I can't believe anyone has had a bad experience here. I have been here 3 times and have always had awesome experiences. It's friendly and inviting. The people that work there make you feel at home. Maybe the people with bad experiences were trying to do something stupid. They helped me out of a huge jam. I adore these people. Thank you.

Went for a loan on our AR, got exactly what we wanted for it. Devan was super helpful, told us of some range options in the area we were not aware of as we are new to the area. Small store but very clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

Well, I drove about 40 miles to buy a Guitar from them. When I showed up, the guitar was exactly as represented, in fact, probably a little better. I glanced to my right and saw a gorgeous. Gibson 335 made a deal I bought that too I did not have my glasses on and I did not look the Gibson over very well. Just knew it was gorgeous and I had to have it. When I got at home, I realized it was a fake Gibson. I call them up. No problem , Bring it back. They refunded my money. I really thought I was gonna be in for a fight. Absolutely not the case they were very honorable. It was an honest mistake. I know guitars pretty well and I didn't catch it at first. Very very reputable people in fair prices

This place is a joke .
they advertise guitar on Facebook.
I messaged them. 8:00pm
FYI they close at 7:00 p.m.
I will be there in the morning for the purchase.
I went to pick it up and they said it was no longer there.
It must have been sold . LIES
When I frist inquired it was after the place was closed and again made arrangements to pick it up I was there at 8:45am
As I said I'd be there. They don't open till 9am
The clerk wound up contacting the owner and she had no idea what she was talking about.
I showed the clerk the correspondence we had the night before
Obviously somebody's lying about it
As I was waiting I looked at one of the other guitars that they're saying is a real Gibson.
Which it was not.
as I explained to the employee the reasons why.
IT'S FAKE !!!
MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR PURCHASING
nothing but deception and lies.
From them.
BE CAREFUL doing any kind of business with them .

Shauna! 5***** I came in to pick up a computer, she went out of her way to make sure that all the hiccups were fixed before I left! She is absolutely outstanding. Dont It took them 25 minutes to get a loan on stuffs that has already been there..there was no frekin line at all! They really dont seem to care about the people coming in I mean not like its their job or anything lol wtf seriously go somewhere else. They dont offer much at all and rates are higher it seems

The gringos in this store are very racist, I felt discriminated against in the store, I wore a gold chain to prove that it was gold and they gave me very bad treatment and one of the people who serves told me to go back to my country that I didnt It should be here in the USA. I try to visit the store often to pick up good bargains first before someone else grabs them. The current staff working at this location is the best so far and they are very knowledgeable. The employees know me as a regular customer who usually buys clearance or as-is merchandise for great prices. Shout out to Jessica!

After one phone call, i definitely don t want to do business with them. I ve never pawned anything before so I called to get a rough estimate for my product and employee had the most disgusting attitude and hung up before I could ask anymore questions.

This low review has nothing to do with the employees. It s because of their layaway system. I had forgotten to make a payment. Four days after the payment was due they called me and reminded me. As soon as I hung up with them I made the online payment. They give you two options online, you can choose the payment that s due or you can type in what you want to pay. I chose what was due. That was my final online payment, my next payment would be in store to pick up my item. So I went in today to do exactly that. They tell me my item was dropped because I missed a payment. I told them I paid immediately after they called me. When they checked their system somehow my final payment was short $0.14. I said I paid what they prompted me to pay. They said they don t know what happened. So I said then I ll just take the refund and pay for it now. Well apparently since my item was dropped I lost my $30 down payment meaning I d now have to pay an additional $30 or lose the money I already paid because when they say refund they mean store credit. Luckily one of the other workers chimed in and they technically gave me a $30 discount to equal everything out so I d end up paying what I originally came in there to pay. I was shocked that they d drop my layaway over $0.14. Especially when I paid what I was promoted to pay. Idk if it s a system problem or a them problem but with either way I ll never use their layaway again.

