Hayman Jewelry is a downtown Tampa gem. My experience from start to finish was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me was so pleasant and helpful. No pressure sales tactics whatsoever. I wanted something very specific so it wasn’t at the store. We were able to search catalogs and he even offered to have as many charms as I wanted sent to the shop in case I changed my mind. I was on a time crunch but was assured that the piece would be in before my vacation. And it was. I highly recommend this jewelry shop. Great local family owned place with a cozy atmosphere!

I have 4 Seiko Flight Master watches (2 of them are known as Flight Computers) and 3 of those watches were in need of some adjustments, cleaning and general TLC. I was thinking about sending the watches to Seiko Headquarters in New Jersey but I was not too keen on the fact of sending my watches all the way to New Jersey and run the risk of losing them during shipping. Also, I wanted to deal with someone face to face in Tampa but I did not know who could service those types of watches and who would do at great job at it. After some advice and digging around, I found this tiny shop in Downtown Tampa and I took the watches there and after some time, all of the watches were returned to me running in perfect, like new condition. The prices were fair. The staff at Hayman Jewelry Co. were very attentive to my needs and I just cannot speak more highly of my experiences on how I was treated as a customer and how my watches were returned to me. If I ever need a watch serviced, I will definitely come back to Hayman Jewelry Co. Thank you!!

Hayman Jewelry has been a staple in the Tampa Bay area for several years. As part of the downtown business community, they made me a customer - as a TPD officer - about 20 years ago, with a necklace charm fashioned after my patrol badge.

Fast forward a couple of decades. When my husband mistakenly lost the charm, I knew I had to get it replaced. I ordered it over the phone but when I went to pick it up, I found out I'd asked for the wrong size. Darren was able to amend the order for me and 48 hours later, I took my replacement home. He even helped me arrange for curbside delivery service. Totally worth it!

my fiancé and i took my engagement ring to hayman to be appraised for insurance today. i am truly speechless at how accommodating, friendly, and kind everyone in the store was. we got caught in traffic on the hour long drive to tampa and ended up arriving at the store at 4pm. alison offered to appraise the ring even if it meant she had to stay after closing so we wouldn t have to make the drive twice. you NEVER see incredible customer-focused service like that anywhere nowadays. we will absolutely be returning to hayman for any of our future jewelry needs. thank you!!

Been shopping and getting services from Haymans since 2018. Always enjoyable when I m in there. Recently had to get my Fiancé s Engagement ring sized smaller. Deron instantly knew it was a Alexandrite which shows their expertise. The ring was sized,polished and My bracelet was polished in under and hour! Unfortunately the ring was still too large but,they resized it again at no cost! Thank you Haymans!

They did a wonderful job resizing my white gold engagement ring (originally from another Jeweler). It looks good as new (better honestly!!) and the people I worked with went above and beyond to make it a great experience. We have a white gold bracelet with an unusual style of link that required extending. Hayman Jewelry did a fantastic job of creating the needed links from scratch. Was told they repaired siekos watches on phone . On arrival watch man came out said he does not repair automatic watches . Said he would send it out . With out even opening it . One wstch was losing time the other the day wasnt running . GVe me ridiculous price to send out . Took both watches to watch doctor . 5 mins later the one losing times was fixed , he explained the proper way to charge them . The other watch he found the day clip was not secured properly and fixed it . He actually opened it to look . Which is what you expect from a professional . I brought 1 pair of earrings, 1 necklace, and 4 bracelets in for repairs and re-sizing. The order was ready in 2 days for pickup, and they offered to pay me for the scraps leftover from the jewelry I had repaired. The staff was friendly and the service was fairly priced. Great family-owned business. I went in at lunchtime for them to resize, polish, clean, and rhodium-plate a couple of rings. They took care of me and completed the work that afternoon, and they did a great job. While discussing what I wanted done, I never felt like they were trying to up-sell, which many jewelers tend to do. I have family ties to a jewelry sale/repair business just like this one up north, so I know what I am talking about. Disclaimer: I m only speaking about their repair work and service, and the overall experience. I didn t purchase any of their products so I can t speak to their prices, etc.

My wife loves this place. They have fixed her rings and do a wonderful job. First class place. They even made her a new ring. In downtown in the same building as the police station, so feels very safe too.

Excellent service and the best quality. I upgraded my husbands wedding band and couldn t have picked a better place to do so. I showed them a picture of what he had in mind and the final result was even better than the picture. The ring was perfect in shape, color, quality and price! I just moved to Tampa and I am glad I found my new to go jeweler^ where the staff is super knowledgeable, fast and communicative.

