The assisant branch manager Adjwa did an awesome job helping me and my daughter set up a minor account. We got to the bank at 5:53pm before the bank closes at 6:00pm. Adjwa was very professional and did not rush us. She took her time and explained everything to me and my daughter. She even helped my daughter enroll and log into her account on my daughter's smartphone. We didn't leave until after 6:30pm. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and service from Adjwa and the staff at our Central Florida Parkway McCoy bank.

Sara was very disrespectful and rude. She tried everything to say she couldn’t service me and every colleague she asked ensured her that transaction was legit. She was extremely unprofessional and impolite. Additionally, she was incompetent and couldn’t remember simple tasks. Terrible service - even when others tried to be polite she went the extra mile to be rude.

Horrible service tried to open a account as a new customer horrible experience once I walked threw the door will not be opening up a account here they rep was finding any excuse to not work you can tell she was lazy I would take your services somewhere else i guess I’ll take this as a sign that I shouldn’t open the account here. Was opening the account with 10k also but we didn’t even get that far thank god like I said beware horrible branch horrible service didn’t even get the rep name ima just call her lazy lol

I had the unfortunate circumstance of my Visa Debit card getting compromised and I reached out to Allison and Adjwa at the CFP branch. I was headed out of town the next day and they were most helpful in getting my new replacement card on the way to me. I received it 2 days later and when I stopped in this morning, Adjwa Soares was an ANGEL for getting my new card onto my MobiMoney App. Now I have immediate visibility of every transaction with my new debit card in real time. This is such a comfort after having been made to feel violated by the thieves that stole my card number! A great BIG THANK-YOU to you ladies!

Came in to open my checking and savings account today and in my own name. Was able to do that with Mrs. Adjwa. She was extremely professional and had the appearance of the branch manager. I had asked her if she was the manager and was supprised to later see “assistant” on her card. I definitely wish her luck on her journey in the company and hope she is selected to be the branch manager. Wait times were pretty quick and all staff stayed busy . HORRIBLE customer service! Diana and Adjwa refused to allow me to deposit money into my wifes account because she wasnt there in the bank in person. Extremely unwilling to find a resolution. I understood that I wasnt the account holder but I simply wanted to deposit the money and my wife would handle any transactions later (the deposit was to make a car payment). They offered for my wife to call and pay a service fee over the phone instead of just taking the money and having her process the transaction online. Dont be fooled by their decent interest rates, it covers up their horrible service.

Staff is nice. The bank itself is the WORST place to keep your money. Lack of communication and compassion for long-term customers. If you go overdraft for .23 cents they will charge $30.00. No matter what. Hopefully this will help future customers.

The reason being that the Manager Ms. Allison Osbourne opened our account and she was extremely good. Over the years I have dealt with over a dozen institutions but have never came across someone like her. It is very hard in todays climate to find people such as her. So please do not lose such valuable employee. Looking forward in dealing with her.

I was recently caught up in a scam where I had to close my accounts and open new ones. I rushed over to the bank, it was 20 minutes before closing and Jeannie Martinez stayed late to help me. Not only did she do her job well, she also empathized with me, did not rush me, and listened to my story. I returned a couple of days later with the proof that my computer did not have any malware on it so they could re-enable online banking and she came out of her office and volunteered to help me. She is the best!

This is literally the best bank we have ever had an account in!!! I wish we had known about it sooner!!! The tellers, bankers, and managers are always so kind and helpful!

I cannot begin to express my appreciation to Odalys for her support. I found that someone had committed fraud on my business account. So I went straight to the McCoy the next morning to make it right. Odalys is a true professional, she took the time to help me and my company through this awful time. I can t say enough she worked really hard to make it right and she did. Closed my business accounts opened new business accounts, re issued my debit card and through the entire process she guided me step by step. What is even more impressive is that the next day was payroll for my team, Odalys said no worries bring the names and amounts and we can do it for you. The next day I did just that and Odalys printed all my teams paychecks AMAZING. By the way thank you to Mary she helped as well. Walked in to open an account, there was not a single customer in the bank, they had me waiting 45 minutes after Id given my information to the lady at the front desk and no one ever came to get me. 30 minutes I, I asked the lady if it was going to be longer...she said no. Waited 15 more minutes, and asked for my Ids back and left. They didnt apologize for the delay and seemed to not care to lose business.

