Super friendly staff. I believe they gave me decent prices for my things. especially since I ended up completely forgetting about them. I don’t feel too bad though they definitely came up with my airpod maxes and a super nice JBL speaker lol hmm I might’ve even left a portable monitor I can’t find.. 🤔🤔

Use to be a ok place, if you needed money fast. At of course less than what they sell things on eBay for broke, that’s how they “ determine a price” if you choose to go in, avoid Ashely. She can’t determine. A price of a penny and acts like she knows everything. Jus bypass her and hope she can find her way out the door at night, I bet she can’t. Absolute garbage service and don’t waste your time in this store! Many many better options in town. Everyone here that was worth something left. I know why now

Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. Every time I have gone in the store, I have been greeted with friendly smiles. The employees are very friendly. They let me know it would be a few minutes, as they were very busy.

2nd time these people have been less than honest. I came in selling a new in box 100 dollar item, she offered me 25. To which I always ask for 5 dollars more than they offer its a bargain habit i have whenever i sell anything. She declined 30, so I said fine just the 25. She has me sign for the sale and hands me a 20. Then said I must have mis heard her. I told her no I offered you 5 bucks more than your offer. She basically tried to scam me and then call me deaf. I'm a professional musician it's my job to hear things correctly especially when selling something at a way unfair price as it is and i was only asking for 30 percent of the retail for brand new items. The two ladies running that place are condescending and unfriendly. I will never do buisness with them again and will actively warn others off from these dishonest people. Shame, their older guy buyer that recently left was the exact opposite and the only reason I'd even consider going in there. He was so nice. Must have been treated similarly.
Beware! Count what they give you if you sell them something.

My brother, who lives in Salt Lake City, does Native American Fluting and Drumming. Brian from Pawn 1 sent me a photo of a very nice double flute that was available for sale. I contacted my brother and he connected with Brian who sold the flute after describing the details about the available flute. This was great service and my brother is more than happy about finding this unique flute for his collection.

It was me and my wife and there was a thin woman with red glasses. The truth is, it was the worst experience we had. My wife is pregnant and the truth is that woman treated us badly just because of our ID. She got upset and shouted loudly that if we didnt We had an Amijo or aljo but in a rude way and my wife used to eat the money but he treated them badly and people like that who treat society badly do not deserve a customer service job. Please ask people to help us

They use a tablet to test gold that doesnt read properly tried to say that a product I purchased from Jensens jewelers a reputable company wasnt even gold as if they sold me something fake would highly recommend that nobody bring jewelry to this place unless you want to loose money or be told that youre product is not real

This pawn shop is by far the best available in Idaho falls and surrounding areas in my opinion. Theyve always managed to help me out, and were kind, and courteous. They made me feel welcome and I have continued utilizing what they have to offer. Word. Highly recommend this place. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

I asked to do a loan on a four wheeler I had a title but I had not put it in my name yet. The manager said to go register it so it was in my name and they would do the loan with the temporary title. I spent the $40+ to register it put $40 in gas to get it from my house 44 miles away (this is the closest pawn shop) from the pawn shop, got it here they looked at it and said ok but the temporary title is not going to work. This was for rent. I ve been out of work for a month, in and out of the hospital, I spent money registering the atv and getting it here, money I didn t have! I was lied to by the manger and the employee helping me I am so frustrated with this place it took everything I had to keep my cool. I definitely will not do any buying or selling here again. I am truly saddened by this, the store has a great inventory and I buy stuff here every time I come to idaho falls. But this has cost me more than $80+ just to bring them the atv, due to only having a temporary title I can t sell it now, to pay my rent. I really hope they can figure out honesty in business but I will not return to Pawn1 again.

There was a Pawn One in Pocatello when we had lived there and the staff always treated us fantastic. We recently moved to Idaho Falls. There is a staff member there named Kali, Give her a raise, promotion, or whatever. She is extremely good to customers and her service is memorable. For the company itself-Something that stands out to me is that I moved to New Jersey for two years and I can still remember members names of your staff because of their fanatical service. Andy, Brandon, Marissa, Natalie - if they still work for your company they are staff that really make customers feel like family. They are assets to your company, great job hiring the right people.

I usually stop by this store 3-4 times/year because I enjoy shopping for a good deal. Their prices are mostly on the high side but not always. I have been very happy with the staff, cleanliness and the purchases that Ive made.

I purchased a MacBook from here, they tried to give me a charger that was a knock off and didnt even charge the MacBook, she got another one that had an apple logo on it and plugged it in and it worked. I told them I lived in Jackson Wyoming and I wouldnt be back for a couple of weeks if something was wrong with the laptop and they told me that was fine. I charged the battery and it lasted 20 min before it was dead. I called and they told me I have till Monday to get it back and then told me I can only trade it for another one and couldnt get my money back. They are also over priced, dont go here!

