Every time I come into this branch everyone is professional and keeps you updated with what is going on if you happen to have to wait. However, I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen. All the tellers are very polite and happy. Always a good experience. Antonio is great as well!!

Too bad the rockstar of the month lacks basic communication skills, and has a rude attitude. I will definitely not be coming back to this branch anytime in the future. I ve never had a problem with anyone else here but I m not sure why she has such an attitude. Then, come to find out she put the debit card under the other account holders name. This has been the worst and most time consuming visit to any Vystar branch I ve ever been to. A simple 5 minute process has now taken almost 30 minutes. Then the gentleman that called me into the back office has now said I don t know how she processed the card but if it doesn t work or there s something wrong with it just come back later and we can print another one

I recently opened up a Vystar account and when I received my debit card, it would not either activate or allow me to use my money. I visited this branch to learn what was going on and how we can resolve this issue, no fault of the bankers, of course. The staff were welcoming and immediately trying to see how they could assist me. Bryce Carleton did his due diligence and went to work to figure out what the glitch/issue was with my card, and after a short time, it was all resolved and had me going. Vystar is my bank and I ve been a member for over 2 years. I also belong to another bank (which I won t mention) and have also banked at different banks. Vystar s customer service surpasses all these banks. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I can honestly say I ve never had a bad experience. That says a lot, especially with customer service now days. I highly recommend anyone to try out a Vystar. You will not be disappointed. Great Credit Union and Great branch. The staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful. Bryce talked me through a particular hard time I was having with making ends meet and got me into a position where actually came out on top without having to take out a pretty big loan. Honestly I ve only ever been to this branch once because I was on this side of town and I met Wyatt who helped me deposit money and happened to give me great info that could help me in the future. Fast forward, Wyatt has now helped me 3 times and always goes above and beyond and is super sweet about it too! From my one visit, I could tell the staff as a whole are good people!

I use the Vystar in Ponte Vedra. I have just moved here and needed a new bank. I had no idea which bank to choose. I finally decided on Vystar and I have been so happy with them. Jack and Victoria always, always help me with superb customer service. They are always able to answer my questions and go above and beyond what I expect. I so appreciate the two of them and wish more people were like them. They are genuine people. Thank you Jack and Victoria for all that you do and for making my financial life easier. :)

I live in Orange Park and I come all the way to Ponte Vedra for my business. They have the best service in town and it is worth the travel! Wyatt is awesome, so ask for him!

Online chat is a joke. Then 10 minute hold times. Just to tell you they knowingly screw you its not an error. Theives and terrible customer service. Loan department is a Joke also. Save yourself the headache bank somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience twice in a row here. Very quick service, and opening a business account with a woman named Victoria Bradfute was easy, quick, informative and friendly.

Nice office, nice staff, horrible online banking experience. Tried to purchase a CD on line from my savings account. After twice resetting the user name and pass word, their process makes you open a new account, which when done says you already have an account. Then it transfers you to an external Plaid: system to access your accounts in VyStar, which then doesnt work because it says invalid user name or password. Spent 25 minutes and two chats which were no help. Went to Vanguard, set up a new transfer account, and transferred the VyStar money to a Vanguard CD in less than 5 minutes. Space Coast Credit Union allows all functions in one seamless portal. Do not recommend if you depend on online banking.

Great experience. I went to open a checking acct and Bryce Carleton made it all happen. He explained many different financial options to not only get me the checking I wanted but also helped me with many other financial ideas and tactics to help improve my credit and my access to my money. Best Branch in Jacksonville! Bryce is fantastic! Make sure you ask for him. Went in for information on a car loan, my dream car, with low hopes. Bryce listened intently, opened up options I didn t even know about, was fully transparent, and genuinely cared. Which is why I wouldn t go anywhere else. This bank is a hidden gem. No lines, always parking available, and waiting. PV VyStar for Life!

Sorry to have to say that I am so over and done with Vystar. I have been there for over 10 yrs and cannot believe how their customer service has declined. I have several business accounts there and cant even get someone to call me back. Their call center is always backed up and you cant get through to anyone. I have been going to this branch for 6 months to try and redeem my rewards and still have no resolution. In my opinion this company should not offer rewards and scam their clients with offers they cant redeem. Not to mention I have other accounts theri that I didnt sign up for. that I thought I was accruing awards for. Such a joke. Cant redeem the rewards anyway so if It were you I would go to a different bank.

I love this branch ! everyone is always very nice and helpful. I have to say Bryce went above and beyond for me and my husband every single time, he made our loan process smooth and enjoyable, he is knowledgeable and we felt comfortable since the first time we met with him . If you bank with VyStar and need to come in for whatever reason I recommend this branch 100% . And if you need a loan or to open a account or a credit card go and see Bryce you won t regret it . Customer Service is big for me so I don t mind the 23min ride to this location to get it.

I m afraid we are all witnessing the beginning of the end for VyStar. They have allowed themselves to somehow think that mediocrity is acceptable. The app is down again, and again, and again. It s down right now, again.

This PV branch has some of the best staff that VyStar has to offer! They are friendly, personable, and always try to help to the best of their ability, given the issues the company is presently undergoing. In general though, I have been very displeased with VyStar as a company and what they stand for (including supporting the LGBTQ movement, which I strongly oppose as a Christian). So far this branch is the only one that does not reflect the demoralization and cultural decline that this company and our nation as a whole are experiencing.

We have been happy customers for around 15 years now. Suzan Lupton is exceptionally good. Her experience, knowledge, professionalism and customer service is better than any banker we have ever dealt with. Thanks for everything you do for us and all happy vystar customers.

The customer comes LAST here. Calls take hours to be answered and returned. Call center employees work from home and have computer tech issues and sometimes poor phone reception. The only reason to use them is the rates. Everything else is terrible.
