Visited today and ordered two meals in drive thru, however when I opened my sandwich it looked pretty bad. I was a little tuned off but hungry, went to take a bite and noticed two long white hairs. Went back to return the food, as we had not eaten any of it and was told no refunds could be given and that I would not receive a response if I tried to reach the store manager. I was told the store manager would not be in for two days but I could come back then and talk to her. I explained we were leaving the food and would like our receipt, I was told there was a trash can on my way out! I wasn't expecting hair in my food but I also wasn't expecting such poor service..

The best tasting KFC that Ive had in a long time. Everything was well seasoned and tasty. The KFC is has some history on the walls that you can enjoy while you wait also they sell KFC goodies inside.

The Big Chicken is the best KFC I've eaten in a minute. Juicy chicken, hot food, and a fun atmosphere make for a nice little stop in Marietta. The staff was friendly, but we did order through a kiosk. Didn't see or speak to any managers. There were lots of fans buying Big Chicken Merch.

The most horrible smell, we ordered 12 pieces of combo chicken and since we received the chicken it had a putrefactive smell in very bad condition and when we spoke to one of the employees he started laughing I asked him to speak to a superior and I asked him to notice that the Chicken was in bad condition and they didn't solve anything. I recommend this place and they believe that if my family gets sick I will sue them.

This Landmark not only impresses with its appearance and unique attraction of the giant big chicken with the moving beak but when you walk inside it's like a mini museum. Complimented with great food and great service. Very roomy and we've never been in here when it's loud and crazy or uncomfortable such a wonderful place. The staff does well and the food is consistently good. It definitely need to stop and check out this landmark.

First I was not given receipt but my bank can show amount and place it came from. I believe that was not given on purpose. I waited for fries but they were cold. One of my chicken minis was rubbery. I also got a 12 piece have not tried that yet. Very disappointed can not speak well of this establishment. All for 50 plus dollars!!!

The people who work there are bad, they are not good for the job. I ask for my order and I am always there because I am a bigchiken becino and my orders are always incomplete and I order my soda medium and they deliver it small. Maybe they dont read the tickets today but this just happened. It was around 7:50 pm and I decided to make this comment because its too much, they are irresponsible. Great building and cool place to sit down and eat. The problem is that they are SUPER SLOW and always behind. As you are waiting for your order, count on other patrons returning to the counter because their order is wrong, food is cold, or something else. And then you will get your food... and there is almost always some hiccup. Twice I have been there and the biscuits were not cooked all the way through- despite waiting 15 minutes for them on one occasion. Im not sure why but they seem to always be out of something, or just starting to cook something. I think you get your food faster through the drive thru for sure. Some of the employees are nice and apologetic. Some try to act like they dont see you pacing at the front to get their attention. If they could get their assembly line and process together it would make a world of difference.

Its the big chicken! Its also KFC. This is one of the best KFCs that Ive been to by far, and its even better because its got a giant chicken on top of it! You can also buy big chicken merch, which is pretty cool.

Tables were dirty, bathroom was filthy no paper towels no soap.The trashcans were over flowing with trash in the bathroom. I came in at 2:35 placed my order and 4 people came in after me and were served their food before me. I got my food at 3:50 only after complaining to a rude as manager. When I ask for a refund the manager said they could not refund me they would just get my food out to me. She was very rude and disrespectful. This is a tourist/ popular spot and I expected better. This was my 1st visit and definitely my last. Rude ass manager and nasty restaurant. Stay away.

Our visit sat at 1130 am on a Monday .We ordered 2 piece breast meal. Had to be 2 day old biscuits there were so hard. Then the drinks. I got tea at first and it was terrible. Then I ask if I could just get a coke and the woman behind the counter wanted to tell me everyone loves their tea and could not understand why I dont. This subject was not up for debate I did not like it and wanted something else. Then I got the Pepsi and it was flat. My wife had the chicken pot pie and it tasted like it was left overs from the night before. They had her pot pie before they had my chicken done like they must have warmed it up the microwave. You think about the Big Chicken and you think they would set the standard for KFC...well that certainly not the case at all that I seen. My first time there dinning in and I was not impressed at all.

