I received a ring as a gift from my wife. The ring was said to be sterling silver. After a few days of wearing it , it started to turn pink. I had it professionally cleaned and again it turned pink. I contacted them letting them know the issue. They said the ring is having a reaction to my skin and turned pink. The part of the ring Turing pink doesn’t even touch my skin. I have tons of silver jewelry and even after sitting for a while they tarnish but none of them turn pink. It’s gotten to the point where now it doesn’t even want to come clean it just stays pink. It’s obviously not good quality silver. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.

I do not recommend this jewelry store, they sell you jewelry that after 6 months has defects, example: places where it was once repaired, bad finish or things like that, the guarantee is a scam, if you return for a repair they do not do a good job and some more time passes and the jewel still has the same problem, they tell you that they will make you a new one so that you have to wait a little longer after all the inconveniences taken for granted and time for the guarantee to expire, they tell you that they do not make returns when the client no longer wants a jewel that has defects and 1 poorly done repair and also loses value, the service is the worst, they have a very bad attitude with customers, in short I feel very disappointed, if you really do not want to lose your money do not come to this place, at some point I had a lot of faith in them but things like this give something to talk about, I will not buy in this place again

Very, very bad experience in this place, the truth is that I bought a bracelet a few months ago and I have had to go to repair it twice because of a tie. In each repair, the weight of the bracelet goes down and they only know how to apologize and do not solve the problem. Finally, they gave me 3 options: the return of the garment, the repaired bracelet with the difference in money for the weight it weighs or the garment with a piece of gold on top. I chose the return with the garment still under warranty. They made me wait a few minutes and they made up that they had made a mistake and that the return could not be made with the garment still under warranty. Very poor quality, the truth is.

You shop online and when you call to see why your clothes dont arrive, they tell you that it takes 4 to 10 minutes. 3 weeks. If they deceive you, they sell you something they dont have. They recommended this jewelry store to me because it was not even that reliable. The first time I went, a lady was like one of the owners. She treated me very well and gave me a good price for the chain I bought, but the second time I went, one of the owners helped me. young girls, first she thought she was a goddess. Seeing her attitude, I ignore her, I continue asking her about the clothes. I see that she is changing. The price of the chain that I set and I tell her and she tells me that nothing is changing, that that is. The price in that At the time I didnt know much about gold so I bought it at the same time Im still learning and I realized that he was scamming me. I do leave reviews often at all, but Ive got to with this. Just received my 10K, 7MM, 22 INCH Curb link and I couldnt be happier actually. Recently made multiple online orders, the orders were shipped fast and with a pendant that is not readily in stock was given the option to wait for item to be made or a refund(amazing customer service). With no rush it is no problem to wait for a quality item to be produced(also changed karat option on my pendant with no issue at all). After receiving one of my gold rope chains I realized I wanted a different size and different karat. Without hesitation an exchange was made and received my new chain within a week. Quality is perfect and since most of my orders are gifts I look forward to buying more for not only myself but loved ones in the future. Communication has been easy and consistent. I highly recommend and will be showing my support with more orders in the upcoming future

Textbook false advertising. Online, they advertise delivery of their products within 5-7 business days. Its not till after they have your money do they explicitly inform you that they actually mean DELIVERY in 5-7 days; however, they have to create the piece first which takes 4-5 WEEKS. Dont worry though, if youre on a time crunch and actually want to receive your product in the initially and fraudulently claimed timeframe, they do offer an UPSELL.

I was sceptical about buying gold online but after months of shopping around I found lirys and took a chance. 8.2mm solid 14k curb link. So far so good, my neck isn t green and the chain looks great, sits flat and seems to be well made. Lirys price per gram was almost 20$ cheaper than most other jewelers I found. I got the Miami Cuban 22 4.5mm 10k chain and it suggested time frame to be delivered within two weeks, I received it almost a week early and I was nervous to see the quality but it looks absolutely amazing! It says 11 grams on-site but it is 9 grams. Honestly not even a huge deal to me. The price is well worth every penny and I ll definitely be ordering from here from now on.