Hayman is the best with antique jewelry. I took them my great grandmothers earrings that are over 100 years old and came with her from Italy. They fixed the delicate seed pearl with such care. They are the only jeweler I trust.

I had three necklaces and one bracelet repaired. They did fantastic work, you cant even tell where the repairs are. I also had an engraving which turned out perfect. All of this took three business days to finish. All very reasonably priced too. The employees were all very helpful and kind.

I walked in a few years ago and purchased a nice piece from Hayman, and with that nice experience, I kept them in mind for later purchases. After ten years of marriage, I owed my wife a nice engagement ring. This token was something I was unable to offer due to my financial situation when we first got engaged. I wanted it to be surprise for our anniversary, so I had to work covertly. :) I talked with Alison by phone and then sent her a picture of something my wife liked by text message. She sent me several options, including those for wedding bands. We worked out a reasonable price (again, all by text message), and with a quick call, I put down a deposit. Due to the supplier backlog, it took almost a week longer to arrive than Alison mentioned, but she gave me updates along the way. With our anniversary coming within two days, I wrote to her again. Her father and her were able to track down the shipment from the supplier, pick it up from the courier, take it downtown, and set the stone...ALL WHILE THE STORE WAS CLOSED THAT DAY! They went the extra mile, or in this case, miles, because they knew how important the ring was for the occasion. Hayman is the place I will go from now on for all major jewelry purchase. They know their product and industry, and are able to have a detailed conversation about balancing quality, color, size, cut, price, and other factors, all without making me feel like they were talking down to me.

Bought an estate engagement ring, saved me thousands. Then went to Amazon to get a matching band, came to $2,000, but Hayman sent a listing of rings based on the stones I wanted, the same one was listed at $1,400, and when I asked if that was MY price, they said NO, that the price would be $1,150. Love those people. Thanks.

My wifes diamond ring needed repair. The prones on the head were worn out, it also needed resized. They did a wonderful job applying a new head. The ring turned out beautiful as the day I purchased it. They were very helpful with suggestions and understanding our situation. You can trust Hayman Jeweler to do quality work at a fair price. Thats hard to find now days!

Absolutely love Hayman Jewelry. I ve had 6-7 items repaired here and several items appraised. Their customer service is the absolute best. They do things very quickly and the price is great as well. We are lucky to have a family owned jeweler in the heart of downtown Tampa.

This place was great and my experience was phenomenal. Deron and Allison did such an amazing job helping me find a setting for an engagement ring. They were able to order the setting, set the stone, and appraise it within a week. We will be going back to pick out wedding bands. I will always recommend this jeweler to anyone that I know. I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars.

Great jewelry shop downtown that offers on-site repairs and alterations. A bracelet link on my Tag Heuer watch broke that would have required a costly replacement. Hayman s on-site master jeweler was able to create a unique replacement pin to avoid replacing the entire bracelet as Tag had recommended. Highly recommend!

I was walking around downtown Tampa when I stumbled across this jewelry store. When I walked in, I was attracted by the wide variety of fine workmanship and beautifully designed jewelry there. My friend looked at the fine jewelry and said that when she got a job and became rich, she would come here and choose one. The chain on my platinum necklace broke, and the owner said he could fix it for $25. When he understood my situation, he finally repaired the necklace that meant so much to me for free. Furthermore, I was moved by his kindness and enthusiasm, which was the best Christmas gift for me and an inspiration for me when I was at a low point in my life. This is an old shop owned by a family for nearly a century. The owners quality is as noble and high quality as his jewelry. Its perfect for Valentines Day, Christmas, New Years, or weddings.

I went in for an engagement setting and I was blown away by their desire to help me meet my every need. Even after our schedules didn t match up, the owner hand delivered my ring in a time of need. Stay away from the up selling at the commercial stores and GO HERE FIRST or you ll end up paying too much. Thank you guys for everything. She was left in tears by its beauty and detail.

Ive shopped at Hayman for over 16 years, and never, have I ever, been disappointed. Recently, I had to have a precious stone set that I bought some time ago. Alison helped me pick out the perfect setting and papa Hayman worked his magic. They would not let me leave the store with the ring until I was absolutely... positively satisfied. To be honest... its been weeks now and Im still kissing my ring. So... if youre tired of playing games when you jewelry shop, tired of being hoodwinked, and tired of NOT being treated like an individual, then visit Hayman. The staff and jeweler are customer orientated. The jeweler has fixed five of my watches and has repaired my grandfathers 50-year-old retirement watch. I would recommend them to anyone. Lastly, they have a wide variety of jewelry.

