Lilly helped set up savings and checking accounts for both my sons in the office. She was incredibly good and patient, as both my boys have disabilities. She has also answered follow-up questions I had by phone, she has been so helpful. Lilly and everyone is the office was very helpful and patient with my boys during our visit. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would, they don t properly inform you of all the hidden fees they have then when you try to talk to a representative it s like talking to a wall you will get nowhere they just take your money every chance they get and then say there s nothing they can do it s non refundable fee I ve lost sooo much money from this bank stealing it I m sooo over it can t wait to close this account PLEASE DO NOT bank here if you like to keep your money!!! Kyle Carlson Is the absolutely most helpful customer service representative. He remembered me from when my sister and I had to establish trust banking when my mom passed away two years ago and he helped me set up an Account, for PayPal to help me minimize all the stuff I have now accumulated. I had an issue with this location, but the branch manager reached out to me directly to address my concerns and really went to bat to make sure everything was corrected, and I was completely satisfied. Addition Fi steals money from you. You can make a payment on your credit card and the payment will disappear and next thing you know you ll be in the negatives because the payment didn t reflect. They won t be able to tell you where your money went either. I wouldn t recommend this business to anyone I care about, only enemies who I want to have a hard time. Thinking about closing this account asap

Whenever I visit the South Orlando location I always receive excellent service. The place is always cozy and the staff welcomes you kindly. I arrived well before my appointment but Evette Perez didnt make me wait. She took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions, I went to close the CD and she explained different options to consider and let me freely make my decision. Went inside & was greeted immediately. Shoutout to Kyle the teller that helped me. I was visiting to do a withdraw since I ve lost my debit card & it s takes days to come in the mail. Kyle was able to move quick & efficiently but what stood out most was that he informed me of other options. I was able to get a new card on spot, the withdrawal, & was told more about a growth savings plan when that wasn t even what I walked in for initially. All done in a timely, rapport building manner. He was very kind, friendly and honest. essential qualities to provide excellent customer service. I had never been in that Branch location and would return because they have a good atmosphere. The reason I arrived was because he went to the store where I work to buy a gift for his wife and at all times Carlos was very friendly, in the middle of the conversation while I attended to him, he told me that he works for a bank and provided me his Business Card which I called and made an appointment. Becareful what you sign when you go to purchase a car/ refinance or get a loan. Its not worth the stress or headache to deal with a bank that doesnt inform you of the legality of their policies. Pay close attention while signing and ask questions because I was scammed by Additional Financial of my money after my SUV was paid off for. I went to get back my money and they told me its too late to get it. If someone would just have told me that I would not have gotten the gap insurance in the first place. Their reps will not explain it to you but hurry you up to sign the papers without getting a chance to read it. So pay close attention to how conducting business with this bank.

We went to verifying my membership, clarifying my identity, I explained my concerns, did research. Right away I received a simplified understanding of what my next step should be to achieve my goals. I was Overwhelmingly Wowed! The Wisdom & Knowledge of her job capabilities left me without any questions to ask.
