Michael was SO patient during the entire process (which I believe lasted almost an entire year!) He took the time to explain to us how evaluations were obtained, and did not mind going line by line in the very beginning and was gracious to make updates as time passed. If you looking for a company that will take your money and not help you in anyway then first financial are the right people for you. we payed them to help us get a loan for a new business and they did nothing. first we pay the loan officer and he only reached out to one bank and told us that they will approve us no question even have the text to prove it. after that bank said no we never heard from aaron again. reached out to the head of FF and he told us they cant help us. so dont wast your time here cant help you

Katrina at First Financial is wonderful! She was quick, responsive, available, and knowledgeable. I was able to close and receive funding much sooner than I anticipated and it was in large part because Katrina pushed ahead and helped facilitate receiving documents from the necessary parties. FFCash and Katrina in particular were a HUGE help in the funding process. A ton of documents and back + forth are required to get through underwriting and Katrina made the whole process so much less stressful. If not for the Thanksgiving holiday and some back and forth with our Franchisor, this loan may have closed in a couple weeks. Still, about 30 days from formally kicking the process off to funded is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Would highly recommend working with this team to anyone considering going down the SBA financing path.

Katrina gets it done! I was working with two USAF retirees out of MacDill Air Force Base on an Express SBA loan with another lender. It was when that lender said to my guys the loan is too small, maybe you should look for another franchise. From the very first phone call, we developed a fun and professional connection. Katrina explained the processes used in detail, nothing came up as a surprise. As a matter of fact, there are many resources a loan applicant will need to access in order to obtain requirements for processing the loan. Items such as the many insurance coverages, business licenses, CPA s-bookkeepers etc. Working ahead of me, Katrina would send my contact information to her trusted and effective network contacts. This made much of the process easier for me. Her detailed review of the loan packet resulted in just a 5 days ready to close loan application. Yes, the loan was ready to close in just 5 days after being submitted holding for only regulatory insurance coverages to be secured.
