I been doing business off and on for 9 years or little longer this lend is a high interest lender im talking like even if u got good credit scores u still get loan they approve me 5 or 6 days later i went to move forward insisted i never had my credit run all then the say oh it was ran two weeks i believe but and way they came up with tow oe hurdles for me to get i did then finally came back and u don't qualify because debt to rate issue bull i always had that its why u use this company it a high risk lender there boss call me told your on tge web trying to borrow money every where andvtold everyone ripping me off well what call when charging 30 or interest rates because he prime source lending with credit issues but he was not gonna let borrow because i pay them.off after tow payment's because there rates suck im not gonna pay for then i borrow i highly recommend dont do business with him because he talking advantage of people that are disabled veteran and retired people like me he threatened to have a lawyer sue me lol he said u get call from my attorney i told him call have him call me then i just slap a counter one back i talk to attorney in Idaho said don't loose no sleep over it one the hardest ones to prove because it legal to leave a review greedy lender not very good customer service and i got treated like i never paid nothing off but somehow he's a nice man yea he is when run a loan out to the end be careful this guy predator lender remember God said its easier to put a camel through eye needle then a Rich man .going to heaven ✨️ i pray for him to change and be humble 🙏

We personally worked with Sara and Janeen (sorry if that's misspelled), absolutely amazing. Those gals were so helpful, we ended up having to stay a bit as we were having problems with our bank. She was so helpful, understanding and explained everything so nicely and very informative. The office is awesome, beautiful plants so inviting and one cute puppy. Janeen you made us feel comfortable including your awesome coworkers that were there that day. I can't stress the stress that we were dealing with and they didn't make us feel like burdens or get irritated with us from the situation. Amazing gals/guy,pleasant,professional just great people that I'm so thankful to have met and help us. We appreciate EVERYTHING that you all did for us! This guy hired us from Idaho to do a repossession in Omaha Nebraska after we spent six weeks of doing a repossession for him, and doing all the investigations and repossessed the collateral. This man refuses to pay for it, and refuses to pay our bill as this guy is a write down Scumbag that wants someone to do his dirty work form, but doesn’t want to pay for it what a true and honest dirtbag do not work for this man or get loans from this man or finance anything with this man because he is a crook

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are taking over 60 days to send me my money back, risking my bank account to get charged off due to a bill pay mistake. I accidently sent them 15k instead of 1500 and they are giving me the run around to give me my money back. I have sent in proof 4-5 times. I have had employees tell me my refund was on its way, when in fact it wasnt. They never call back when the call gets dropped which is every time I call that happens. This company is a joke and no one should ever do business with them.

Ive been with Lakeview Financial since September 2020. Ive never experienced such amazing customer service with a financial company before, really any company. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you are taken care of. They truly care about their customers. I lost my job in August and they went thru every option I had and helped me get my payments taken care of while I looked for work. They made it less stressful on me. I would recommend them to everyone I know and dont know!

I do not recommend this outfit to no one. My wife bought a car and then required a 25% down. The trade was 1000.00 and took my title to my bike. When we signed papers the girl indicated, once we meet the 25% down through payments I would get my title back. That was a full out lie on their part. Didnt get my title back until payff. Justin Ahern is the office manager (punk) and wouldnt give me back my title after I had met the agreement. Dont ever, ever do business with this outfit if you smart enough.

Highly recommend. They helped out a ton with multiple loans, made the process easy, and get you money within am hour. They were willing to work with a car dealer to get me a loan on a rig. I ended up going through another dealer for the rig we really wanted but had we not found the other one we would have had taken their loan offer.

They financed us when no one else would because I had two repos on my record so I thought forsure I wasn t gonna get approved. Since the two repos I have change my life around tremendously and they could see that they actually talked with me for like a hour to hear about what happened in the past and what s different now. I absolutely loved Nexus Financial. The staff was fast, efficient, and kind and made purchasing a car effortless and fun. I contacted them on Wednesday, and by Thursday we had a check in hand and took it to the car lot. Their efforts brought back memories of owning a mortgage company and I even said to my husband when we left, I want to work with those ladies. These people helped me when I was struggling to build and repair my credit. They gave me a chance when some other companies wouldnt. However, what they failed to tell me was that the extended warranty they offered with every car purchase did not actually cover everything. As I feel was implied at the time of signing the contract. So now it appears I am stuck paying for a broke down car that I cannot afford to fix. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. I do appreciate the people whom work here and their willingness and ability to help when I need it.

