*DO NOT SHOP** Horrible customer service a representative named Jasmine has a horrible attitude and approach towards customers one month she gave false information in regards to my account which caused me to have a complete cancellation on my account and today she was VERY rude cutting me off ignoring simple request such as can you tell me what card is on file by informing me that she has a death in the family and don t have time for this I will be shopping around all day for new insurance the supervisor at this location was always amazing but this particular individual has insulted and offended me one to many times she then proceeded to end the conversation by hanging up the phone **DO NOT SHOP**

I wish I could rate them zero stars. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in my entire life. It has been TWO MONTHS since a person who was insured through them hit my car (their driver was entirely at fault), and I still dont have my money. They have assigned me to 4 different adjusters. I never actually spoke with three of them, and the the fourth (Teresa Fowler) literally threatened to CANCEL MY CLAIM AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT because I called to discuss the unreasonable offer they made me. They are claiming my car is a total loss, and theyre offering me a solid $1500 less than any car of my year, make, and model is selling for. They claim that the actual cash value of the car is $1000 less than what any similar car is selling for. How on EARTH are they defining actual cash value?!?! The cash value of a car is THE PRICE IT SELLS FOR ON THE MARKET, isnt that Economics 101?!?! This place is TERRIBLE, NEVER USE THEM! They need to go out of business!

I would like to start out by letting you know a little about myself. Ive been in retail management for over 10 years as a customer service manager. Melissa is BY FAR the very best agent of any company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with from the very first phone call for a quote. I havent driven in years and was sure it was going to take a miracle for me to be able to get everything in order I needed to, to be able to become a fully legal driver again. Melissa was and is just that, a miracle worker. I had to call her several times on a few different days. It got to the point to where I didnt want to call bc I felt I was definitely annoying her only because I had to call so much. Not once did SHE ever make me feel that I was annoying or did she ever seem frustrated. I walked into the Cobb parkway location to inquire about auto insurance. I was instantly greeted by Jasmine and Bailey . Jasmine did my quote , we did several scenarios. She found the best quote for me and my family. Very polite and professional. By the time the policy was done I felt like I had made two friends , we laughed and they made me feel at home. Roberto was pleasant, professional, but relaxed and easy to talk to. He answered every one of my questions and explained my options without being pushy at all. I couldn t believe I found myself saying I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience getting insurance on my motorcycle! And it s 100% true, I really did. The insurance isnt bad by any means,the people are friendly and helpful. However, my automatic payment doesnt always go through when it is supposed to. This is my only automatic bill pay that seems to have issues processing. Other than that. Great.

Hi, my name is Joshua, but I had to leave a review for this company because they re cheap for the coverages you may want/offered and very sociable with their customers. Furthermore, I was placed on a phone call with a lady named, Tamika. She was indeed very helpful with the informational standpoint of everything, but what stood out the most is the fact that she took the time to give me a call back when I gave her a date in which I was looking to get insurance. This, in my opinion shows care about what is best for them by helping you get what you want/need for your money. However, I went a different direction due to personal businesses I have to attend to, but for what it s worth and what you ll be receiving for such decent prices, I would recommend it to anyone. All in all, give them a try and ask for Tamika!

I believe in great customer service. If youre driving record isnt spotless or you are being treated like a number at your insurance carrier. Give Melissa a call. I have sent friends and used her myself over the past 12 yrs. There office is extremely busy, but her teams customer service is top notch. I have been a policy holder for about 3.5 years since moving to GA. With my husband not so good driving record I still was able to get Quality insurance. Whenever I have a question big or small Melissa and her team is always willing to help.

Amazing staff!!!!!! Honest well represented, and knowledgeable, they will go above and beyond for their customers just like they did for me and my family. Ms. Tameika Watkins cares purely about your best well being please go see her!!!!! and their branch manager Melissa is amazing as well she has worked miracles for me I highly recommend this location, and have referred all of my family and friends here they are worth it!!!!!

I called to get a quote and spoke to Tamika and even though the quote didnt fit my budget I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, she even referred me to one of her preferred agents to see if I can find something in my budget, and explained how important it is to have car insurance

I love the staff at Acceptance Insurance, Smyrna, Ga. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and they REALLY care. I wouldnt do business anywhere else when it comes to my car insurance. They are very personable! Melissa, Roberto and Tamika keep up the good work!

Acceptance Insurance in Smyrna always goes above and beyond! Every time I call, I am greeted with a welcoming and friendly CSR that is ready to help. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to understand my concerns and offer any help she can. Tamika and Roberto always have a smile too, and they are attentive to help any customer that walks in as soon as they are able to.
