I was in search of a music stand that I needed for a performance the following day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the perfect thing when I walked in the door. To my added surprise and delight, when I asked John how much it was he replied “It’s free.. Merry Christmas”. The store is great and this man is an angel who really knows how to spread some Christmas cheer! BTW, they have gorgeous jewelry!

Great place to go to look for tools. I bought a Porter Cable 1/2 inch router with fixed and plunger bases there and paid a very fair price for a tool that was almost unused. If you are looking for a great deal this is the place to go. If you are looking for attentive service this is as helpful a place as you will find. I have worked with both Jacob and Juan and they were attentive, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

Quite a few months ago, I was browsing the store on Airport Rd and an attractive young lady (the reason I say that is she got me to open up to her) asked me if I was looking for anything in particular...when I told her the item, she said they didn't have anything in stock, but I will keep you in mind (yeah, right). She asked for my business card and promised to call. June rolls around and she left a message at my office saying, "Please call Tabitha, she has "your item". I had completely forgotten all about our meeting, but halfway through dialing, it dawned on me why she called!
It was more than I bargained for, but I called around to some trusted people and they said that was 'market price' these days. I went in and looked at it with my lady friend who said (believe it or not), "It's exactly what you're looking for, you won't get a chance at another one anytime soon." Tabitha arranged for me to buy it on layaway, and I brought it home yesterday.
Thanks again Tabitha, you are a sharp salesperson who deserves everything you get.

This place used to be better, but now its deserted and barren. It looks more like a homely mom and pop hardware store. The previous staff was also more friendly. Its unfortunate because weve done plenty of business here in the past.

I reached out to the owner the night he posted about an item. He then promised me first dibs and I told him I would be there when he opened. I got there 20 minutes before he opened and he let another guy buy them because he arrived earlier. When I give my word I go by it unlike this pawn shop. It s shady business practices.

In December I had an unexpected loss in my family. Trying to get money for airfare for my family at last minute was difficult. Dealing with First Pawn on the purchasing end previously I went to them. With my collateral in hand we struck a deal. Fair, may I state. Being stuck in Wisconsin until everything is settled. First Pawn , not only has kept my valued items safe, they call and remind me to do the right thing and pay up. In the Pawn industry its buyer beware. Not at First Pawn, fair and honest. You may not like what is fair for the market, but First Pawn is consistent. I am a first time pawn customer. I recently moved here and was waiting for my first paycheck. I was really scared to give up my Grandmas gold coin to anyone. I didn t want to lose it. Isaura, the woman who helped me, was perfect. Not over bearing, she actually put me at ease! She explained the whole process and I left with a small loan feeling confident that my treasure was in good hands. I returned 3 weeks later.. paid my dues and received my coin back as I had left it in a box and sealed bag. All staff was kind, considerate and non-judge mental. I would recommend first pawn in Naples to family and/or friends.

I went in needing tools for a new job. I found exactly what i needed and they were in excellent condition. The sales behind the counter were very helpful and tested the tools in front of me to insure they did work properly. The prices were very fair. I plan on continuing to shop here for all my future needs.five star service. Update. Every tool I bought is working perfectly in a professional/ hardworking environment. So, I went back and saw them again. Again I was given excellent service, the sales guy remembered me, and I walked out with an absolutely beautiful miter saw. This is by far my new favorite tool store. You cant go wro g walking in their door. I knew I would be back last time but now I think I will be a regular customer for sure. I would give 10 stars if I could. Is another update. Had to stop there this time I needed cash. Once again I got completely professional service.. I do not see a reason to ever use a different pawn shop. This was added October 19th 2021

If you love silver and coins! Do not go here this place is a joke! I went in looking for silver and found a cool little pamp. It was a 10g year of the dog. They had to look it up on eBay. I know exactly what they saw. They come back and say it s $40 for a 10g silver pamp! Joke! They need to not sell silver or get someone that knows what they are doing. I will never go back to this place! You shouldn t either!

