To start I was greeted by a very welcoming staff, given a waiting time and finally sat with one of the most amazing representatives I’ve ever encountered. Just dropped in to the Fletcher branch a half an hour before closing to replace my lost debit card. I had the great fortune to speak with Susan Perritt, who has worked there for 30 years. Susan took great care of me. She discovered some errors in managing my cards through the years, and worked with me to correct it all. As she did so, about 10 minutes before closing, about 10 people came in and needed to speak with someone other than wait in the teller line. Susan sent my cards to print, then with patience and expertise began assisting the people in line. I walked out with my cards now correctly issued, and the folks who had been waiting getting the services they came in for. I ve been a member for 49 years, and wouldn t think of going anywhere else. Thanks, Susan, for another great experience at Suncoast Credit Union!

I went to the Fletcher location today and Desmond Jones was terrific. He was very polite, personable and made the process smooth for us. Sadly I have to say after 15 years of great service I have to depart from Suncoast Credit Union. A scammer hack into my account and by it become an high crime affecting people way of providing for themselves and their families, Suncoast charging me almost $10,000 Money that was never in my account someone was able to make a fake deposit and withdraw and they didnt flag it. With all I could do to help on my end to show I was not responsible, I became the one they point the finger too and say YOU PAY IT!!!. Such an inconvenience to have everything you established with a bank get T gaway from you cause of no fault of your own. Bad business on there end and an learning experience for me. Not how I wanted to start my New Year, but they are very short and unprofessional with me over the phone and the only conversation is how will you resolve the issue. Hey fresh new start

Update December 18 2023... I cant use the ATM for deposit, I cant walk in the fr9nt door because its clogged with people theyre not letting thru the threshold of the front door, the greater is not letting people through. You cant go of the 3 live tellers at the drive-through, and you must stay in line for the one thats working This branch is absolutely the worst branch in my entire 53 years of experience. KNOW that overall, I love the Suncoast Credit Union, I have been a member for decades.. I have bought many vehicles and a boat or 2. But Ill tell you what this Fletcher Avenue branch is FUBAR, the ATMs rarely freaking process, overmany many years time. When you go inside as soon as the door opens, you can see a long line. The greeter should be working in the teller line processing since they are so slow. Theres constantly a line.... thee worst CU visit consistently. I have spoken to them over the last 8 years about their ATM machines. They tell me that theyre gonna fix them they tell me that they did fix them, and they tell me that theyre sorry they did they still dont. Actually, process what Im trying to do whatever that might be, and they could go inside, and I stand in line. Sometimes, I stand in lineup to 12 minutes. Before I literally walk out, its just the most unusable

Love the bank for me is the best credit Union but this branch is so out of control you could see they doesn t know or aren t well trained !! They are super slow I been waiting for almost 1hour and a half for a transaction that takes 15 minutes anywhere else is the 2 time I try to this at this branch and it s like they don t want to do it ,I prefer to drive 29 minutes south then come to this branch,like one of the managers gave me alll the other locations cause they don t want to deal with this ,and it s only a wire and I try to open a bussiness acoustic t and literally tell me this other branches do it too !!

I was in process doing important paperwork and I didnt know what to do and they assigned young man name Gregory Buckshon. He help my daughter and I to get process going and very well matter and knowledge. This is type of Representative thats banks always need. When I left the bank I was very happy and process got done and all my questions were all answered too. Thank you.

I used to love Suncoast Credit Union but they make it very difficult for businesses to transfer money. I used to have a $5000 a day transfer limit but now it down to $1000. I could easily transfer money to saved accounts but now I have to call in every single time I was to do a transfer. Plus you have to have all the accounts numbers handy to make a transfer. This makes it very time consuming and very inconvenient. I asked for them to increase my daily limit but denied my request. I hate how they can control your money. I will be canceling my membership as soon as I find a better option because I can not take it anymore.

I am absolutely amazed at the superior customer service that i received today opening up an account with sun coast! First off Miss Sherry was absolutely amazing she was so kind so pleasant we laughed and talked she was beyond helpful!!! This is the type of service you expect but definitely is rare is 2023!!! I went to SunCoast Credit Union to pay-off a loan. I also told the teller I needed to close any related accounts. She said I could not do so with her. I would need to fill out a form. I was happy to pay-off the loan and at the end of the transaction I forgot to request the form. So on the way out, I asked the receptionist. She said I would need to wait in another line that would take about 1 hour or I could print out the form myself. She did not have the form I needed to print it out myself. At home, I found the form and printed it. I thought it would take too long to drive to SunCoast again and wait for the correct person to hand it to. I decided to mail it at the post office. I paid $8 to mail the form securely because it had my SSN and other details on it. According to the tracking number, it is still in transit. But today I got a check for $5 from SunCoast in the postal mail. It says see receipt for reference but there is no receipt or any explanation. I assume it is to close my savings account now that I have paid-off the loan. So I have learned that the teller at SunCoast gave me wrong information and I wasted a lot of time and some extra money. I thought it was ridiculous to not be able to close my account in person when I m holding my driver s license. In person with government issued ID is the most secure way yet they don t allow that. They could not even give me the form because they expected me to print it myself. Think of all the unnecessary steps: go to bank, drive home, find form on their web page, print form, fill-out form, drive to post office, mail form it took me a couple days and extra driving around to do something that should be simple and quick. I hope they change their policies to be more secure and convenient.

This branch (W. Fletcher) was extremely helpful. I was meeting a party from out of town to purchase a vehicle. They were caught in Friday evening traffic (coming from 3 hours away). We were meeting at 5pm however they were very late due to traffic. At 5:40pm I decided to go into the bank to inform them I was still waiting on the other party when I was informed it was a lengthy process to do loan paperwork and the bank doors close at 6pm. The call center told me I only needed signatures and would be a 5 to 10 minute process. Thankfully Debbie Delgado (woman who helped check me in) was very understanding that Id been waiting in the parking lot for the second party to arrive from out of town. Normally the bank cant start loan paperwork that late due to locking up. Completely understandable. However Debbie can see I was in a pinch with the delay traffic caused the second party and they were traveling from such a long way. She told me not to worry that shed speak with the branch manager. The manager Karen Encinosa was beyond understanding and was willing to stay an hour late to help me finish my purchase. The call center misinformed me about the status of my paperwork. Karen prepared everything, helped out the secondary party to expedite their signing and saved the sale. Before Debbie left for the evening she also offered to help Karen with the paperwork. This is a team that works together. So nice to see. Needless to say I was elated that on a Friday night these woman went above and beyond to help me out. The customer service all around at this branch is top notch. I deeply appreciate them staying late, as Id never expect that and felt horrible that my secondary party was so late (entering the building right before 6pm). Thank you Debbie and Karen! You guys are amazing. Thank you to anyone else who had to stay late.

Had to get a new replacement card and Michael Fay ((Tampa) was very helpful and knowledgeable with the problem I was having and helped me replace the old card, with an updated card that was correct.
