone looking to rebuild their credit.

Shady people. Made on time payments for over 2 years, got stuck in a bind and was late one month on my payments. 3/4 of my truck was paid off. They waited for me to mess up just once and repossessed my truck. And told me to pay off the remainder of my balance or they would auction it. They gave me 10 days to come up with $3900. Ya right. They said we can make more in auction then to work with you. Went and got a loan to pay them off, and now Im much better off. I will NEVER work with this company again! Scam Artists!

This place is a joke!! I have financed 4 vehicle in 2 years from then. My last truck unfortunately caught fire last month. I have been trying to get into another vehicle. They say they go off of history with the company as well as credit, I have never missed a payment and in fact I always pay more than what my payment is. Their reasoning behind turning down the loan Is because it took me 6 months waiting for me to get a vin inspection when I moved states. However i have verifiable logs showing that as a long haul driver I was not in the state for a lot of that and when I was it was after hrs. As well as weather conditions including cave in and being trapped on town due to flooding. Go somewhere else, goodwill, any of those. Dont even waste your time.

I was 5 days late due to emergency out of town. I called and email the office about the situation and when I called to make the payment they told me I was lucky because I was scheduled for repossession. After five days? And a phone call and email? This cant be the only place willing to finance somebody that is trying to rebuild is it?

I applied for a loan there and was approved with a 30% interest rate. The guy said it looks like you have some credit but no payment history built up. That is the best part of my credit! I have 100% payments on time! When I told him I would pass he got off the phone then came back to say since youre putting $2500 down we can approve you for 20% interest... I have decent credit, was requesting the amount in loan that I put down, and they think Im going to pay 20% interest? This place prays on those in desperate situations. Luckily I wasnt, and I had the other half in savings to buy the car. So thanks Reliable Credit, I will not be back!

I called three times today and they kept the phone ringing 7 minutes straight each time. Im absolutely appalled by that service cuz nobody ever answered or helped me any way! And tomorrow is Saturday so I know they will be closed. The website says they are open today until 530 so this is absolutely unnecessary. Im extremely upset.

Their representatives are completely rude and they are not a customer friendly company. All the company can see is dollar signs. They could care less about actually providing customer care.