The lady that asked me if I could show her if my computer worked just came of very snarky and rude I don t know what it is but why would I bring something in and not test it ? Was I supposed to say no ? On top of that they are selling fake sneakers for ridiculous amounts of money even the Travis Scott s were reps but they had them up there for 1450 ! That s outrageous when asked who authenticated the shoes they told me they aren t doing shoes anymore but they still have them for sale ! Who knows how many people they have ripped off the places is filled with electronics cause they are overpriced sell your stuff on eBay or local stop giving this place your money and items it s not worth it ! Also I brung in a 950$ computer barely used and was offered 180$ on a loan never negotiated or offered a better price this place should be shut down

I was there yesterday December 27 and the guy said that the diamonds in my ring where fake and he said I qualify for 95 dollars. I was not trying to sell just needed a loan I know what I have, it is a 175 years old platinum with diamonds, and he told me that was fake diamonds so you know what kind of business men he is.

A company that moves money and charges top dollar for loans should be up to date with payment options. You can not use check, money order, credit card, wire or do an online payment. Do not go back to the 20th century. Find a company that is up to date. Would not recommend.

Value Pawn has given me the absolute hands down best experiences Ive ever had with ANY pawn shop theyre always super nice and helpful and also have always offered me top dollar on everything Ive brought in there like literally have given me more then any other place ever has or has ever offered me for some items , sometimes even as much as DOUBLE the amount of what offers other shops have given me so Ive been a loyal customer for probably 5-6 years or so now cause of that and because of just how pleasant , professional and easy they are to work with and how they dont try an make as much as they possibly can when giving an offer for items and actually offer and pay fair amounts for items , so their sign that says we pay top dollar is the absolute truth and not one bit false advertisement unlike a lot of other shops around here and they also dont try to take advantage of people that are in desperation and needing cash ALSO like literally every other shop around , I will specifically drive across town and drive right past every other shop on my way to go to Value Pawn every single time ! They don t mind taking stolen items. My camera and my tools were stolen by a member of my family and brought here. They didn t even blink an eye. They bought them from him. I went in there and brought the family member with me and told them this man stole my stuff and they wouldn t give me my stuff back unless he bought it all back for A LOT more money than he got, almost double. I informed them that if this guy comes in here again refuse him. The blonde chick and a young guy, both employees, GIGGLED under their breath at me. I informed them that if they purchase something from him again, there will be a lawsuit on them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL!!

This place Value pawn is just horrible, 1st I waited in line for 40 minutes and there were only 2 customers in the store. 2nd if you pawn here and pick up early they will still charge you the full price of the interest which I feel like is dirty. Horrible manager. Wonderful team members. Decent store and product. The store manager, Rasheed, is absolutely horrible. Rude, full of attitude, and unhelpful. Hes very rarely on the floor helping staff or customers. When he is, he is rude and snippy regardless of who is talking to. When staff members need his help he takes ages to come out of the back, speaks down to them and always has something to snap about before hiding away again. There are signs all over the store about make us an offer but when staff ask him to confirm offers he declines almost every time and either refuses to wiggle the price at all or makes minimal changes. The staff members are very sympathetic about the behavior of their manager and try their best to be accommodating. Jhalin and Jessica are the brightest and most helpful, though all of them are very nice to work with. The store is generally over priced seeing as its supposed to be a pawn shop and not a regular retail store, though I wont deny that the store generally carries good products.

I went to the pawnshop to go ahead and pay for my PS4 to pick it up I waited for the store open at 9 AM around 9:10, i tried to open the doors they were locked, there was a middle-aged black guy with the green value pawn shirt on so I asked him I said are you guys open later today or something very politely he responded well when I m done then they could open it very sarcastic way he said not very professionally very sarcastically. This is the first time ever had this bad experience. But it s enough for me not want to come back

You know, they just tell what want to hear ,they made a mistake, which cost me 130 dollars, which they lost ,sold or whatever..so I was ok with it because they said they would take care of me by letting me get something of same value or Appling it to something I wanted. I have bought several items from value pawn. Three laptops, alexa speaker, and a amazon fire tablet. I had to return two the laptops because wasnt each had problems. Even though I had to return em, I am still satisfied because Jennifer and Jamie were very nice, knowledgeable, and cooperative with the new purchases and helping me find a new laptop. Per the return policy I brought it back within the 24 hrs and they gave me a credit for amt I purchased or a full refund. They worked with me and were quite courteous and helpful. Definitely will buy more with them knowledgeable the future.