There deals are garbage Wont ever go there again. The people there are not friendly and they pull sheisty moves like telling you they have something then go to get it then they tell you they put it on line and cant let you put it on lay away for 2 weeks. No wonder there successful everyone they deal with they take them for everything they have.

Not really impressed with their pawn services. The employees were okay. Unfortunately when I received my item back from pawn there was a scratch in the center of my pc monitor. At first I thought it was just a fingerprint but once I got it home and cleaned it off it was obviously scratched and very visible. Not really impressed that they treated my items poorly while in storage.

They wanted $269 for a beat up, old Milwaukee drill set that retails NEW for almost $100 less than that! This place is an absolute joke. It wasnt a FUEL and had 3ah batteries.

USED I REPEAT USED stuff at NEW pricing, also guy working the counter was arrogant. I showed him the same gun he was selling for the same price brand new, he told me go buy it elsewhere then. OK, not a problem I will. bummer deal because I really like pawn store shopping. Definitely will never go in there again.

So my wife and I shop at the Idaho Falls Pawn 1 more than twice a week. Between Brian, Kali, Ashley, My wife and I never stop referring people to pawn one in Idaho falls. Those three call us by name whenever we come in there. It makes us feel like we re more than just a number. They re great people fun to talk to. Went there recently during the Statewide lockdown. Still open for business and working hard to provide for their customers. Couldnt go inside to browse video game selection, so they took pics of what they had and let us know so we could choose. Great service! I wish I could leave a half star for this place. First, they only give you a tiny portion of what they will turn around and sell it for then they will price these used products at the same price as getting a new one. Buyer beware. The last straw was finding that the store is infested with cockroaches. I saw several running across the floors and counters. I left immediately. There was no way I would buy something from there and risk bringing cockroaches into my home.

Pawn 1 has to be the nicest pawn shop Ive been into in a long time. Its well lit, clean, and very organized. The staff all seemed very nice, but I dealt with Brian directly. I was looking for a guitar amp and Brian demonstrated 2 separate amps for me (since Im VERY rusty) until we decided which one was the best. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but hes a bad*ss on the guitar! I highly recommend this place, and Ill definitely go back!

Sellers beware!!! I called ahead because live over an hour away and said I wanted to sell my diamond ring,they said they could only pay whole sale price I said that was fine and I understand they need to make a profit,lol they offered me 550.00 on a 2200.00 diamond ring that we paid 10 years ago,whole sale is half!!! I was in retail jewelry be for and know the whole sale prices. Shame! Shame! Pawn One.

Bought a game and not even a hour later I tried to return it because I found my copy. And they said I had 7 days to return it and then the lady said we cant.

And then she said sorry we forgot to tell you but from the rest of the reviews its something they just say and tell you I guess. Never going there again!

I have purchased numerous items (mostly jewelry) at Pawn 1 and each experience was delightful. Brian was the sales associate last week and he was kind, honest, and fair. I will definitely return!

Brian is the best I never been to a pawn shop he restringed 3 guitars for me in one day and I bought one from them. The hole staff is very nice and professional. Brian just made me a customer for life.

This is supposed to he a pawn 1 ive been to many across the west coast and this is by far the worst. They give ppl nothing for their stuff and charge 80% of what it costs new. I would rather pay the extra $ and have a warranty. Dont wast time going hear until the management realizes what things are really worth. Good luck

Been doing trades with these,guys couple years now. The dark semi clean places have been given notice that its possible to have a bright shiny store with great deals. The Crew here in Ammon treat you right. Just dont play led zepplin while checking out guitars....

Pawn 1 is by far the best pawn store in town!!! Its incredibly clean and very well organized. They have a very awesome selection of good quality stuff. And the staff are super thoughtful and very helpful!!! Ive lived in Idaho falls my Whole life and been through hard times and Ive always hated having to go to the pawn downtown. Ive always felt degraded. So if you want awesome service with a smile, I suggest you go to pawn 1 today!!!

Nicest pawn shop Ive been to. Its clean, organized, and theres a decent amount of stuff. There was a lot of musical instruments and accessories. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very friendly. Gave me a great deal on some fantastic drills. Lots of stuff you would expect to see at a Pawn Shop. Very organized and easy to get a lay of the land and pick out whatever you are searching for and more. Hope to stop in again soon.

Greatest pawn show. The employees are amazing if the manager of the store reads this your employee: MAD i guess is her name real nice lady blonde hair around 52 - 53 very pretty she deserves a raise great worker. Cleaned the product before she would sell it to me lol.

I go here at least once a week for movies and wont be stopping soon. The staff is incredibly friendly, remembers me and makes each visit enjoyable with the pure happiness that radiates from the staff. Not only is the staff amazing the store is always impeccably clean and organized. If you go to a different pawn shop in Idaho Falls or Ammon your wasting your time.

Rip off. Take good stuff in and they want to low ball you and charge high interest. I will continue to go to the Variety Mart!!!! They are by far the best in town. Friendly..... I will not ever recommend Pawn 1 to anyone. Go see Dave if you want to be treated with genuine respect