Very disappointed in this store for violating my trust. I have been a customer at this store for more than a few years. Unfortunately yesterday I went to pick up a pawn on a firearm. After I returned home and read my pawn slip I was very upset to realize that someone had kept my extra magazine for my firearm. It s a nice store with a nice staff but unfortunately I will not be returning. Very disappointed in this experience with this company.

Prior to entering the Naples location, we made a few calls with several questions. From then on, we were greeted with friendly (and smiling) employees. Everyone we dealt with (Lisandra, Tabitha, and Jacob) were very informative and patient. Lisandra actually handled our purchase and was efficient in making sure everything was accurate. We felt so comfortable with her and all of them throughout the entire purchase process. Half of the staff are friendly, the others, not so much. Ive gotten fair deals before & then low-balled on new/like new items. As another person has mentioned, take your business to Capital Pawn on Davis Blvd. They offer better cash offers on pawned items & work to give you great prices on items of interest. If your choose to still come here, be aware & informed on whatever youre buying/selling.

I drove down from bonita springs because the guy on the phone gave me a price on a specific Xbox model over the phone. When I got there I was told it was $100 more and the sales guys could care less that I was told wrong. I said I was told on the phone a certain price and the guy just said nope . I m not a conformational guy so I didn t even say anything about it. I told them Microsoft just slashed all their prices and they were selling them for almost brand new cost. They brushed me off and wouldn t even help me out when asking about models and pricing. They just came off as really rude and could care less if they made a sale. I went over to capital pawn and they were extremely nice and helpful and they got my $225 with a 6 month replacement warranty. I won t come here again.

First pawn is a great place to shop. Very nice staff and amazing selection. I have gotten some crazy low priced beautiful multi diamond rings there well under what I was looking at retail! Highly recommend.

Jacob was top notch when I came in for a sudden loan. He was communicative and entertained my need to browse the plethora of superb diamond rings. When we were completing my transaction he was polite, professional and efficient. He helped only me and showed me how secure my item will be while they had it in their posession. As i signed i was taken back when he gave me a wipe for my thumb print ink as well as walk me out the door and make sure i got into my car with no issues. Top notch service and takes the ghetto out of the pawn. Classy guys! Ty. I will be buying a new beautiful cocktail ring when my financials are in order. Also if u get ur item out within 5 days the intrest is cut in half. Thats just good caring business.

Very obnoxious place to shop in. The salesman are annoying and make snarky remarks if your not interested in buying anything. They sell their used guns at exactly the same price as the gun shop down the road. Its ridicioulous how overpriced things are. Why buy a beat up 1911 for the same price i could buy it new in the shop down the road? I would rate lower than a 1 if i could.

Worst experience ever my fiancé went in with his ring to pawn it for a little extra money. The man tested it right in front of him and he s like hold on let me show my jeweler it. And instead of going to get the jeweler we trusted him to take it back to him. And once he came back and placed it down my fiancé noticed that his ring was bent and that there were marks in the inside band. I don t get it because I m the beginning of it was already like that (as he the guy was claiming) they would of said something. I definitely would not trust them with any of your jewelry.

Definitely The best pawn shop in Naples, biggest selections of firearms, electronics and especially jewelry. The whole staff is helpful and informative. This is where you ll find the best deals.

Best pawn shop, gun shop, jewelry store, sporting goods store with a very laid back barber shop type atmosphere. Every time I walk in it s like Cheers with a few different people saying, Hey Joe! . Juan and Andy will make you feel like you ve been a customer for years, and everyone else is just as welcoming. Make sure you bring some money with you though because you ll definitely find something you ll want to take home... and hide from the wife.

I went in looking for a gift for my mother & I didnt really know what I wanted. Jonathan P helped me and he was very patient and professional. He let me ask a 100 questions & he asked me quite a few too like he was getting to know my mom better! In the end, we found a beautiful piece that I know she will love .