Ordered 12 piece family meal with Cole slaw, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy, service was quick but I didnt get any gravy with the potatoes, that should be a given if I order mashed potatoes a gravy comes with it, thats why its called mashed potatoes with gravy, its only been a staple of KFC for 60 years

When returning home after ordering food from the big chicken location in Marietta GA, all our food was completely disgusting. The quality was horrible! You can tell everything was cooked in old grease and been sitting out. I went back up to the store with the $72 worth of food i purchased. Gave the food back and asked for a refund. No refund was given and I was told I had to come back the next day and speak with the general manager. Came back the next day and was refused a refund, which is insane especially when I spent $72 on old, poor quality food. She said she could only replace the food. She replaces the food and I get home to find I m missing 2 meals from my original order! Exactly why I just wanted my refund!

Pretty good iconic location. It wasn t crowded and it was very clean. The food didn t come out all together which was kind of annoying. I don t like ordering from a kiosk. The bathroom didn t have hand towels. If you like KFC you won t be disappointed. Parking: Plenty of parking easy in and out.

For being a state\city landmark, this was the dirtiest, unkempt, poorly managed KFC Ive ever been in. Trash on the floor everywhere, bathrooms a complete mess, every soda not working except Mt Dew, order messed up, charged the card 3 times for 1 order. Just an absolute disaster. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Came for the chicken and left because of the bad service. Highly disappointed in the workers and how things went down. Literally payed twice since the kiosk and when I asked the cashier rudely and angrily said she didn t care. On top of that I didn t even get a fork for the famous bowl. I mean 45 minutes later and still not ready and this is supposed to be the big chicken location a big visitation location? I think I m gonna stick to other chicken locations this is not the place to order food from. It s been years since I ve had KFC but I ve always heard people say it doesn t taste the same and I didn t believe that til today. The service was amazing but the chicken was nasty. The coleslaw had a horrible aftertaste. It s clearly not the same recipe they used years ago. To spend money on something u had a taste for and u get it and it s nasty is such a disappointment. I see why people stop fooling with KFC. The prices went up but the quality has gone DOWN big time. Once again the service was amazing but that s about it.

Even though they have self order station, cashier was willing and able to take orders and that was much faster than us doing it for the first time. Self service area for lids/napkins had not been well stocked that day and fancy drink system didnt have all the flavor options shown. I have not been to the Big Chicken in years but I can honestly say it has not changed it is a one place where customer service is still amazing they keep it immaculate and it takes you back for a little while how things used to be when people cared about their customers. The cashier was incredibly nice and helpful and the manager I cant remember her name she was a black woman was incredible she greeted her customers she took pride in what she fed them. My chicken box broke from the bottom chicken waisted on floor . Took it back and I feel they just refried chicken I brought back it had a funny taste to it like dirty grease and soggy texture over cooked on one side this was original chicken . Box was not secured properly and when I brought it back because I was already home I received no apology and straight non chelant attitude . Like they didnt even care at all . I had been hungry all day finally wanted a good meal and experienced this. Never again For this to be the big chicken I expected more.

My husband and I went through the drive thru last night and was greeted with the kindest fast food worker we have ever came across. Antonio was super friendly, asked every question to make sure we wouldn t forget anything like condiments. When we got to the window he greeted us with the biggest smile. We told him we loved the 5 Star customer service he provided. That man needs to become a trainer for KFC and get a big raise he was amazing. Thank you Antonio for making our day.

My son and I arrived at about 1:10PM on a Saturday. Had about 10 people waiting for food in front of us as we were ordering. We ordered 2 #9 s with no pickles. Our food did not come out of the kitchen until 2:00pm on the dot. Both of our sandwiches came with pickles on them. The sandwiches were hot and my fries were hot. My sons fries were okay, but not that hot or crunchy. One of the two drink machines was out of ice. The nuggets with our meal were luke warm at best. When our food came out after I ordered for dine in, I was shocked to see it all slapped in a to go bag. Whom I can only imagine was the Manager on duty deliver our food directly to our table and proceeded to tell me sorry, it s not my fault that they didn t make the patties for the sandwiches . As a former shift manager at zaxbys when I was high school, I find it highly unnecessary to bring your kitchen problems into my dining experience. We experienced the big chicken once but, never again. Families were grateful that I told them how long we had been waiting as they turned around and took their families to dine elsewhere.

We love kfc so we ordered food from it for Super Bowl. My son was very excited to eat it unfortunately, the chicken and fries were really bad. The chicken and fries both were smelling and it hasn t happened ever. My husband got food poisoning due to that and it wasn t a pleasant environment for us. I vouch for never eating here.

Its one of a kind. Restaurant is a landmark and renovated nicely on the inside. Similar to a Chick-fil-A Dwarf House because its a sit down restaurant. No table service but really a fun experience. You can buy merchandise here too. Ranges from $5 magnets or stickers to $30 hoodies. Not too bad.

