I was given a loan from Embassy as a part of a scam. They never sent me a bill to know where the payment were to be sent. They called me. When I tried to call them back their phone number was erased from my phone. I tried to call the woman that gave me the loan. I couldn’t reach her. It appears she doesn’t work there anymore. Today they took my car. So I wouldn’t recommend this company

AMAZING experience! The staff here is just incredible. Claire in particular helped me with any and all questions I had during the term of the loan. I received my funds immediately, the monthly payments were affordable, and I was able to repay my loan quickly. If there was less than one star i would give it, this company is a scam, they scammed my grandma, took advantage of the elderly with that loan, no one would sign that if they saw the scheme, but because she's elderly, she was scammed and my dad woke up at almost 3 am this morning and the vehicle is gone!!!! Let that vehicle be to you and your entire operation like the Ark of the covenant in the enemy's camp, God is not mocked, whatsoever you sow you shall reap!!!

Listen absolutely don't take no false review about good experience with embassy loan's it's a total LIE!!! these people are total thieves! They are going to rip you off!!! I borrowed $5400 at 23% interest. That's high right?! I calculated round about how much i should be paying for the interest for the time period. It's just over $1600, I still just rounded it off to $1800. That's the easy part. On top of that high interest rate. These wretched people, charges you almost $10. Each time you make a payment, talking about convenience fee! I am making an online payment what convenience fee they talking about???? If you pay over the phone is convenience again,, online convenience, automated is convenience!!! you can't make no payments without them telling you foolishness about convenience fees. If it was even $2 or $3 you could probably understand! That's not the worst part still! I have been paying on and before time of the due dates plus above the amount required monthly. Like over $100 more each month. Then 6 months in a quick rough check on my end. I know I cleared at least 3/4 of the loan "or so I thought " I called to find out my exact balance. These wretched thieves told me I owe them $5400!!!! you just think for a sec, paying over the due amount monthly for 6 months, you borrowed $5400, how in the world 🌎 would you owe them $5400 ???????
I said what ! I gave them all my payments that I previously made info which amounted to just over $4000
Then they are going to tell me about oh there is a $2000 insurance fee....... I was like what!!! These devil's put a extra $2000 in somewhere you have no idea about!!!!! Be honest who in their right mind is going to borrow $5400. To pay $4000 interest?????!!!!! These people are evil, wretched and wicked thieves!!!! they take your car title or whatever title and then proceed to ROB YOU!!!! if you don't check your payments you would never know!!!! I pay my car insurance every single month, so what insurance are these these thieves talking about!!!!

dont do it, they came and got my vehicle after 28 days late- my daughter in hospital didnt get messages, still is, was able to pay the past month and future but they said no they wanted the full amount in 10 days including wknds and drop key the recovery company that isnt available on wknd to drop off and when i asked to get the email of updated balance via email since they dont communicate via mail so i can quickly request the funds from my childs father via his 401k, they said they already sent it but then learned they sent it via mail and the lady says there you go u will get it in 2-3 days, i still have not gotten it yet and now too late to deduct out of 401k which takes 2-3 business days once approved. YES my daughter is still in the hospital with breathing issues even have documents to prove. they are purposely wasting the deadline time to take the car. DONT DO IT

Absolutely terrible human beings work and run this company! Do not take out a loan through this company!! We purchased a truck for $20k took out a title loan for $8k. We couldn t make payments ( I take full responsibility for that) they repossessed the truck. Turned around and sold it for $8k then proceeded to charge me and additional $6k. I ve tried to call n speak with them only to get shuffled from one person to the next each giving me a different story and different amount.

RECOMMEND!!! for sure I have had multiple loans with Embassy Loans. As a paralegal I am very thorough about everything. I have never had a problem or a misunderstanding or a bait and switch as many other companies love to do. My experience at Embassy has been nothing but the best, professional and always go out of their way to help. Tough times are reasons to make you go crazy but when I have need to them they have been there for me. Making ends meet is hard but hen people especially CLAIRE and others as well. Nice guy working on site, polite. But when he does your application, approval is needed by co workers, and that s when the problem kicks in, because my decision was based off of two women decision and they wanted to approve 1000 dollars for a Camry 2014. Pretty crazy to value a Toyota Camry at 1000 only. Was asking for 3000 minimum. So these women if your car is messed up in mechanic but looks good structurally they will give you more money. So they value their loans based off of look of vehicle. Whoever is the owner is losing money on loans not being valued as they should and customers walking out. Good luck to all.

