I been with Trax credit Union for over 47 years. Just had a problem with my new debit card. Took calling three different departments 4 hours to fix the problem. Card service said the issue was fraud department, fraud service said it was card service, called the bank and was sent to a department to fix a pin number issue. They sent me back to card service. Bottom line I got the running around for 4 hours. This is not expable. I asked the manager where you have your card and pin number to call cards services so we could stop the run around. After 30 minutes waiting for her to connect the three of us together she hung up on me. Don't do your business here until they fix this problem and some one takes ownership and puts all four departments together at the same time so they stop telling me individually it's not their problem. I'm very close to not doing business with them anymore.

I ve been dealing with Trax CU before they were Trax Cu. They were Railroaded and industrial CU.I was 18 when I became a member. My parents have been long term members as well. Over 40years.we have never been disappointed and as of today, I m still not. Ashley Shipley who is their Digital Lending Specialist made buying a car so much easier. Todays struggles of finding time to do anything especially buying a car is minimal! They are not reliable they profiled and gave a unjust and down right criminal hold on a check that was cleared by the other bank and was verified as well and now at this point have stolen 30,000 grand unjustly these people hanged up in our face while we tried to resolve the situation they are thieves and con artist they are not a reliable bank or a trust one either the racially profiled us and deserve to have the bad actors fired an change there way of conducting customer service this is one the worst banks in Florida and i am warning anyone who is in need of a bank account don t go there because they will try to keep your money in their possession and give you a hard time to use your own money like we have a $30k in our account that was released to them on july 5th until now they dont want release it back to us or the other bank

Try another credit union not Trax. This credit union is unaware of the work I do and the clients that I ve sent their way, as being a spokes person for several charities and awareness groups. I am very disappointed in the actions its representatives take to try and build a portfolio like pulling money unauthorized from your account. I will be sharing my experience across the board on my social media platform as well as the groups/ clients that I deal with daily. This account representative that has been assigned to me stalks my account, she has called me when she s seen money wired to my account to ask me if I want to pay a bill before it s due date. This time she took a payment out of my account 14 days before its due date unauthorized. I m showing grace, I know this account representative s name and I will present my rights along with my family s attorney if need be. I m sharing my experience, again think twice about TRAX as moving forward I will make the others that I m associated with aware.

I walked in excited to become a member was seated and waited patiently. It took way too long to be seen. There were only two people ahead of me it should have not taken that long. Everyone walks around talking assisting no one in need of services. The one man in his office didnt greet didnt say I will be right with you. The receptionist was kind and did her job even the life insurance dude spoke and tried to sell. My experience was not effective and prompt. I never got service because I walked out due to excessive time of wait. I hope that this helps with the improvement of new customers.

I waited a bit for a simple cash deposit. There were only 2 tellers and one was busy. There was a guy behind line and was at a desk. And 2 in an office, and one at a desk with customer. Im. Sure, they were working on something, but when customers are there, maybe acknowledgments would be nice. Nothing much, just a smile, Be right with you. I did work at a bank many , many years ago, and that was what they told us back then. It would help to know who was in your bank and / or set the customer at ease if the line is long.

If I could put 0 stars I would, Trax Credit Union transferred $800 into my account (I m a student and around this time I was applying for school loans) I noticed it was in my account a month after it was transferred, I called 3 times to ensure that it wasn t a mistake.. the representatives told me I was all good and able to spend and that it wasn t them. Once I moved the money from my account, 3 weeks later they took $1000 from my account and left it negative $800. Turns out they did mistakenly put someone else s money into my account & didn t notice until the other customer informed them. I talked to someone to clear my name and they told me it wasn t a gift and that there was nothing they could do for me. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Systems are always down and there s too many mistakes and miscommunication!

Now I drive back home and have to call to literally make my payment because the online service tells me I already have an account. Which I never activated online. So now I am charged a fee to pay over the phone . After waiting 20minutess on the phone. I never knew it would be so frustrating just to have someone take my payment. It should not be this hard.

Hi ,my interaction at RR federal credit union ,has been Awesome , there new name is Trax , my credit union is Ficare , which they are linked to Trax , well everytime l come Im met with a very friendly staff , one in particular is a teller by the name Yise , shes very polite and courteous she makes my transaction very easy everytime , thank you so much!!!