Super friendly and helpful people! I was getting screwed over on a truck I bought from dales auto and these guys had my back the entire time. Just when I thought it was a lost cause They helped me find the right person to force dales auto to buy the truck back from me. If it wasn t for the staff at nexus I would ve gotten massively screwed over by dales auto.thanks Janine, Cassie and Justin! Highly recommend and will go to these guys again in the future. So don t ever buy a vehicle from dales auto on 4th street! Oh yea if you find yourself in the nexus office, only pick the butterfinger chocolates .. lol

Justin is the president of the company and you think he would be more professional about situations but he is so unprofessional, disrespectful.. He belittles people and its uncalled for!! Money to me has always been somewhat of a stress inducer and much of my life has been filled with catching up, which never allowed me to address the dire straights my transportation was in. My credit was just about as good as Nicholas Cages acting so when I was told to give Nexus Financial a try I didnt think they would be able to pull through and make a loan happen. I was wrong of course because not only did they get it done but they got it done efficiently and with absolutely no hassle. That was my first car purchased with their help. I have had several loans with this company. Anytime I have been in a pinch for money a simple phone call to Nexus and I have the money I need within 24hrs. Everyone at this location treats me with dignity and respect and have come to know me by name. Nexus also reports to the credit bureaus and after just 1 year of payments(on-time) my credit score has jumped over 100 points. Go see Nexus and position yourself for success. Especially if other lenders are turning your down.

As soon as I walked into Nexus I was welcomed by Cassie, who was incredibly helpful in getting me into a new car. Throughout the entire process Cassie and Janine were friendly, timely, and caring. It s awesome being treated like a person, rather than a transaction. Nexus does a phenomenal job with this, and I would recommend them to anybody.

I will not recommend this business to anyone. I tried to get a RV loan from them to be able to travel and visit family and friends. They declined me because they dont want you to go more than 2 hours from the Spokane area. This business is supposed to be here to help you not berate you.

From the start Kathy had no idea how to properly obtain authorization to have my landlord disclose my rental information. What should have been very simple was made complicated to a degree that my landlord said they would be careful working with a company that wasnt able to manage such a basic task. No one informed me of what I would need to bring to my appointment and then when I didnt have it I was made to feel stupid like I should just inherently know what their requirements are. Then they tried to sneak insurance into my loan without discussing it with me. She discussed every other facet of the contract but that. When I expressed concerns and asked to have it removed she said that it would take 30 minutes to remove it and re print the form. The form is obviously a prefill template which should not take nearly that long. I started to feel wary of dealing with this company based on all of this and asked if I could think about going through with it at which time I was yelled at by Justin. He said, then lets not do it if youre wary. When I tried to explain my reasons he got angrier and yelled some more. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. Not sure how this place stays open if they treat customers this way. Taking out a loan is a big decision and a person should be sure before proceeding. This company did not care whether I was sure or not. They made it easy for me to say no to working with them. This is not a business I would want to establish a relationship with. And based on the response to my review, they take no accountability for their mistakes.

A bunch of rip offs approved my girlfriend to get a car then we get there to do the paperwork and they changed their minds and i got approved for a 11000 dollar loan with a payment of 500 a mouth for 48 months

The 3 Girls are so friendly and bubbly they turned a stressful situation into not so stressful ..We were asked if we would like coffee even some candy they fit us in earlier then our appointment.. 3rd time going back and by far the best Ive felt with their customer service..... Applied for loan through a car dealership online. First off all the lady that called me was rude before even talking to me. Second of all she wanted 25% down and the collateral. My credit is right around 700 and theres no way it should be an issue. She informed me she wanted $600 payment on a $17,000 vehicle. I just about hit the floor. Anyway the dealership called me shortly after and made things right, saying they thought that was way out of hand as well. Told me to go through my bank that I already have a car loan with and they would write the papers up right around what I am willing to pay. Worked with me wonderfully. But this place I would stay away from, never heard of them and never hope to again...

Amy was an absolute pleasure to deal with, my loan was quickly made, and they looked at every one of the details provided to make an accurate assumption of how much I could afford. I am paying my loan off early today and thanks to them, the credit bump allowed me to buy a house. I couldnt have been happier with them. Nexus is where I plan to go for all future small loans.

They lied to me and my wife about why our loan was denied. When my wife called they said it was because of her credit but a fee months ago they said if we had 25% down we would be approved that was also a lie. I called and they told me it was because the car had to many miles nothing was said about my wifes credit. Talked with the car dealership and he found us a better loan company

Great place Justin is awesome he handled my loan even though they couldnt quite get me the payments I wanted Im still happy with it and the insurance they offered me to cover my payments in case something unfortunate happens.. I would highly recommend it its definitely worth the extra money even if ya dont have to use it . Also Justin referred me to a great mechanic to look over the vehicle I was purchasing and gave me great advice to insure that I had a good vehicle!

We had been trying for ages to get any loan to establish credit and they gave us a go based on other positive histories. So thankful we found them. Justin and Tiffany are so great, they go out of their way to give you a great experience, and we love dealing with them. Well never get a loan with anyone else.

After being with this company for years and never missing a payment we refinanced our home and our due date for our home loan changed. I informed Lakeview that we would now need to make our payment a week or two later in the month to accommodate this change. We have never been more than 15 days late even with the change and every month I get nasty notices in the mail threatening legal action. We have honored our agreement with this company and recommended friends and family out there yet every month we are treated poorly. Our contract is almost paid off and we will not be going with them again.