I have been a Maccoys Credit union customer for many years, service is great, they treat you like family, and if you want to receive the best professional experience, you must go directly to Miranda, she projects the mind of a real leader, remembers customers by their names, and takes pride in making sure you complete every transaction before you leave the bank. Outstanding job girl, keep up the good work, and soon you will be Maccoys next CEO, great assess for this company, and truly a pleasure to do business with.

Online system always down and then charge you overdraft fees because you cant transfer money. Then you get a attitude because you complain about it. Stay Away From This Bank!!!!!!

There is a teller at the front who is supposedly the banker. I watched as I heard everyone s private business. No actual banker on site even though they had 3 offices.

To open an account here, take a bag full of envelopes with your name and address, and even then they wont believe its you. I dont recommend it.

My mother had opened this acct for me when it was Central Florida Federal Credit Union. The overall quality has waned some. Normally, people go to local banks not to be treated as a number. Unfortunately, the Mccoy on Central Florida Pkwy does not fit this mold. What really gets me is how we have to wait for normal business hours for usual day to day transactions to be processed such as direct deposits to be processed or speaking to someone over the wk end. Having weekends off is great for employees but not for customers in a service oriented business.

Business customers avoid this place. Extremely slow service for everything. I dread going to this place with any cash transactions and dont get me started with the idiotic policy for change orders. Order $200 in 1s and they still want to count out each bill to you like they are 20s (that slow count 1, 2, 3... method). Seriously they do that crap with change orders! ou have NEVER seen this policy in 30 years of business. Stupid! Also if you need to do anything, it takes longer than the DMV for all services. Adding my wife to 1 account took an hour! 1 hour to add a person on an existing account. My last Credit Union took 5 mins to do this. It literally took an hour! Business customers avoid this place. Personal customers that have all the time in the world, heres a great place to waste away your day.

Watch your monies! Have to cal them every other month as they take $10.00 out of my acct for reasons that make no sense!! When questioning them on this... they dont seem to know why! Cmon.. you are a financial institution playing with peoples monies and you dont have an answer for me?? Maybe some people dont look closely over your acts... so how many $10.00 are they getting monthly from customers... especially senior citizens ??? Looking around for another credit union.. I dont work for your bank for catching this every other month ... unless ... you want to put me on your payroll !! Smh

So far my experience has been good. I have my savings building with McCoy. Next Friday I am going to check out their personal loans. They offer personal loans for equal or lesser amount of what is in your shared savings without adding inquiries to your credit report..but report your good payments. I can see myself using this to my advantage wile I prepare to purchase another home.

Hard to think we are talking about the same bank as in other reviews I have been a member over ten years and have never had the experiences listed above. The lockouts are protection from hacking, if you enter the wrong password 3 times. They are very security / ID protective You will get a call if some one swipes your card too many times at a location or large out of town purchases (yes you can use it out of state) And I cant ever remember a time when anyone did not speak English and was helpful to me . Had several loans with no issues Yes ,the online could be a bit better layout but its all subjective. The person above with loan issues needed to check his loan satisfaction paperwork when he got it...personel responsibility? The staff is allways ready to answer questions The Toni the teller is a back up to online access just by phone instead (and if you get locked out of online) Overall a great LOW FEE almost no fee credit union. The pay bill section is easy to use and reliable also

This credit union has the dont care attitude of any other mega bank. The account login system is beyond words. Just trying to login on their online banking requires picking a fruit (Im not kidding) and filling in answers that never seem to work. The account numbering system is bizarre. Customer service has people that barely speak English. What a waste of time trying to bank with them. I switched to another local credit union and have been very happy so far.
