The dealership I got my car through uses this company. I did not have any issues until it was the final payment on my loan. I noticed that the full payment was still deducted from my account. Called the credit union and they stated that they're not the ones that take the money out of my account. I called the dealership and they gave me the number to Auto pay Plus. I called, there was a wait luckily they have the option of a call back. I got a callback about an hour or so later. At least that option was good because I did not have to be on the phone the whole time. I talked to a gentleman that seemed like he was sleepy, not the best customer care but it was okay. He told me that I was supposed to call them and let them know when my last payment was. I have never had to do that and I've had one loan before. He then tells me that if there is an overpayment the credit union they pay should give me my money back, we shall see. Hopefully the account is actually closed and no more money comes out of my account. From the looks of other reviews it seems like others have still had money come out of their account after closing their account. I'm glad that the credit union that they used has an app that lets me know how much I still had left on the loan. If I did not have that, who knows how much money they would have gotten from me. I give them three stars because there was a time when I had to change the date that my payment came out and they were able to accommodate and my loan did get paid off 6 months earlier.

This company is basically the guy who stands outside Dunkin Donuts opening the door for everyone and yelling at them to pay him. Did nothing, demands money. Do not let a dealership talk you into using Auto-pay from this servicer. Let me start by saying they have actively NEGATIVELY impacted my credit score. YOUR BANK CAN SET UP AUTO DEBIT WITHOUT USING THIS SERVICE. Use your bank people. It has been nothing but a hassle dealing with this service. For the first 2 months they paid my balance incorrectly. It was 3 cents off. Imagine getting a late fee on your new auto loan for THREE CENTS. While this was happening they kept sending me emails saying how if I dont send them my loan statement theyre gonna charge me 1.99 per debit, when I sent them the loan statement the first month? So of course I call, the lady on the phone was BARELY helpful. She corrects the amount and says yeah we got your loan statement so just ignore those emails. Then tells me that my payment in 2 months will reflect the correct amount. TWO MONTHS LATER? and then tells me for next month is should be sure to pay an extra 3 cents so I dont get a fee. Excuse me what? What is the point of this service then? Flash forward to today, I refinance my car log in to look at my information and realize my payment is 3 days past due? Huh? So as it turns out after fixing the amount they messed up the due dates so now my payment is LATE AGAIN??? I never had one single late payment on my last car when I paid it myself. So after refinancing I called them and canceled this service. Because like I said your bank can do this exact same thing. So after canceling I ask them if I will be refunded rhe 350 dollars extra Ive paid them that I never saw on my loan account and low and behold they apparently have a 399 enrollment fee!! That not a single person at my dealership told me about So the service that is meant to save money costs 400$ and they claim to help your credit score yet cant get a payment amount or date accurate for my entire time using them? Stay away from this nonsense place and do the auto debits through your institution and save yourself the hassle.

Canceled my account with them and they continued to debit my bank for 2 more payments after canceling. Called about getting charged after canceling and they said it was an error in the system. Asked about a refund and the best they could tell me is I have to wait another 2 weeks to see a refund check in the mail. After talking to a manager they said that they were expediting the refund but it would be still going standard mail and couldnt give me a date of when I should see it. Well see if they even send the correct amount. Update- The refund was not expedited like they said it would be. Received an email today that the refund has finally been mailed out and that it will arrive in another 10 business days. This is 3.5 weeks since I called to cancel my account. It also said in the email how much the check is for which is not the correct amount that I was told I would be getting back. It wasnt even for the full amount of one of the 2 payments that they took out of my bank account after I cancelled the account. I know I am just a drop in the bucket to them, but I will never be using this company again.

I must have been either automatically signed up for this service when I bought my car or this was never fully explained to me when I got my car, did not realize I was paying car payments through a third party until I sold my car and the payments never stopped. Have been trying to get them to quit going through and get my refunds. No one wants to answer the phone, have been trying for days and on hold for literal hours- have tried every contact option they give and no one gets back to me. Finally got someone through their text option but of course they can t help with what I need via text. It s $399 to have someone else make your payments for you, who would knowingly do this?! These people are idiots, I called on 8/29 to make sure my account with them is closed and they bill me the correct amount. They were supposed to take out $355.30 from my account not $3,525.31. The agent I spoke to is Emilinda. This is ridiculous! Update: ***Trying to resolve the issue and I am still on hold , it has been 1 hour 29 minutes + ***