I have bought several chains and pendants from Liry s over the years. The craftsmanship is great but the customer service is absolutely terrible. In my recent experience I ordered a pendant and it took a little over 6 weeks to get to me when I was told by them it would take 4-5. I ve also been in continuous contact with them via email about another pendant, and they NEVER respond to an initial email. They only respond after I send 1-2 follow ups regarding my initial inquiry. I ve made multiple complaints about the poor customer service and they only apologize, give an excuse that they have a lot of emails, and continue the same pattern with no improvements to their communication or even adhering to their company standard of responding within 48-72 hours. My last inquiry was sent to them on March 5th and I am still awaiting a response.. I love the work but I am now considering taking my business elsewhere.

10/10 service from Lirys! I purchased a 18K 15mm 197g 9.5 Cuban from Liry s and I m not going to lie, it was a little daunting at first, I am from the UK so 9K is the norm here, I was shopping around on the UK market and the prices and end finish product (I wanted a really tight Miami Cuban as you go up in purity is just not as competitive compared to the US market even with the import tax it works out better looking overseas.. Anyway Lirys kept me updated from day one throughout the process until it was fully made and I am so happy I came across and purchased my piece from them!! I did get it assayed for peace of mind on the purity at my City s assaying office where they have the 6 figure £££ s big industrial XRF machines and the piece passed with flying colours, thanks again guys you absolutely rock and I will no doubt will buy from you again in the future when I am after something else.. My wife bought me a necklace for my Birthday and this was going to be a serious necklace not one you could buy from a chain jewelry store. We did some research, and this place was an option and also Trax NY but I wanted something classy not cheesy looking, so I told my wife to go to Lyris! Dont get me wrong Trax NY has some nice stuff but a little different than what I was looking for. Total project was about 4 weeks to do and I even changed my order after I ordered it and they did a great job keeping us in the loop during the process and were great to work with! The other thing I want to mention we live nowhere near these guys so this was a huge leap of faith on our end since we live in another state, but these guys came through!!! We will be looking to buy some other pieces from these guys in the future! I want to thank the whole team at Lyris for the greatest birthday present I have ever received!!! (Just hit 50 baby!!) Drove from Riverview FL with my wife to get our wedding rings upgraded for our upcoming 20th year wedding anniversary, Ive purchased from this establishment a couple years ago and enjoyed the pieces so I bragged about Lirys to my wife. We get there and was greeted, we explained to the young lady with my wife and I was looking for and minutes later she asked us to look around and shell be back. 5 minutes later my wife found a ring she was interested in, we patiently waited for the sales rep to return, 10 minutes went by then another 5, what was also disappointing was that no one else bothered to ask us if we were being helped. After waiting for almost 25 minutes we decided to leave, I felt like this was intentional, why leave a customer at the counter waiting for 25 minutes? It was embarrassing and I will not return to this establishment their lack of customer service today forced me to canceled the fiance card I had with them from previous purchases .

I have first bought a 9mm Cuban from Lirys and I really like the fact that you can trade your item in and go bigger as long as you pay the gold difference so with that being said I was able to go from 9mm to 19mm Cuban and I plan on going a little bigger. This place is garbage they tried to steal my drivers license. When I went back to get it they said they had never seen it. There was a lot of back and forth to get my drivers license back, I was about to call the cops. Miraculously at the end of it all my license appeared from the back. These people are thieves AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rude and aggressive. So many better HONEST pawn shops in town do yourself a favor and avoid this one!