NEVER TAKE A LOAN FROM EMBASSY LOANS!!!! This is thee simply most biggest mistake you could ever make taking a loan from these people!!!! I asked my mom to take out a loan $5,400 interest 23% big interest but I needed to get someone off my back so I for peace of mind, fine ill take the losses and pay the 23% interest rate. I payed for 5 full months above the amount required monthly. On the 6th payment I decided again to request the remaining balance. The agent told me $5400 & change. I was like what? Ive been paying on time and I have almost payed $4000. I borrowed $5400 the 23% interest brings it to $7000. How do I owe $5400 they snuck a extra $2000 in the contract who would be out of their right mind to borrow $5400 to pay a $4000 interest does that make any kind of sense ?!?!They are wicked people, wicked thieves! Not only that their payment methods you have to pay extra to make your payments even if you pay online! Each time you want to pay your bills you have to pay almost $10 extra for each payment monthly . Where have you heard such a thing????? Thieves and wicked!!! GODS wrath is going to come upon them!

I recommend that if you do not want to lose your vehicles, look for another alternative. They will lend you an amount and if you fall behind, they want to get you three times as much. Honestly, it is not a friendly or reliable company. There are better companies that do better.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! They dont tell you correct info upfront, such as an electric bill is required as 3, not 2, of the bills, though the list they read and send says choose 2. And again, you need 3 bills. Apparently they dont listen either when you tell them pertinent info or answer questions. Make sure to repeat that you have a mailing address, WHICH ALL YOUR MAIL GOES and a physical address if that is the case. Somehow my physical was missed on 2 separate calls, though verified on one call when my credit was pulled. The loan is stated not based on your credit, but they pull your credit to verify address, but the questions that follow are not specific to address only. You dont speak to the same person when you call, which is fine until there is a situation and it becomes he said, she said. Then, that becomes Im sorry, but... and you know they really dont give a care. You have to take the voluntary debt cancellation waiver upfront and then provide prepaid insurance coverage within 7 business days of the loan if you dont want to pay the additional fee of, +/-$1166.00. Dont worry about asking for a manager, Brittany will smirk after you air your grievances and put you on hold for some time before she comes back to tell you, their still in a meeting and not sure for how long. So why not tell someone that upfront? It was already a 3 day process. I dont recommend this place in anyones time of need. If you dont get the right person that loves what they do there, they will make your situation worse. S. Johnson

This is a predatory company that does not care about anything but money. The customer service is misleading with how the loan really works until your signed. You cant get a supervisor to work with you, and are very quick to pick your car up only 31 days past due after paying for six months and communication with the heartless and cold customer service reps. The worst thing you can do in this world is find yourself stuck with this company thats quick to take your car when you dont owe that much and wont work with you. These are hard times and Embassy Loans lie to the customer to get them and tell a different story once they have your title.

Before I start my review, I am just not one upset customer. I have done business with Embassy Title Loan since 2018. My first two loans were easy (both paid off) until I decided to refinance my last loan. I requested to speak to a manager twice due to the lack of empathy and customer service. The rep Jaynece treated me as though I was not a customer and to add on top of it, she did not know her information. She provided me inaccurate information. One thing I know is business and the customer is always right. That is how you get paid and stay employed. I was told this by an employer. To be a long time customer you will think means something and I now feel that meant nothing. I will not refer potential clients to Embassy Title Loans, I will refer them to Sunshine Title Loans! More so over because I requested to speak with a manager twice on two separate occasions and never received a call back or transferred. Shows why they treat their longtime customers this way, look at management!

Made a Payment arrangement with them on the 15th of March for payment to be made no later than the 23rd of March. I know it was due on the 2nd but my father passed away and honestly that was the last thing on my mind told the lady ill be gone from the 17th to the 21st. She told me to just make the payment before the 31st or definitely before the 2nd. Only to wake up to my car repoed by embassy loans then they charged me payout fee off $1070.28 when i only had $567.38 left on my loan. As you can see i never missed a payment. This place is money hungry!!!

