Great experience today! I met Darren, Sandra, Chris and Scrappy (the dog) and they set me up with an awesome deal on a tool I desperately needed. The staff was awesome they were helpful, considerate and worked within my budget! The tool worked as promised and frankly it exceeded my expectations. Great service and great people (plus a friendly canine)!!!!

Fair negotiation and decently quick. I called in advance to make sure they were buying the type of items I had. There was a line because only two people were working, but they got to everyone as fast and fairly as possible. Both employees were courteous. I have shopped here before and never had a problem, but wasn't sure of the selling process. It went smooth and was simple. I highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience with Pawn Max II today. I searched google maps for a nearby pawn shop and found Pawn Max II just down the street from me. As soon as I walked in the door there I knew I'd made a good decision. They had at least a few dozen rod/reel combos at every price point from $19.99 to $300+ pro gear. Plus they had several boxes of assorted reels without poles. Lots of good brands too...Penn, Shimano, and lots of other brands I wasn't familiar with. Chris and Sammie were working there and they were super friendly. They answered all my questions and didn't pressure me in the slightest bit to make a purchase or sell me something I didn't want. They didn't mind at all that I wanted to take some pics of the rods/reels I liked so I could do a bit more research before purchasing. So I left with photos of the equipment I liked and I will definitely be going back in the next couple of days to purchase!

I bought a pair of walkie talkies at full price less than 30 days ago that ended up being faulty and went back to return them with the receipt. The young guy with curly hair would not refund my money nor give me a discount for any other purchase of walkie talkies. I will not be returning to this business or either would I recommend this place. Bad for business.

Good people. Pawned an item a few weeks ago and came back to get it. Was $1.50 short but they accepted it. Appreciate the honesty here. Im very disappointed in the way they tried to low ball us on a PC gaming system. Brand new system they tried to give us $180 lied and said Amazon had it for $250 we found it online and it was going for $700 to $1000!!!! Went to another pawn shop they gave us waaaaay more money.

I have never pawned anything before but in a tight spot I had to pawn a ring. The person I spoke to on the phone, Chris, was amazing, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Upon arriving at the shop, I actually got to meet Chris. He clearly explained the process, treated me in a completely professional, friendly and ethical manner, and made me feel rest assured everything would be great and my property was safe. Okay, so I will be changing my review rating. I went into this establishment on mothers Day Sunday and had a bad experience with one of the employees.. but I came in the next day and one of the employees that was working the day before notice me apologized for his co-workers work ethic. Which he did not need to. He took care of me and sold me the two charms that I wanted to buy.. So to make a long story short, this young gentleman did what it takes to make the customer happy..

They buy gold at fair prices close to scrap value. I didnt even need to haggle; he gave me exactly what I wanted before walking in the door. Youre never going to get full scrap price but anything over 70% is fair to everyone. A lot of places try offering 40% to 50%. So save yourself some time and just come here to sell your jewelry.

Wow! 8 months ago I was able to leave a good review. I thought Pawn Max had it going on. I was wrong. Lately different people are there and there is no consistency. The little boys working there today were obnoxious and rude. I ended up pulling all items I had pawned out and going to Cash America down the road. Brain at Cash America was able to give me more for one pawned item, then what Pawn Max II gave me for 2 items. The 2 items at Pawn Max was pawned for $110. Brian gave me $125 to pawn only one item. Plus Cash America is cleaner than Pawn Max. I guess that should have been a red flag. If Pawn Max doesnt even care to keep there store clean, then how do expect them to keep my items safe? Wow! Just wow! Pawn Max had gone downhill! Now there is one gal there that is better than those boys there. She at least knows what she is doing. These other little boys they had working 9/13/2022 are clueless, rude, and obnoxious. Guess I should thank them since that attitude had me pulling all items and going to Cash America. Came in to purchase a diamond necklace or bracelet for my wife s birthday. Not one person acknowledge me . One person was eating lunch at the counter and the other was sitting on the counter facing the back wall the place is full of junk and very dirty.