I took my medal for repair last Saturday I called them yesterday Friday to see if it was repaired they told me yes when I went there to pick up the repaired item that they told me was ready it wasn t done they did half the repair and it took them more than 30 mins to find it when bought jewelry from them I pay top dollar and never haggle them about the price so I told them about the complaint I had and they acted like they don t care so lieu of this they won t be getting anymore of my money nor I will not recommend them anymore customers there quality control below standards

They take forever to greet you when you come in; I ordered 3 items and went through their finance company had no idea the lady set me up for weekly payments she didn t even ask so I have to call and get it situated with the finance company. They also have a NO RETURN policy for in store purchases which is horrible business. If I purchase an item and find it cheaper elsewhere you will not get a return! Looking at the poor reviews they have a response for every mistake and it s basically I m sorry not sorry. It s very obvious they don t care about their customers it s a business. I will not purchase from here again. My piece was also later than the expected date.

I purchased an 8mm 20 cuban link chain from the Lirys Jewelry website. Their website was great, and they kept me updated with emails in regards to the status of the chain. When the chain was delayed a bit they notified me and when I asked them when the chain was going to ship they responded very quick. When I got the chain it was very well packaged. The chain was inside what looked like a sleeve bag inside another bag, so there was no way the chain could get damaged during transit. I also received an appraisal card with the value and weight of the piece. I weighed the piece myself and it matched exactly what it was appraised for. In the website it says that you pay for 110g. My piece ended up weighing 104g so they refunded me the difference and Im glad that I didnt have to email, or call them about it, they just sent it. The chain looks amazing! The color looks good, the weight is good, the consistency of the link is good, the box lock closes very well and is tight, the polishing is great! I will be buying from Lirys again in the future.

The ring itself is beautiful, but what really took the whole buying experience to the next level was the customer service. Nice pieces but zero customer service. I was buzzed in and as I walked in I was not greeted by any of the 4 ladies working inside. One had a customer and the other 3 were pretend busy. I patiently waited while another customer was buzzed in and seen almost immediately! This felt purposeful and I was out of place. Although I went to finally put down on my Cuban link and my daughter s Christmas gift, it was only when I excused myself from the building is when a young lady finally asked if I needed help. I kindly responded that I saw they were too busy to acknowledg me and I took my business somewhere else. I researched this place and others. Ultimately, I had Lirys as my top choice with two other close competitors. I finished my deal just now and it was not with Lirys. Glad to do business with folks who are about the customer experience

The shop-owners are very professional, easy to communicate, dependable, and refunded me back any amount instantly after the final weight came out. As an international customer i placed an order on their website and I was stunned by the outstanding customer support. They helped me with hints about VAT and even offered to hold the cuban link if I don t have the necessary funds to pay all the taxes. The package was sent fast and i received it even faster! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. The turnaround time for a hand made Miami Cuban bracelet was less than 3 weeks, I have waited over 3 months for a similar product from other jewelers. The customer service was top notch. I received updates throughout the entire process, from when my payment was confirmed, to the wire being drawn all the way down to it being delivered at my door. Purchasing jewelry online can be a nerve racking experience, I felt secure in my purchase from the minute I received my first email. Before going to Lirys, I had a different jeweler in NYC. I was amazed by the customer service and honesty at Lirys. I purchased an 8mm Cuban Chain, using their Black Friday promotion. The price was hundreds less than any of their competitors, the chain was shipped out early and I even received a refund for a portion of the chain due to it being lighter then expected. I currently live in Singapore and was still kept informed throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were quickly answered via email. I will only be dealing with Lirys from now on and I look forward to having them do my 1000 gram Miami Cuban Next!

