The representative I spoke with was super helpful, which is why I am giving this CU a 3* rating instead of 1*. If you’re trying to build/repair your credit, do not use this establishment. They don't do secured loans, just CDs and secured credit cards. That's not a good way to rapidly build/repair your credit. And their minimum amount is $1,000.00. 😲

No personal customer service beware they force insurance on a truck that was already insured. To lazy to check or make a phone call.
Yes they are working on this, however it does not make it right. The issue is that the customer service would have made a phone call to a long-time client and have empathy. My agent explained to me the lady looked it up on her part and could see it has been fully covered all along. Attention to detail!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE has this ever happened. you have the capacity to check and should have curtesy to pick up a phone and call. I am shopping for another bank or CU. Just up my payments from $500 what ever to $1200, you guys would have loved it if I did not have enough to cover, then slam me with NFS charges. That was or is your end game $$$$$$ bankrupt the little guy. Ruin his credit. Not a care in the world. We are just a number to you.

Response from CFCC That Brain was taking care of my concerns. This is a lie. He did not. I have opened a new account elsewhere; I have refinanced My truck through another bank. So nice to know Central Florida CC does not value my business. They have not done a thing to reach out and correct their mistake. or even a phone call, nothing!!! Very poor service from Brian at the Lakeland Florida branch.

Had an emergency situation I made an online appointment. When I showed up the Boss Mr. Brian Germuth was so helpful he immediately attended to my account and got everything resolved so quickly and had a new card printed the same day. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I obtained a new car loan through this credit union, and its been like pulling teeth to try and get each piece of information from anyone about how to pay my monthly loan amount. I was never sent an account number or login ID, so I had to manually contact someone via email. When I finally got all of my information, I was unable to complete login for three days because the website kept breaking or sending me incorrect codes. I was never sent instructions on how to pay my monthly bill, so I had to contact somebody via email. And when I did end up getting in contact with someone, I kept getting information in piecemeal with no instructional documents or step-by-steps provided. When I finally had to email the company-wide info email address in my desperation to understand how to pay my bill, they sent me back an email simply telling me to go to a branch. I live in ORLANDO. The closest branch is LAKELAND. The website is buggy, sends you to broken links or pages that dont even exist, and the app is the same. The bank may be fine for holding your money, but dont hold your breath for efficient or friendly customer service.

Horrible bank you cannot do anything on the weekends they re not open past 5 o clock. They decline everything so good luck trying to buy gas or even groceries. Member services isn t available over the weekend so if someone tries to take any information from your Carol good luck it ain t gonna work until Monday. Don t even use your own debit card to use the ATM at the office is because it won t do anything it ll just decline it you can t even log onto the app.

After paying off our Jeep with Florida Central Credit Union, we were on the market to purchase a 2023 SUV and ended up refinancing our other Sedan with them as well. They literally have the lowest rates, I couldnt find anyone else offering 2-3% other than FCCU. Lauren was my main contact, she provided me with an Auto Advisor who got me the best deal on our 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Lauren was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, anything she didnt know, she will find out! I will 100% recommend FCCU to anyone financing a vehicle.

This bank goes above and beyond. I had recently moved and ordered new checks which got lost in the mail. Ileana Díaz, the head teller went above and beyond calling the post office and tracking them down, opening up a case and following up until they arrived back at their branch so I could get them! The most difficult bank to deal with. We had a car loan through them. You can only make a car payment from your Florida central savings account they make you open. However when you try to transfer money from your bank account to Florida Central it takes 7 days. You cannot pay your car payment electronically any other way. Now we need a payoff on the car as its a total loss and you cant talk to anyone in total loss to get a payoff. just email them and wait. Our insurance has tried twice to get a payoff. I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service and user friendly platform. I would stay away.

The branch staff was awesome but felt like I was jumping through hoops to pay my first payment. An online payment option would be amazing

This is a great bank and will help you build credit it might not be what you want to day but theyll do the best they can and help ya be able to get to where and what you want.

This has been the worst banking experience. I never leave reviews as a previous business manager leaving a bad review is the absolute worst. However this bank has been nothing but unprofessional since day one. I opened my account and the person who did my paper work didnt even get me to sign all of the paper work. Two weeks after I opened the account they called me to come in to sign the paper at that point I had not recieved my debt card yet. (Two weeks after opening an account with almost a thousands dollars in it.) I asked about it and was told it was just ordered that day it would be a whole week before I got it. The branch manager tried to calm me down by putting some money into my account to make up for the inconvenience. I got iffy at that point and pulled all my money until my card arrived. At this point Im not even using the bank as i want to be cause of that alone...then I get my card and I cant use it at different atms. Now Ive been over drafted after I was told if there was money in both accounts that will not happen. And it did. Absolutely no professionalism. Horrible customer service. I will be closing this account and leaving bad reviews everywhere I can!

This place is the WORST EVER! No customer service, never open on time, never straight with you, 4 counters n only 1 person working, they just blurted out peoples information like account #s 835501 is an actual account number I heard from 5 places back in line. Just the worse bank/credit union I ve everything delt with. I had to at least give it one star cause 0 is not available.... GARBAGE.

My husband and I both financed vehicles through Florida Central Credit Union. It was the best experience we ever had during the seven years we were making our payments. I would recommend this credit union to everybody

I have used Florida Central for the last 30 of the 35 years of my life and would not go anywhere else. The employees have been there for years and they not only know their jobs but know you as a customer on a personal level as well. I come from a family of 10 5 of which still have an account here. Two have pasted away and two have moved out of state and well the other just does not use a bank at all. I have an account at Sun Coast Credit Union as well for a boat loan I pulled two years ago and there is no comparison. As soon as my loan is up I am canceling my service with SCCU. They are all about the money and their customer service is like talking to a wall. I highly recommend FCCU.

This bank is a joke.... never have i seen such a sorry bank .. the people there are morons... getting a car financed here was the worst decision i could have made... they never pick up , and if they do there clueless to whats going on and on top of all that crap there attitude sucks ... and i now i am going to get some stupid bla bla i am sorry bull crap

I love this credit Union..... Ive been banking with them for almost 20 years now......I prefer Florida Central over BOA and any other banks and credit unions
