AMAZING customer service at this branch! The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an appointment yesterday with Lori and she definitely exceeded my expectations. I presented her with my credit card problem and she took the time to do research and find a solution. Lori acted as an advocate for me by communicating with another department to get a fair resolution. The agent, Kay Lamont was very patient and encouraging in dealing with me and a 3rd party in assisting to set up a cash transfer. She was dealing with 2 elderly people, one of whom was very opinionated. She never seemed frustrated even though it was difficult getting the 3rd party to follow directions at times.

The job she did should be put in the training Manuel so others can profit from her experiences. A job well done!

First off, the website was super welcoming and super easy to navigate, all the info i needed was easy to find and i was able to set up an appointment without struggle. Second, when i got there they were immedietly ready to assist me. Multiple employees came out to greet me and get me settled right into making an account. Finally i get Kay lamour to help me set up my account and she was just the sweetest, she answered every question i had without hesitation and helped me get my account set up in less than an hour. 5 stars and i will be referring my family and friends to set up an account here

I have been a member of this credit union for 40 years. I recently visited the Metrowest location for the first time. It is a beautiful facility with plenty of parking. I went to withdraw some cash and to get something notarized. I usually make an appointment, but I didnt this time and was expecting to wait. I did not have to wait long and everyone was professional and friendly. It was a very positive experience!

Service is ridiculously slow. Always only one bank clerk working. The ATMs don t allow me to withdraw cash. Credit card sometimes locks for no reason. These are some reasons why blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies are the future of finance and money.

I had been looking for a credit union. I tried opening an account online but my phone was acting up, so decided to go to the branch personally. I went on my lunch break not knowing how long it was going to take. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by Frank Pena at the Metrowest Branch. He helped me to open the account. Valerie Filion and Frank Pena saved the day. I purchased a car and they were delivering it the next morning (which was a Saturday). The monies I was going to use was from an existing account I had with another bank. I was at the other bank getting a cashier check when they saw a block on the account. There was no reason for the block and tried for hours to remove the block. Corporate said it would take 7 to 10 business days. So now I m having a car delivered tomorrow and no cashiers check. What a predicament. I remembered I had a line of credit at Additions and met with Frank. Time was running out and not sure if the other bank was going to pull off a miracle. Told Frank I was going to the other bank to find the progress. Frank said I m here to help and have all your information ready if needed. Well it was needed because no progress in getting the block off. I came back to Additions. Frank was with a customer so Valerie took over. It s close to 4 by that time and Valerie knew my situation. I had to increase my line of credit and Valerie went right to work. At 5 she finished the process and I had cashiers check in hand. We hit a few road block but she knew who to call and at one time had, I think, 3 others involved. She made a comment that because they are local and decisions are local; things like this could be done in record time and not 7 to 10 business days. I m driving my new car and it s sweet. I went tô Metrowest tô inquire about The five percent CD and open New account. Ms Chau took me to her office and thoroughly explain to me step by step since I am new to the process. Ms Chau was very patience, understanding and professional. I highly recommend this bank because of her.

I unfortunately had my wallet stolen sometime from 5/31 to 6/2 from my car and had to go in person to request new account numbers (those numbers were in my wallet). Not only did Frank reset my account numbers quickly, he also provided me with a new debit card even though I had already requested one on the phone over the weekend.

Valerie was absolutely amazing this morning . Addition Fi set up an appointment for me last night for this location . It was supposed to be for today but it said the 12th. They had another 9:00AM appointment on the way who wasn t here yet and someone almost told me to wait or go through drive through I thank Valerie for taking action to help me, treating me with respect, and the care she gave to help fix the problem. She let me inside and assisted immediately. The other appointment never showed up. I m so grateful ! And I learned about cashiers checks !! Thank you Valerie!
