Bianca France and CPF Mortgage took us all the way with our new home in less than 10 days. We were approved by our bank, all was on track until three days before closing. We got a call from our bank of 25 plus years where we HAD most everything with, letting us know that within 72 hours of the scheduled closing that we needed more money to close (not to mention this was on a Friday and closing was to be Monday) and we were 400 miles away!!! We decided to back out with so many things we had already paid to make things smooth, the sellers had a closing scheduled for their new house which was now compromised. We had spoken with Bianca France with CPF Mortgage earlier when choosing a lender but decided to stay with our bank. Wrong decision. She kept telling me, they cant do what they say they can do and stayed in touch with us. Oh, how I wish I had listened. She heard of the issue and came to the rescue. Within less than 10 days, (they worked the weekend) we were in Florida closing on the home we dreamed of with a lower interest rate, less payment, the down payment we first started with and no hassle. I remember her saying, WE GOT YOU. It was the best thing we ever did, going with CPF as our Mortgage Company. She was honest, upfront, knew her stuff and got it done. I cant thank the CPF Mortgage Company Bianca and staff enough for making our dreams come true. I will never use anyone else if I do this again. If you are reading this, dont do like us and stay with your long-time bank that know you by name when you walk in. I would like to thank CPF Mortgage for their absolutely AWESOME work! As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and using my VA home loan as a Veteran I had even more questions. I sat with Nick France for over an hour asking away and he was extremely helpful and was able to answer just about all of them in certain depths. I was looking around for a HELOC and just happened to Google lenders near me. CPF was right around the corner and in a plaza I frequent regularly. They had a 5 Star rating too so I gave them a call. I had all answers within thirty minutes of my initial correspondence. I tied up the loose ends and applied. From start to finish it was like two wks, mostly because I work Full Time and fit it in when I got free time. I can NOT emphasize the ease of this. I m literally over here in shock as I ve been through buying/selling/refinancing and all that goes in between. This has been the SIMPLEST of all! There are very few things more stressful than purchasing a new home and going through the mortgage process. I was terrified to start the whole task but the second I started communication with Bill Schlappi from CPF, I knew I was in the best hands. I had purchased my first home about 12 years ago using Bank of America and vowed NEVER to do that again. I thought using a mortgage broker would be expensive and time consuming with a lot of fluff but it actually SAVED me a LOT of money, time, and stress. I first came upon CPF from an advertisement I saw with the CEO, Justin Kelly, speaking about how he started the company and named his business in honor of his late brother who served our country so courageously. I loved what he (and his business stood for) and decided to do some research before reaching out. All the positive reviews are spot on and I instantly saw why. Every question I had was answered honestly and immediately. Never once was I made to feel like my incessant questions were silly or stupid. The patience and education I received was incredible. Bianca was even working with me at 9:30pm to get my mortgage completed ASAP - truly above and beyond service. Purchasing a home from 1800 miles away is daunting enough, but to know the hardest part of the process was being handled by the most professional people I have ever encountered (and I work in accounting and finance), was amazing! Bill even spent a lot of time helping me crunch numbers on various scenarios to find the most economical position for our family. Literally everyone I worked with from our loan officer to underwriter was respectful, diligent, and friendly. Jess Boyd was so thorough that she even reached out to several insurance brokers to assist in getting us the best quote while she was waiting for our documents to be approved. She is the epitome of best client service with tireless efforts. The team at CPF were all knowledgeable and immediately responsive from the beginning of my loan application process through closing. I shopped around for interest rates and closing costs with other lenders (including my federal credit union) and there was no close comparison to the quality of service I experienced with CPF.

I want to thank Derek for his prompt attention and effectiveness. He has been awesome throughout the whole process. I found myself trapped, wanting to buy my own house while also helping my mom with her own mortgage. As off today, I can happily say that Derek not only helped me with my moms house refinancing with cash out to pay off multiple debts incurred while completing some improvements in the house, but I can also say that he also got me preapproved to buy my own house and hopefully, even with todays market prices, I will be able to have my own home soon.

We recently did a home loan refinance with CPF. We dealt with Nick and Matt who both made this process very quick and easy. We were updated practically daily with where we were at in the process and the entire process took maybe a month to complete.
