Nanée is the perfect person to have on your team. She is extremely helpful in figuring out what your options are, and acts very fast when things get moving. I didn't think we'd be ready to buy a home for at least 3 or 4 more months, but with her help I realized that it was actually do-able now, and once the offer was in the process was so quick and easy it's almost unbelievable.

Coincidentally, Ideal Lending was recommended to me by my realtor in FL (who was also recommended to me); I fired my realtor but kept Ideal Lending, both with good reason. They re the best and you can count on them to give you the best rates out there. They re available 24/7 to assist you with running numbers for properties and answering any questions you may have. Ideal lending even provided some assistance that normally a realtor is supposed to handle. I ve always felt confident with my lender agent Kathy Hernandez when I felt down and discouraged she was always there to tell me don t worry it will all workout and you are going to get your dream home. She was always there for me and communicated very well to me via texts, email, and phone calls. She educated me along the way of how this home buying process works. I felt like family with her at all times. She kept good knowledge of my situation the whole time and never once I felt that she did not know what she was doing. Called. Its a nationally 1-800 number. I got calls from a personal number so I ignored it. Then I called back thinking it was Ideal Lending. The person sounded confused and said, oh are you calling about the loan? Told that person to call me back Monday, but didnt plan to answer based on the weird call model. Doesnt matter because they didnt even call back. I suggest looking elsewhere. I wanted to loan shop but the place we already went to is amazing. There are many lenders so be picky.

My experience was amazing from the very beginning and all the way through my closing. From my very first conversation with Sal, I felt at ease and comfortable. Sal is very personable and always pleasant to speak to. He explained the entire process and was very thorough. Sal was easy to communicate with and was always available to answer my questions. He always called me with updates. His advice helped me make my decision on the home that I purchased. I was blown away with the incredibly low interest rate he was able to get for me. Buying a home the second time around was much easier even with a difficult market and that was all thanks to Sal. I will never go through my bank again. Any future home purchases or refinancing I will always go back to Sal at Ideal Lending. Especially seeing the difference from getting my previous loan and refinancing with my bank which was such a hassle and took a lot more time than expected. With my bank I didn t have the availability to speak and get in touch with an agent when I needed to which also caused delays in my closing. I never had to worry with Sal, I had direct communication with him. Everything was done through the comfort of my phone or computer. I m so grateful to Sal and his team and appreciate all his help with everything. Even after my closing he called and said if I had any questions I can always call him. Michael is an incompetent fraud who will promise you one thing and then pull the rug out from under your feet just before closing. He does not take his job seriously and was completely unethical and lazy about following through on the things he should. There are much better people out there who will not lie to you and will actually put effort into securing your loan. Please choose any other company as this one does not have their customers best interests in mind.

She was very accessible. She took the extra time to explain things, more than once when I did not understand. We have used her for our new home and for our recent refinancing. Both times she has been kind, courteous, and professional. During my decision making process on our refinancing, the interest rates dropped. She let me know that information so that I could get a lower interest rate which saved our family even more money. She was honest enough to let me know and we are appreciative.

Steve and his staff consistently responded in a timely manner to my questions. Steve in particular was always very patient and able to give explanations that made sense and helped alleviate any concerns I had. Overall we had a very tight closing window and Steve pulled it off without issue.

Elise Bryant was my primary contact at Ideal Lending and she was incredible every step of the way. She made the whole process so easy and painless. She was so informative and was able to explain everything to me in detail so I barely had any questions. When I did have any questions, she answered them so thorough and quickly! Susan was my processor that I also worked with and she was great as well! Every email was answered so rapidly!
