I am not sure where to start. Jared Jones is beyond amazing. I was introduced to Jared by my realtor. I had confusion with my current lender at the time and I need help with understanding FHA vs. conventional loans. Although this would have been my second time purchasing a home, I still had many questions. I felt that purchasing my second home was just as scary as purchasing my first home. So, talking someone who had great knowledge made purchasing my home a breeze. I was in the middle of a horrible divorce at the time when I called Amy. I had literally been in tears not knowing what I was going to do or how I was going to pull off selling a house and getting a house. Amy did not blink! When I called Affinity Home Lending I wasnt really sure what I wanted to to do exactly, but I knew I didnt want to do a 30 year loan again. I explained my situation to Tommy Foster and he went over the entire process and ran many different scenarios for mortgage loans to help me make a decision. I can t say enough great things about Affinity Home Lending. I spoke with Jason Waters about refinancing in August 2020. Based on the mortgage type and rate that I previously had, his advice to me was to wait a little longer to see if we could lock in a lower rate than what was available at that time. We waited about 90 days and ultimately closed on the re-fi in November 2020 at a much lower rate than what was previously available. I was very pleased with the entire experience. It was seamless from start to finish, and they were able to promptly close the loan.

Wonderful people and experience with them. We were first time buyers and working with another lender. This is my second time using Affinity Home Lending to refinance my home. My first home they reached out to me regarding refinance option. As a home owner when you purchase your home sometimes you got so much going on that years past by so quickly that you never pay attention to rates going down. I sold that home after 10 years and build a new home, after 3 years owning my new home I realized interest rate was very low and an opportunity to take advantage of it. I reached out to Garrett Potz at Affinity Home Lending and explained that I would like to refinance my home to a 20 year mortgage and no out of pocket cost. I kid you not, I don t think the process took 3 full weeks. Garrett asked for all the necessary information and also found me a Closing attorney that was close to my home which was seamless. DJ and his team were very impressive. We had a short window for closing and they didn t skip a beat. They kept me up to date on their progress and were very clear as to all the terms of the loan. Rates and costs were all extremely competitive. They will now be my go to for future purchases.

Amazing!! That s all I can say. These guys did things no one else could do. Attentive and kept us in loop the whole process.
