I did a review 2 years ago now I m on my 3rd vehicle with National Auto Lenders and this now makes 10yrs with National Auto lenders the experience with them has been by far exceptional now most importantly the staff is so professional and kind , starting with Abraham , oh Abraham what a sweet and soft spoken and very kind individual love when I get to speak with him and also Jenny and Esther that I believe are no longer there but the my experience with them weather gone was always so sweet and kind that every time I called it wasn t just taken a payment but felt like I was talking to family.. I will soon been gettIng my 4th vehicle with NAL once I pay the remaining $7k but amazing staff this shows me it s ran by good organization and that you can trust the treatment is Aplus Love you guys over there

Ive had me car finance for a few years with NAL and my loan representative Iberham (IB) is very professional. NAL has maintained the same representative through out my loan history, making it feel more personable than business. They are in constant contact with me to make sure everything is ok. They also provide many options if you fall under hard times. I am almost finished with my loan and I am very happy.

I purchased a vehicle that was financed by these people the 2017 BMW 330e had multiple issues after taking it to the BMW dealership for repair I was informed that this car had multiple issues and would cost money to repair it I immediately called my financial advisor for help they referred me to the warranty company GWC group who refused to pay for the repairs for the vehicle my car sat at the dealership for over 6 months of battle back and fourth with them and the warranty people about who s going to fix my car needless to say I paid the repair bill of over 5,000 dollars and the car kept having the same issues they refused to give me my money for the repairs and deposit back for the down payment I have hired an attorney to represent me in a legal litigation against them and GWC warranty and Michels Auto sale don t fool with these crooks in Miami there all thieves

Well what can I say other than this company is great. I financed 2 cars with them and recently paid off my 2nd loan. The employees are more than helpful and always go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company to get financed. My most recent interaction with Ibraham was great. He was checking on some information for me and instead of waiting 24 to 48 hours to get back to me or never like with other companies, he called me back literally 5 minutes later. Great Job!!! I have not had a bad experience with Ibrahim (my agent) and we have great communication especially through the COVID-19 pandemic. If I could give Abraham 5 stars I would. He and Erin have always been the most helpful when calling about my account. I ve been a customer since 2016 and just paid my loan off early on yesterday. The payoff process has been much more challenging than I anticipated, but Abraham was able to help me through it and I m glad its over. I can now move forward with my home buying process. From the beginning to the end of my loan term, NAL has always been professional and helpful. Even when COVID hit and I stumbled in my payment history, they took the time to work with me. I closed my loan out (paid in full) on December 2020 and received a letter in March 2021 that I owed some fees. Esther is amazing! She went above and beyond to help with an issue I was having with my credit report. The credit department was non-responsive, and Esther stepped in to get me the documents I needed. While under contract with NAL, they were always very helpful, nice, and always able to talk to a person! I would recommend this place!

Absolutely worse company to finance your car with. Very fraudulent company , very rude & unprofessional, I Spoke to a SUPERVISOR named Lilly i expressed my hardship to her of course due to the pandemic & i also have another vehicle. She advise they have a deferment option for a month then basically advise my request couldn t be accepted due to the insurance on my vehicle. Then advise they have added almost $400!! In fees due to my insurance. Also added repossession takes places after 30 days !!! This company is so secretive you have no access to any of your finance information of how much you have paid Etc . To even make a payment on your vehicle you are charged a $10 processing fee every payment. i have been financing with them since January of 2018 and it has been absolutely hell. This company is one of the biggest scams !!

One of the worst places to buy a car ever. My experience with this place was awful. Please walk the other way. They do not have the customers best interest at heart. They say its an $850 down payment when the down payment is actually over a $3,000.00 down payment. They use a unprofessional finance company located in Miami Lakes Florida called National Auto Lenders that are so inexperienced and so unprofessional. I agreed to a bi-weekly payment arrangement. I was 1 day late on a payment and the car was repossessed. This is a warning, Please tread lightly with this company. These are formal rental cars, wrecked vehicles, fleet vehicles with high mileage. Please do not get caught up with this company. Please I beg you to run the other way. Again they have the right to take your car if your 1 day late. They will take (Repossess)your car if your simply late 1 time.They will put your vehicle back on their lot for resale. This is a warning be careful. If I could rate them with no star I wou

Honestly don t know where to start . This company has been a lifesaver and a god sent. I don t know much about the other staff but I can say that Ibrahim is definitely an angel. These people do work with your hardships, they don t want to take your car from you but help you keep it. The key is to keep open communication, don t hide from them. I was recently diagnosed with an illness and as a single parent my car is vital to me. I ve fallen on hard times and haven t been able to make my payments and they ve worked hard to help me get back on my feet. Ibrahim is a blessing and an asset to this company. They definitely work with you. I have been having issues and they are always nice to me. Erin and Thelieta are angels. There customer Service is impeccable. Never had an issue except one time with the Auto dealer (AEC) who spoke on the NAL behalf and come to find out he was a total Liar. Very unprofessional and the manager handled the situation. Worst company ever!!! I used to live in FL (year 2007), they financed a 2003 Toyota Corolla for me. The real price for the car was 8k, I ended up paying them 17k. Stay away from them. Run if you can.

I would give it negative but impossible. These thieves are nothing but trash. They over charge, they steal, and now they sent my title to the wrong address, conveniently they didnt receive the one email with the address update, then they have the gall to two me I have to pay for a duplicate title, even though I have proof I sent out the email with the correct address with the same paper they made me sign to release said title!!!!!

Their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional and they wont resolve any issues like Dee Coleman stated. And yes they will hang up on customers, transfer you to various people and everyone claims to be a supervisor the employees names are nicole and also named BJ are the worst. I lost my job due to the national disaster hurricane Irma I have a 2011 Lincoln MKX my loan amount is $14,020 left on it my father and I got a appraisal for the vehicle due to a prior accident on the vehicle history that the car was totaled it s only worth $9,000 my father offer the best he can to pay the loan off which was $12,500 they to me and my father that they do not care about if I lost my job I should ve never finance the car it s a business. I told them I do understand it s a business but things do happen that s out of our control and I know it s something we can negotiate. Horrible company with even worst employees. I financed a car with this lender in April 2016. It was a total lost within 2 weeks. My insurance company paid the value of the car and GAP insurance covered the rest. It is now June 2016 now and I have no record of this company reporting to the 3 major credit bureaus that I started a loan nor that its paid in full. They keep telling me to wait until the end of the month. I need all the help I can get on my credit so having to wait really sucks.

This is the worst auto financing company I have ever been with. My credit was bad at the time of purchasing a vehicle and I was willing to take any APR because I had to have a vehicle at the time. I got raped at 20.25% interest and that comes to $7 a day, I paid this faithfully for 2 years and never late. Now that my credit is better, Im buying a new car and selling my old car. Because of high interest, i was upside down and had to pay an additional $5000 to get out of the car. I have sent a business check for $5250 and a cashiers check for $5000. Because they cannot help me rush the checks clearing, I have to wait 2 weeks before I get into my new car!! This company is not worth the hassle and the money you will spend on the long run!! I wouldnt use this company again with 0% interest!!! Scammers!!!!!!!!!

This company doesnt even deserve a rating. I will be contacting BBB as I made a payment called and advised them when the payment would be made and two weeks after my payment was made they sale my account back to the delaership without notification. Now its sunday my truck was repossessed today and the only way to get it back is to go to the dealership to renegotiate the deal....I will be getting a lawyer on this matter.....DONT EVER USE