They re very outdated don t waste your time applying for a loan they ask for documents over and over a waste of time now strangers have my personal documents they past it to agent after agent I wasted 3 weeks is not 24hours how they claim the under writing team is the worse and very difficult to work with they can t comprehend the documents you have to explain it to them I swear any one can get a job without education I don t think you can trust them with your personal information! the offer was 600.00 with putting a lien on my car 2015 jeep is new why only 600 with hidden fees also they charge a 400.00 insurance fee for paying monthly insurance talk about greedy if you need a loan because you re in need they try to charge a lot a of hidden fees which done make no sense to put you more in debt is not worth it you can lose your Vehicle you better off with a legit title company with no hidden fees and By the time you get a approval you will make the money else where! The loan came up to 1100 and that s not including the 33.9 interest borrowing 600?! I will owe 1600.00 I still don t understand charging a insurance fee I have full coverage I think the company a white collar crime who beating the system! I had Jair Morillas for a loan officer, and he could not have been better! I got the loan I applied for after being turned down at several local banks and online companies also. Jair was very informative, it didnt sound scripted and he was very polite and positive. I will use Embassy again if I need to, and will refer them to other people as well.

This is the worse place to do business with. They are a small company. They prey on those who are in need. You only have 12 days before they repo your car I have used other car loan companies before. But these guys are the worse. No compassion during g the Corona epidemic. I would NOT recommend them. Negative

They had 5 stars until I called this week and asked them for an extension to pay due to the pandemic. The guy I spoke with sounded annoyed like he didnt want to help me. There was no empathy. I gave him a date that I hope I can make. He told me I would still be charged the late fee. I have 5 months left to pay and Ive never missed a payment and Ive paid on time. They have lost my business and I will recommend to people I know not to do business with them either.

DO NOT TAKE OUT LOANS HERE! They charge convenience fees to make payments, they do not accept checks and charge an arm and a leg in interest fees insurance fees. Absolutely not worth it.

Negative 5! Terrible customer service from the underwriting Dept and extremely disrespectful to previous customers. I was told I paid my loan off to quickly and it was not looked at as a positive. When I applied for a second loan months later I was strung along for days. Would not use again

They are amazing they work with you if you cant make your payment on time they give you an extension Longs if you communicate communicate communicate and make sure they have your phone number and just keep in touch with them what is going on I I am 65 year old senior I was sick in the hospital my payment was due and they extended it for me no problems they ask how it was they were concerned they werent interested in grabbing my car right away they were interested in me as a person and I would work with them again they are just amazing Embassy keep the good work up and Ryan the customer service I had tonight on Valentines Day you gave me the greatest Valentines gift Embassy and Ryan extending my payment because of my funds I didnt have yet theyre great theyre great my name is Diana and I just cant say any much more this was the best Valentines Day gift I got today thank you and

I had my loan with embassy for about 3 years..a great thing for my credit! Never late with a payment. I was recently involved in an accident which totaled the car I had the loan on. So not only did I lose my whole entire car thanks to someone else not paying attention and acquire a huge debt over my head from having to get a new-to-me car but now I had to make sure embassy loans got squared away in a limited amount of time. That s where Luis came in. He was such a huge help.. he helped me stay on top of the at fault parties insurance company and thanks to him my payment history will remain intact and not close out reflecting a late payment. He went above and beyond just helping close out my loan.. throughout the whole process my anxiety has been off the charts.. but during every phone call he reassured me that it was going to be ok. He truly cares about his customers. His positive attitude and dedication are appreciated more than words can express! Luis if you ever see this thank you for everything! Your positive attitude made this aweful experience so much less stressful. Your hard work is very much appreciated!!

I contacted this business for a title loan and was told to fill out the application on-line and someone would get back to me. I did,but when their representative returned my call,I was told to complete the application with them again! Please Beware of this company! Finally.I was told that I did qualify for $7500 and I should bring the car over between 12;30-2:30 pm .WASTE OF TIME..They took a copy of my License,Car Title, Social Security# and signed agreement..Then told me I needed to bring the car back the following day because the person to inspect the car wasnt there!?? The following day someone called me and reiterated the same but couldnt find my information (unprofessional) The next day I drove all the way there again and they wanted me to sign up again..after a looong wait ,a guy named Alejandro came over ,inspected my Porsche went back inside and offered Only $5000 (on a like new $68,000 car). After I explained I had been previously approved for $7500 ..He then became very rude...What a waste of time ..Please save yourself and stay away from This business ..Also they require an extremely expensive -insurance replacement type waiver??-While you may have insurance already. They will require you prepay for 12-24 months in advance, Even Though you may only need the loan for 3 months...Beware they are not to be trusted-In my Opinion!