I was out golfing one day and ran into a friendly group in front of me. I was wearing headphones and when i teed off my headphones fell out. One of the guys told me to come see him at value pawn. His name is Jamie and helped me out with some headphones and at a decent price. Thank you Jamie, my headphones don t fall out on the course or on the range anymore! As a fellow salesperson, i appreciate the networking and recommending your business away from the workplace. Stop by and ask for Jamie! Very friendly and personable. His golf game can use some work lol, but his professionalism does not lack.

When I go to Value Pawn, I feel like Im dealing with a family member, not a Pawn shop AJ made me feel like I was dealing with a relative, not a Value Pawn associate.

The knowledge of electronics, sales associate, AJ has is mind blowing. He was very easy to talk to and super humble. I would give him 10 s if I could.

Hands down best pawn shop in the area, by far. Great service and super helpful employees. The management is fantastic. I will be back and will recommend to anyone looking for stuff and at great prices to go to Value Pawn in Palm Bay.

I come to this Pawn Shop very often because they always have great items that are affordable. All of the staff are awesome but Stephanie is the one I usually try to find, she knows where everything is and always knows how to help me find what I need.

Tried to pick up merchandise today. Apparently the only person who could log into the computer called out. So now I have to return another day to get my purchase. A suggestion would be to have a backup person who can operate a computer. Or give your manager access to the system. Thank you for the waste of my time

Unbelievable how unreasonable the staff and management are here. I went in with cash in hand to purchase an iPhone 8 or newer model. They had an iPhone XR on the shelf for $336+tax, and they would not budge off that price a dime. I tried offering $325 cash out the door but the manager said she couldn t do it. Plus was rude to boot.. What a joke, I then looked online right after leaving and got a brand new unlocked iPhone XR (for $309 shipped to my door in two days. Why do pawn shops even exist if I can t haggle a little bit. Last time I m ever going to any pawn shop to try to make a purchase.

I have been going to Value Pawn for a few years and I have always gotten excellent service. All of the girls that work there will go above and beyond to help. I was in today and per usual Amanda was helpful and friendly. After she completed my transaction we just had a nice chat about how we were doing and how life was going. I always have a great experience when I go to Value Pawn. I usually wait for Jessica to wait on me when she is available. She is always friendly and helpful and asks how my health is and how things are going. Amanda and Jenn are always willing to take the time and show you whatever item you are looking at and are very knowledgeable about their inventory. All in all, the service is great, the girls are amazing and if its a loan or you are selling an item, I highly suggest you take a trip to Value Pawn. You will walk out with a smile on your face.

Went in wearing a mask was told to put a mask on then said i was wearing one. I was looking at a 2000 dollar gold chain. Guess they showed me... I walked out. How rude can you be to your paying customers? I will never go there again... im guessing they are used to people needing them for a pawn.. maybe treat your paying customers with alittle more class and you could have buyers as well.

I went into this shop the other day and was greeted by the kindest employee. She showed me around the location and answered all my questions. Me and my husband lost everything in the pandemic including my mom. Times have been super hard especially these last 6 months so unfortunately I have had to use the services of a pawn shop just to get by and feed our kids. Brittney was the most amazing customer representative. She was kind, warm, compassionate and very understanding and although the value of my pawn was less than what I was asking she still gave me what I really needed to borrow. I highly recommend this to pawn shop if your looking for good customer service and a a very fair deal!

Jessica, at the Value Pawn in Palm Bay location, customer service is superb! She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to dealing with my business needs and resolving business issues. Normally I like this place and I m happy with them but it s one girl in there that I dread the possibility of having to deal with because she will lowball the hell out of me. Brought in my laptop that I know for a fact is worth $150, she offered me a 1/3 of that. Normally I do alot of business with them but I think I ll start taking my business elsewhere if that s how they want things to operate.