Horrible customer service I went back to liry s because I purchase Previous ordered some months ago a Cuban link bracelet 11 mm it was good but I had some issues with it it was not filed properly So I went back 11-14-21 on Sunday to try to see if I can get me a 9 mm Cuban link chain also I had a Cuban link chain from a previous store that I purchased from I wanted to check to see if it was legit to trade this off to buy a 9 mm An employee or supervisor name Maria or Molina Customer service was terrible she did not wanted to check my 8 mm chain she said that they would charge me $30 but she did check it but today I felt upset that she would tell me that and because of that I decided not to purchase the 9 mm Liry s don t make their own jewelry they buy it and then sell you double they try to nickel and dime you for everything even for the 8 mm chain that weighed 109 g they wanna give me 3000 for it what a rip off that s how much they respect us as customers I ll be spreading the word though about your services the people won t get ripped off or be miss treated I am a minority just like you African-American I feel like I should be treated respect just like any other human being and my money is good to

If there were inferior stars I would give them to them. In my case, I was very disappointed to the point that I do not plan to return, a week ago I took some clothes to repair, the welding of my chain was horrible, wow!!! And my husbands ring, apart from the fact that he paid for them to put a stone on it, he wanted it to be made smaller. They even measured his finger and even though when he put it on it was still big, not only that, the bottom part of the ring was thinner to top it all off. I told him to return but he ended up so indignant. Unprofessional and super high prices, my experience. I dont recommend them.

Bought a 4mm cuban link chain and its perfect. They are very communicative and update you on every step of the way so you know whats going on. Ive read reviews for other jewelers where they are silent and youd have to constantly email/call them for updates. They are fast to respond to emails as well. Whenever I had a question it would be answered within the day or next day (depending on how busy they are) but they always respond. For sure will be buying from them again in the future

Just got my Miami Cuban Link 7mm 20inch 10kt chain delivered today and let me say very pleased!!! The links are tight like I requested and the box lock clicks with a very tight fit to keep my chain secure. The customer service was on point and every step was communicated to me. I see plenty of videos on YouTube about Daniels, Reys, and others but they charge thousands more and in my personal opinion the chain I got today is right up there with a chain from them with top craftsmanship, it looks beautiful and I didnt have to spend a small fortune for a hand made Miami Cuban Link. I ve bought a couple rings and some smaller Cuban link necklaces from here that I am pleased with. One of my rings broke and they replaced it for me since they couldn t fix it which was nice. My only issue is I ordered a pendant in store and lol what a hassle. The ladies who work here are nice and help as much as they can but over the phone it can get frustrating when I m put on hold for 15-20 min every time. On top of that, they did a horrible job on my pendant (which I waited 3 weeks for with no problem), had to wait another 3 weeks for them to get it remade in China, just to find out it would be another 2 weeks until I get my pendant. So I waited exactly 2 months when It was supposed to be 3 weeks. It came out way better than the first time but they didn t offer me any discount for my time and when they did they offered $10 lol plus it wasn t 4g like it said it would be online. But thankfully they adjusted the weight and gave me $20 off. They have nice stuff in store but I would def recommend considering this review before you purchase anything custom from here. And make sure they measure it/ weigh it before you pay for it. I ve added pictures of what they originally gave me vs the final product. I ll probably never get another custom but I will probably still shop here so that s why I gave 3 stars.

1st off id like to say is that Lirys has really great customer service. They answer all of your questions asap and they are very trustworthy. Their handmade cuban link chain hangs straight as well.. the chain is well made and overall Im content with it. Wish I could have had it with me on my trip but theyve pushed back the dates multiple times which they did communicate with me and gave me a slight discount on my lock so I wont hold that against them. but speaking on that, theirs no option for 2.5 stars but the reason for my 2 stars is because of the sleek lock Ive received. Ive heard bad things about their box lock so Ive decided to spend more $$ on a custom sleek lock and looking at this is very very disappointing. the worst sleek lock Ive ever seen with the 2 knobs sticking out (nothing sleek about it), they dont even align straight when you close it and the chain is connect crooked so my chain kind of tilts when I wear them. Wish I hadnt paid extra for them. I thought they were going to be like the 4th picture.. sleek and secure.. if the flaps were to be loose and they open up.. the chain would still be intact because of how they interlock vs lirys on the 5th picture.. once its loose and the pins are out.. everything will slip out.