After going to six jewelers searching for someone to cut off my ring when my fingers has swollen in the last week of my pregnancy, I called Haymans to make sure they were open. They were; and they agreed to cut off my ring. They packaged the ring nicely with the receipt and told me to come back when I needed it resized. Time got away from me and almost 4 years later, I was back. They gave me great service even when I showed up 10 minutes until closing my ring was ready 3 days later. It was beautifully buffed, cleaned, and fit perfectly. The had to bring the ring up 2 whole sizes from its original size. When I came to pick it up, they made sure the fit was perfect. The jeweler even made it a point to mention that he remembered cutting it off, almost 4 years prior. The touch of service goes unmatched and will forever be a customer.

This place is it! Seriously, look no further. I brought my watch in to get a rod replaced & to get a nice cleaning. Hayman Jewelry Company did a fantastic job cleaning up my scuffed up watch & fixed the rod on my band. This thing looks nearly new after years of wear and abuse. I am beyond satisfied. The service was friendly and ridiculously fast. I will be back.

A long time ago, I purchased my mom a pair of J-hoop white gold earrings. A few weeks ago she lost one while shopping and then saw it lying in the parking lot when she returned to that store. The earrings needed to be cleaned and the one was dinged so I thought I d have them cleaned and hopefully fixed. During my lunch break I stopped into Hayman s in hopes they could help me out. Not only did they fix the bent post, they cleaned and polished the earrings to help buff out the scratches. My mom was so excited that her earrings could be fixed and she has a great story about losing one and ultimately finding it a week later. Hayman s completed everything while I waited too!

THANK YOU! I never do reviews but you guys rock! I brought my engagement ring and band to be resized, both were family heirlooms of my fiancé over 70 years old. They resized the engagement ring for a VERY reasonable price and did so in a day, you d never know it was resized at all. The band had an engraving on it that I didn t want to ruin so staff helped me pick a band to go with my ring that looked amazing with it and was also very inexpensive and they sized that down free with the purchase in store. Also finished in a day WITH added engraving of the original band so it matched the set. Thrilled. I ll be sending anyone here for jewelry needs. 10/10. Five stars. Wonderful people. Also just some advice, if you can t find parking on the street use the nearest garage. $2 for first hour, the small lot across the street is a minimum of 6 hours for $12 just to park for a few minutes to go into the store.

They have taken excellent care of my engagement and wedding rings, all my watches, and just helped my husband and I make a new necklace out of an old one family one that is at least 50 years old. Just moved to Tampa from Chicago and needed to find a new jeweler. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a repair done on a medal, it was finished same day and the work was flawless! I loved their selection so much that I ended up leaving with a couple gold bracelets in addition. Wonderful quality and weight at a great price. I can t wait to go back, I feel like I m going to be a regular customer!

I had a huge silver bracelet that needed repairing and couldnt find anybody that wanted to do the complicated repair. The bracelet has been in the family for many decades and is a very important piece of jewelry for me. Haymans jewelry company did such a great job in fact it looks better than it did before .

I visisted today and spoke with the husband (husband and wife owner)- and HER father is the jeweler! Its a 3 generation family business. He spent over 40min educating me about bridal sets and even brought out 1930s original bands as options. I learned a LOT and was very appreciative of his time. There was no sales pressure or pushing- he and his wife were kind and answered any and all questions i had! I never felt rushed and he would have allowed me to continue looking for hours i would have bet.

This is the kind of shop you keep coming back to because of the expertise and trust level. I came in with a broken watch and left with a working watch after Hayman Jewelry sourced and installed one replacement part. The attention and service I received was absolutely amazing, especially with the current pandemic going on. I emailed Hayman s today to get an estimate on my necklace and I was answered within two hours of the store opening. I dropped my necklace off today and it was finished today, as well! My fiancé and I purchased our engagement/wedding rings here. We were very pleased with the reasonable prices and quick turnaround! We shopped around a bit and some places were saying 4-6 weeks, but Hayman got our rings in the next day! The staff were very patient with me, even though I took a while and went back and forth on styles. These are good, trustworthy people. I highly recommend their business.

I work in Downtown Tampa so Haymans is a no brainer for a few diffrent reasons. First friends and family have been longtime customers for pretty much all their jewelry needs. Second they have great customer service and will give you an honest good deal. And lastly like I said If I am at work and need something fixed or replaced I can drop it off in the A.M and majority of the time it is finished by the early P.M! Like I said you will not be disappointed with the service or quality of Haymans, and I would recommend you take your Gold or other precious metals and have them cleaned they will look BRAND NEW for a very very low price! 5 stars w/o a doubt!
