Today I do had one good experience banking with Additional Bank. There some services has to do with about my account. The all process was handled very well for the teller Daniela. I can be more lucky person to be attended for this girl. Exceptional costumer service, she went very clear and professional to deal with my enquirer about account. It’s not the first time experience on this bank I do have before a great experience with others person also at past . Great work Daniela. Thanks to much.

This branch could be a lot better with their customer service. I had a mobile issue where I wasnt able to lock my card, which I waited for more than 4 weeks to be solved. I stopped at a Longwood branch during a weekday, however: according to this particular branch, a ticket was never submitted to IT. I visited this branch on a Saturday and Mr. Gaga advised me that there was never a ticket submitted to IT. After that Saturday, the following week, I called, and he returned my call 1 time only, with no solution, which was fine. I gave it a couple of more days before the Saturday of that week; I called Mr. Gagas extension several times and left voice messages, I never heard back from him (no email, no call back, or text messaging). In essence, I end up going in again that Saturday to this branch. I waited in the lobby and met Ms. Martinez; I had to start the process all over again and get her up to speed on what was going on with my mobile app. She had assured me that she was going to follow up with me on this issue. I emailed her screenshots of the issue. I called the following week (midweek), and I left voice messages. She never returned my calls. Im very patient when it comes to issues like this, but when either one of the managers dont return your call or at least send you an email to let me know they are still working on this, then at that point I was just being ignored. I went again that Saturday, and the only one who followed up with me was one of the tellers (Amany Abraham). She was able to assist me all the way through. As soon as I noticed my mobile advance controls were working, I gave her a call and left a voice message. She called me back the same day, I was able to thank her for her customer and for taking my case seriously. Theres room for improvement, I work in customer service, and ignoring a problem isnt the best solution.

Unfortunately I could not give a negative zero. The people in this bank half the time dont know what they are doing. They tell you one think, come back and tell you something else the head teller need a class on follow thur and learning to keep their words. Amany Abraham need a class on customer service. I will be disconnected with this bank after Many years. I would not recommend Addion Financial.

Called in today to arrange some type of payment plan with the credit card department, but the institution was not open to doing that. I live in Hawaii, and even after expressing that, they did not seem to care. There are no addition financial institution services here in Hawaii, so they appeared to have no concern for someones safety, nor for the hard work they put into earning money. I would not recommend anyone to join this branch. Join Bank of America instead, because they are much more helpful and find solutions to issues that are out of your control. Some financial institutions like this one are so small and basic that they cannot assist with big situations.

Weve had an auto loan with Addition Financial (facilitated through the dealership) for 4.5 years with absolutely no problems. We wanted to check our loan balance and realized wed never actually setup our online banking account. Daniela, at the Alafaya branch, provided excellent service, and were now good to go. Would definitely recommend Addition, as their auto loan rates are competitive, and their customer service is outstanding.

After having accounts with addition since they were CFE, the cust service is not the same. I ve been a faithful customer with NO issues/late payments. After 15 years with them, I received ONE partial $28 late payment after 30 days and they send it to collections. They could ve worked something out with me. They re not the same CFE (member caring service credit union) as they were. Side note: I would be willing to continue services with them and change to 5 if they were to remedy this issue.

I feel sorry for anyone who only banks online these days. The face to face interaction is a lost art form. Luckily Vanessa and Joseph at Additions Financial in Orlando are still here and going strong. You will not meet 2 people better at their jobs than these 2. Surviving in Retail for over 40 years, I appreciate great customer service and they do not disappoint. But their approach and relationship building goes far and above just customer service. The customer is not just another account number or asset for them to manage. They treat you with grace and humor and genuine kindness and respect. I truly cannot say enough about these two individuals. Their branch and my visits are a highlight to a sometime stressful week. Somehow, I always leave feeling refreshed. I had a scam issue that required me to change my account number and get new debit cards. Thanks to someone at the call center, I was told I could go to my local branch to handle this immediately (dont know his name, but thanks!). At the branch we worked with Samanter, who was absolutely STELLAR! There was a lot involved, but she handled everything quickly, efficiently and friendly. She answered all of our questions (several times), and stepped us through the process carefully. Because we were waiting on some payments, she made sure we could change everything without delaying that money, and gave me careful instructions on how to update all of my payment accounts once I got home. I cant imagine the process going any better, and Samanter is amazing!

I had a wonderful experience at Addition s Alafaya location, all thanks to their stellar customer service. Diego Medina was incredibly helpful and sweet, and did a great job taking care of me. He and Houssain provided top notch service and made me feel valued as a new customer here. As one of Houssain s first clients, he did a fantastic job taking over and handling my accounts. I really couldn t ask for better service.

Arielle Torres the assistant branch manager was so helpful and kind. I went in to the Waterford lakes branch to open an IRA CD and she was able to do it fast and she was very friendly and answered some questions I had.

Our experience was pleasant and well done. We met with Samanter Harris who even had some toys for our kids to play with while we conducted our business. She was funny and very helpful and took care of everything we needed. Update: Today I went in to open a CD cause I could not figure it out on the webpage. I walked in without an appointment and Miguel Cedeno took care of it in less than 5 minutes for me so I was very grateful because I spent my whole lunch break trying to figure it out on my own. He was very friendly and helpful

Hello. Good night. Today we had the pleasure of visiting them for the second time. On the first visit I opened an account with you and the benefits are so favorable that today I accompanied my children so that they also opened their personal accounts. This branch had excellent service and I was able to accomplish everything I needed in a timely manner. Diego Medina assisted me in applying for a credit card and was extremely helpful in offering explanations and advice on managing credit as well as anything else I needed to know.

I m glad I finally around to leaving this review because I was disappointment in the lack of professionalism . I went with my mom to make a deposits and as we reached the front of line I could hear the lady talking poorly about the customers as they left . It made me feel so uncomfortable that I have decided to go a different addition to spare my mother for being apart of this nonsense .I made sure to look for name tag to write this review for the lady named Carissa .
