Plenty of parking. I was just accompanying someone who was there to see the teller, and was surprised to see a huge clean interior with a flavia coffee machine, and large clean bathroom. I didn't like that I saw a certified letter just sitting on the table for anyone walking through the door to take. I would not be comfortable if that was my certified letter that was left on that table hopefully not by any staff. They open at 9am weekdays except for Thursdays 10am start.

When is the last time you received a personal call from a Bank Manager (NOT Automated) letting you know they can put you in a higher yield checking and savings account, WITHOUT costing you anything? This is old school banking where all bank personnel treat you as a valued member and pay attention to what you need, wether you realize it or not. There is no doubt, this is a direct result of the leadership of Branch Bank Manager Crystal Johnson who takes the time to actually get to know you as an individual, in order to better address your personal financial path. I live out of state and the team at Addition helps me accomplish my banking from afar with their excellent customer service. This branch is not friendly. Every time that I walk in I am not greeted. I have had an account with addition financial ever since 2017. The Clermont branch would say hello and greet me when I walked in or went through the drive through. The staff members at the mills location do not greet. There were two tellers today. Both saw me walk in. The one did not greet at all. The other one teller #3127 stared at me.. when I said hello she told me to move over today for someone that was walking up to the empty teller line behind me. (There was no one in line when I first walked in).. Then when it was my turn, I told her it would have been nice to be greeted and she proceeded to argue with me to tell me she greeted me, which she did not, she starred at me when I first walked in, it felt like I was bothering her. She did not greet me at all, or notify me that she will be right with me. Customer service is not intact at this location. I was thinking about moving my banking to addition financial, however after today’s experience I will not. Once again, I am disappointed and will continue to bank elsewhere.

Came in to finalize a car loan, after being seen quickly, Crystal went so far above and beyond to make sure the entire process went as smooth as possible and did everything in her power to make sure we were able to leave with everything we needed to pick up the car today. Seriously everyone from our initial loan officer Tangie to Crystal today has been an incredibly helpful and easy experience :)

When I stopped in to cash my paycheck I found that it had gotten wet. I was going to leave and wait until it dried out to try and cash it. The teller (Rene?) was very helpful and made a copy of the check for me to sign. I got my check deposited and didnt have to make a second trip. I appreciate the assistance.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was lied to multiple times. Their website is buggy and links dont take you to the transactions that they should. Do not trust anything that their support tells you. It may be incompetence, rather than willful lying, but the result is the same. A severe lack of transparency about your accounts is the net result of their horrible website combined with their horrible customer support. Two years later and the customer service is now even worse. They changed things and now I cant even get access to my accounts with my login id and password. I now have to physically go to a branch to get my member number to regain access to my accounts again, I have scheduled payments coming out and they wont allow me to sign in to transfer funds from an external account to my account to cover those payments. They do have good ATM machines. Thats the only reason I didnt give them one star previously, but I have to lower my rating. The next step is to just close my accounts if this horrible customer experience continues.

Very disappointing! My husband called to speak to a representative to schedule an appointment because we required a special service that requires a specific person to sign paperwork. When we arrived, the representative with whom our appointment was scheduled explained that she could not do the signing required, that she would find out who might be available to help us. No managers available to help us, even though we were assured by the phone rep that someone would be available.

I came in as a walk in for the purpose of putting something in my safe deposit box. Apparently, with absolutely no other customers in the waiting area, but plenty of people in the offices, there was just ONE person who was able to help me. He came out and said that he was waiting for an appointment at that same time but if that was a no-show he would help me. Again where are the other SERVICE reps? Fortunately it was a no show. No telling how long I would have sat there in an empty lobby waiting for someone to help me. My wait was only about 10 minutes. He did thank me for my patience when he came out... as if I had a choice!! When we went in I told him that all I needed to do was to slip an envelope into my safe deposit box but he insisted that I had to take the box to the closed room. I will get fired if I let you do that. That is absolutely absurd!!! I have back issues and carrying the box would cause me a lot of pain. Fortunately he offered to carry the box in and then back out for me. I was in the closed room a total of 5 seconds. I see no reason to force the customer to go all the way to the little room if all they want to do is put an envelope in their box.

Patricia Martineck was exceptionally courteous and kind as she assisted my elderly father with notarizing documents. He was somewhat overwhelmed by the process and she was very gracious and patient.

Tricia and Steve at the Mills branch were very helpful with my two auto loan refinances. Tricia reached out to me to see if I was in need of better rates, and Steve processed the loan applications. Their response time was quick and communication was clear. After both loans were completed, I will be saving about $270 per month on my loan payments from what I had before! The whole process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free. I highly recommend the team at the Mills branch!

THe banker was congenial and efficient but the multitude of intrusive pieces of information needed to open an account are excruciating - takes WAY too much time to fill out the volumes of paper and hunt up all ones personal info, which can t possibly be a good thing to put into their computer and on the ream of paper we filled out. Hoping they are less cumbersome when it comes to actually using this hard earned checking account.

Ever since it changed to Additions, I have had some very negative experiences and I have been a member since 85. Just recently, they contacted me about possible fraud payment, and I called them immediately. They said it was taken care of, and I could use my card. For three days, my card was denied. I had to call them again and they cleared it again. And it takes forever to talk to someone. Another time, I left a message and never heard back from them. That is just a few of the mishaps.

Came on a Saturday and the lobby was available by appointment only . This might have made sense before there was a Covid 19 vaccine Now it just appears to be a convenient way to cut down on labor. Had to get in the drive through line which is not accessible by anyone who does not have a car. I have been a happy customer for 15 years, but it is disappointing to see the lack of convenience this small local credit union provides.

Ana was the best! We had a lot of financial accounts to begin to make it possible for us to purchase our retirement home. In a short amount of time everything was created to facilitate the transfer of finances. We cant praise how Ana completed the task set before her. She should be a MANAGER! We would travel to do business with Ana again!

I needed to replace my debit card as the chip had stopped working. I arrived at 4:40 pm and signed in. Within a few minutes, I was seated In Dave s office and he took care of everything. I soon walked out of the Mills office with a new debit card. Dave was professional and personable, and obviously efficient!

I set up my account in January but wasn t able to access my online banking. Tried calling customer service center multiple times and they were not able to help me. I went in to the mills branch earlier this week hoping they could resolve my issue. Dave was so helpful, Patient and kind, he said your not leaving till we figure this out. It took us over an hour but we finally got it figured out. I am very grateful and this experience has given me a new respect for my local credit union.