Raw biscuits, ordered crispy chicken and got original and girl refused to fix it .. the biscuits will make you sick . They are raw inside. Horrendous service.. will be doing chargeback as i did not receive what was ordered

Drink machine tasted bad, most of the sodas were out, I needed condiments and lady never came to front to give me the condiments, a couple of customers walked out because no one came to attend to them. The worsts Servín I have ever had.

I was very upset & disappointed after stopping at the Big Chicken on my way home from an event , thinking how good some fried chicken from KFC would taste, but upon arrival home, 4 miles away, and opening the bag I saw 3 small chicken strips a little bigger than my fingers in a large box. Mind you the photo on the menu showed full size chicken strips so I expected to see healthy strips!. Not the case!!. The only reason I did not return to the Big Chicken is the distance and being exhausted.!! I wasted $20.20. I will never stop at KFC again.What a rip off.

Just had some pretty awful customer service experience and it was given by the manager. Who refuse to give his name. Then I asked for the district/regional manager s information to contact their office. He refused to give me that information. Was nasty, unprofessional, not friendly, and just was a total disappointment. I would not ever go back to this KFC ever. Good luck to all the customers that go there. The sad part is, is that it is hardly ever any customers there anyway. That speaks volumes by itself. You would think they would be trying to do better to keep the few customers that come through their location.

I had a VERY TERRIBLE experience today! I order the hot wing in this store a lot of times. The lady worked in the store before is so nice and professional, every time she give me the order on time, and never make mistake! BUT!!!! Today, a guy worked there and he definitely didn t know what he is doing! He just walking around and pretending he is working. The gentleman before me said they already waiting there over 30mins and nobody come! I asked for my order that showed in my app is already ready to pick up at 7:25pm! But he said like oh it s not ready. and walked away! That s very rude! And I sit there waiting until over 8 pm, the guy is Still doing nothing except walking around and around! I just don t want my food anymore cuz it looks like I have to WATE FOREVER. Hope the nice lady can come back to the store.

Dining room was pretty dirty today on arrival and the bathroom had a horrible smell. I told the lady at the front counter about the issues and she just said okay.

8 pieces of fresh hot fried chicken for 10 bux heck yeah Im there!! Only complaint was that she put a thigh in the box that was smaller than the palm of my hand but other than that it was extra crispy delicious

This Landmark not only impresses with its appearance and unique attraction of the giant big chicken with the moving beak but when you walk inside its like a mini museum. Complimented with great food and great service. Very roomy and weve never been in here when its loud and crazy or uncomfortable such a wonderful place. The staff does well and the food is consistently good. It definitely need to stop and check out this landmark. Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Its a great place for your kids to walk around and look at the cool historic memorabilia related to the restaurant

I placed an order online to be picked up at a certain time.. I get there at the exact time and I tried to go inside to grab my mobile order I was sent to the drive Thur to grab it no problem, I get in line and the drive Thur line wrapped around the building I make it to the window just for the lady to tell me my order hasn t even been started on so I waited at the window for about 10-15 minutes just for her to tell me to go back around and get in line, keep in mind the line was wrapped around the building finally got my food almost half an hour later. 1/10 don t recommend !!

This location is very under staff , when you order your food online and given a time it took 30-40mins longer , the one or two people who are there had attitudes , and only one side of the location is open everything is ran thru the drive thru , food was under and over cook at the same time

Ive lived in Atlanta for the better part of my 47 years and had never been to the Big Chicken before. Like yes, its just a KFC, but its a landmark! Its a beautiful location!!!! So we went! BIG MISTAKE! The service is trash. Complete trash. The food was barely palatable and the fact that the service was so trash that we had plain biscuits with nothing on them, and chicken tenders with no sauce because no one would speak to us and the cashier refused to deal with the sauce request when we ordered claiming we would get that at pick up...we waited 20 minutes to order for seemingly no reason so I didnt have high hopes... what a disappointing mess. Oh and drinks.... they were all messed up. Too much carbonation no syrup.... and no ice! You are the Big Chicken, you are iconic, a landmark.... if you are going to do one KFC correctly in Atlanta it needs to be that one. I realize staffing is hard ... but literally take your best people from all the area stores and staff your freaking landmark. Telling everyone I know to never eat at the Big Chicken. KFC could you please sell this location to a local who freaking cares about the legacy enough to uphold it.
