The car salesman I had was Mickey Rodriguez, he is very considerate and very helpful. Due to me getting turned down from 4 other car dealerships, I wasn’t in the best of mood to be happy. I just wanted something else. Mickey assured me that he would do his best to assure I would be leaving with a suv, which I wanted. It took a long week ! And I came to grounds that it wasn’t happening but it did, when he called me to come get the car, I wanted, I was so excited! I really appreciate Mickey and the dealership. They are very understanding, has great customer service and will try their best to accommodate with you. I recommend them and thank them 🙂

Mickey Rodriguez is a phenomenal sales specialist. He made my mom so happy yesterday with her 2023 purchase! She was going through a rough week not knowing how she was going to commute to both jobs because her car had broke down from transmission failure. And he worked so hard to get her into another car! And she absolutely loves it and so do I, lol. They are full of tricks and scams! They don t really want to help you get financed unless you pay them A huge deposit for them to pocket ! The deposit is their commission!! Be aware and one of the banks they use are actually owned by them !!!

This has been the best experience in a car dealership I ve ever had. Since the very beginning when I spoke with Elizabeth to set up an appointment, to getting greeted by Michael and him walking me through the entire process with out forcing and feeling like I needed to purchase a vehicle. Lou jumped in and came along as I did a test drive to make sure I was happy with the performance of the Altima I was interested in. Spoke to Michael about a specific vehicle at 6 pm he told me that the vehicle was indeed on the lot.We agreed to meet at 10am the next day,I got there at 9:50am and waited, I decided to walk around the lot looking for the vehicle when someone came out of the office and said Michael is off today and that the vehicle in question was sold late last night, after I got over my frustration I called Michael who sounded like he still in bed. I explained the situation to him and he said that he would call me back in 5 minutes, after half hour passed I called Michael again but got his voice mail. Conclusion! Seems very shady business to me

First green flag lol I worked with Abel, alongside Chris & Hugo who were all determined to get me a vehicle that I needed, that I would feel safe and comfortable in for both me and my two children. Great atmosphere, sales people arent pushy! Also arent comprehensive. Didnt leave with a vehicle. They did theyre best to get to me to stay. Tips, assume the sale based on the perimeter the customer sets. Also dont sit in front of your client and not engage in conversation. Take that time to know the culture of the person you are doing business with. There you may find the best option for success.

I am pretty sure they re paying all these people to put nice reviews on the internet because I have a whole book of negativity to write about this place. I bought a car from auto express credit and this place is a fraud and I am currently working on taking legal actions towards them. Ever since I got the car from them, I ve been having a bunch of lights on the dashboard indicating something is wrong. I have taken the car to their warranty dpt several times and it looks like they just somehow take lights off. Within a couple days of having the car, the lights come back again and this has happened at least 5 times and I ve had the car for less than 2 months. Everyone there is so rude to me and I have called so many times to make appt and it seems like they don t wanna talk to the me so they keep giving me the run around and transferring me to people that talk to me like I m an animal. I feel discriminated. I was just on the phone with the finance guy and he hung up on me. Mind you, my car got towed from my community because I didn t have a registration for the car a month later after I got the car. So I went to pick up the car from the towing place and they told me the car that I supposedly bought wasn t registered under my name but the dealership gave me papers showing that the car was under my name. So that s fraud and negligence right there right. The towing people was like yup the dealership dropped the ball and they need to be responsible. There s a lot more to say about my experience with this dealership but if I were you I d stay very far away. I wish they had competent people working there. Abel didnt just sell me a car, he listened to my concerns. I moved back to US after being gone 8 years and having lost all my credit history.