Since they have changed over to TRAX customer service is horrible, literally stayed on the phone for 2 hours and no one never came back on the line nor called back.

At first it seemed good to me, but now I can say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, you come to the branch and they only have one person for customer service, you can imagine the delay, I have come for two days without solving my problem

There are some good employees at the winthrop town center location Ill say that; some other locations (ruskin anyone?) are what you expect - 4 women all looking down and seemingly busy with something other than you even though youre the only customer inside the bank, and maybe you get a well be right with you sir (without looking up). But yeah winthrop is pretty good. The CUSTOMER SERVICE number is a whole different thing. This bank has maybe 6 locations and yet you will wait for a half hour to get a rep on the phone. Allegedly TRAX is a name that positions them for greatness....well, I have news for you, that wont happen until you clean up your waiting times on the phone. To their credit they do offer the option to have them call you back. I personally like this bank else I wouldnt have an account with them, but they could do so much better in some areas.

I have currently been sitting in the lobby due to being a victim of fraud on my card. I called customer service who never sent me the fraud email so I didnt have to come into the lobby so now I have been sitting here for over one hour have watched 3 other members walk out to waiting over an hour to see the ONE person who helps on accounts and are told well its only him. How is this bank about it members when they are not ever staffed properly to ensure customers can bank and actually get back to thier lives in a reasonable amount of time. I signed in at the desk at 951 it is now 1149. This is unacceptable

This is a ridiculous financial institution they have no clue what they are doing always on hold always have to wait not very convenient . I wont recommend this financial spot for anyone they are horrible. Im doing this in hope they will change something but doubtfully anyone cares .

I received a letter in the mail, they offer me a lower APR on refinancing my vehicle. I was skeptical at first, obviously, since I ve never heard of this credit union. I gave them a call and got connected with Miss Kelly Wonser. She explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made my first auto refinancing experience a positive one thus far. I m just waiting for my old loan to be closed. I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation to Miss Kelly Wonser who has gone above and beyond with this process. Once everything is finalized I will update my review accordingly,but thus far everything has been great. I should also mention that due to COVID-19 the process of refinancing my loan was made even easier thanks to Miss Kelly Wonser, as everything was done over the phone, all I needed to do was to come in and sign some documents (or you can also do them electronically, but it helps to go to them to speed up the process) and that was that.

This is the WORST bank I have ever had to deal with! They literally charge you just to check your balance at an ATM. They nickel and dime you for everything. I had fraud on my account and the representative at the location wouldn t even put in a dispute for me because she said it was only $23. She just gave me a free new card which they charge $10 for that too. I went back after coming from out of town because my purse was stolen to get a new card and report that my card was compromised and another representative told me to call the places in Colorado to see if they will give me the stolen money back because it s the credit unions policy that they cannot submit fraud. I am literally out of over $500 dollars and this bank basically just told me there is nothing they can do about it. Banking with this bank was the worst experience I ve ever gone through. I am definitely not going to let this bank get away with referring me to the merchant every time something went wrong with my account. They literally was refusing disputes. And I know I have to right to dispute transactions without first contacting the merchant. This was fraud. I have absolutely no knowledge of these places in Colorado. I m from Florida. The bank would not help me. They do not care about this loss I ve gone through. According to the federal regulations, banks cannot refuse disputes from their members. They will be hearing from my lawyer very soon.

Every trip to my credit union has been great. The staff is courteous and kind and the manager is very helpful. With all of my training and professional training, my life started to take a nose dive into financial distress but the manager help me avoid this with great financial counseling void of condesending judgments. I am okay now. Thanks Mr Wilson.

Rude, condescending staff and management. The website is glitchy more often than not. It is virtually impossible to reach them by phone and if / when you do, they are beyond short with you and act like youre a nuisance for bothering them with a phone call. They have very few brick and mortar locations to walk in to, so youre at their mercy of having to call them. Ive been with them for a long time , too long, but they just keep getting worse a d less user friendly.

Had this bank since 2013 and still get questions about 200 dollar checks after deposit thousands and have some funds available same day just this past holiday season broughti n dang near 100personal checks everyday from customers no questions bring in payroll check today 50 questions and directed to another financial institution for services I absolutely hate this bank they have no since of loyalty to long time members.
