Kory Dennis gives me hope in humanity. It feels like we ve gone back in time to an old school business man who provides such great service for his customers. He is a breath of fresh air and taylor-made to serve with a positive attitude and respect.

I ve been with the bank for nearly 30 years. I went in to open an account for my son and was told they couldn t help me because I didn t have an appointment. Now that would have been fine if they were busy but there was not a single customer in the branch

Service is poor and phone service is non-existent. I was in at 4pm and all the desk employees had already left. Seems to me someone should be there the the full banking hours. I dont live right in Valdosta, so my running to the bank is not that easy.

I have lived all over and been with Bank of America for 15 years. This literally is the slowest branch I have ever been to. They need more tellers if this branch is this busy. Waiting 30 minutes in line every time I go in should be unacceptable. There are many things that cant be accomplished through an ATM.

I come here weekly and the line is always very long. You can expect to wait 25-30 minutes before being seen too if you need the teller behind the desk. There s only ever one person behind the desk. The staff are all very polite, customer service is not a problem, but the waiting times are pretty ridiculous. They should consider more payroll hours so they can be fully staffed.

I m personally disappointed that we are on a government lockdown where myself and many others are unable to work and Bank of America is still taking out a $12 monthly maintenance charge. When the lock down is lifted I will be changing my bank provider. I ve had many issues over the years with them they are not worth the hassle anymore.

Awful. Just awful. Inside service is slow and no one knows anything. All they can do is look at an iPad and suggest you go outside to ATM or call 800 number

I waited in line for over 30 minutes as the line continued to grow out the door. There are no drive thru tellers. There are ONLY 2 tellers helping a gigantic line of customers. This isnt once, it is everytime. They arent even nice when you finally get up to the window. Awful set up. It could be a nice bank if they were more organized.

There are only ever two tellers- and 5 other employees standing around watching. It s been the same for the last 3 years It s the day after a long weekend holiday- you d think as a business bank you would staff efficiently. There s no reason the line should be out the door in the rain while your staff encourages atm use instead of coming inside

I switched over to Bank of America due to the lack of there being a Wells Fargo in Valdosta. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up my checking account. I worked with Kory and he was awesome and super informative. He was so fun and easy to work with and offered up tons of financial advice. If you need to work with somebody at Bank of America I specifically recommend making an appointment with Kory.

this has become one of the worse banks in the area, they never have enough staff on duty, they stand around and talk amongst themselves when the line is out the door... please someone read this and do better to please your customers or your days as a bank in valdosta are like many other businesses closing due to poor sales

If you try to cash a check drawn on a Bank Of America account they will charge you an $8.00 convenientcy fee if you are not a Bank Of America account holder. I remember when banks didnt charge a convenientcy fee to do their J.O.B. Now they rob you for taking a check from one of their account holders.
