Do not bother to do an appointment in this bank. I had an appointment for 2:30 pm was 3 pm to open a business account and nobody come to me to give me an explanation of why they was late. I walked out and nobody cares. If you want a good costumer service do not bother to como to this place. So nobody want my money so I will go to another bank.

I've been here before and the wait is always a problem, we can see employees waiting for others to punch in rather than just helping the next customer. Everyone that comes in just stands idle as there is no sign in sheet or person to refer them where to go. You kind of just wait aimlessly until someone takes pity and asks you what you need. Only to try and have you come back another day because they can't help out people, although no one is here.
(Updated) I received a reply from Wells Social, the reply was make an appointment. (At least lie or something and say you are making changes to better assist more customers). Fun fact I did make an appointment for 2 days later, unfortunately did arrive 10 minutes late for it and after waiting a while left. Went to the next branch, after just making an appointment and it was great. They had a check in person, like 3 people asked if I had been checked in, people looked like they cared, and I was helped promptly.
Just skip to the next branch. You are doing yourself a favor.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't bother responding with your template answer either. Had us waiting for a while then said they couldn't notarized our documents because of a conflict of interest? We brought timeshare documents for them to notarize and I am a business bank account client with them so it's not like I was just walking in randomly hoping they can assist. Worst part is I called customer support and they said they absolutely notarize timeshare documents and there is no conflict since Wells Fargo doesn't sell or have any timeshare products.
On top of that, the lady didn't want to notarize documents for the guy before us either so it seemed like she just didn't feel like doing any work.
Lost a customer today due to your employees laziness. Transitioning everything to our chase business bank acct.

Very unprofessional staff. The branch closes at 5 pm, I get there at 4:35 , it was practically empty , at 4:40 got my turn , we can’t service you , you have to come in the morning, a lady told me, my issue was so easy can be resolve in minutes , with just one call. I don’t recommend going to that branch. Because of these types of employees is the reason business go down.

According to my experience, it is the first time I have an account in the US and I only had the opportunity with this Bank. Everyones attitude has been great with me. Whenever I have a question or need something they are there for me. Their advisors are the most qualified and understand all your doubts.... Scheduled appointments last a maximum of 45 minutes and thats it there is a lot of organization. For me it is the best Bank. I remember that before arriving at Wells Fargo I was visiting other banks and unfortunately I was not successful. But it doesnt matter, Im with the best and thats what counts.

Terrible customer service we came in 20 minutes before close waited on line for 25 minutes , and the manager lying saying it s illegal to do wired transfers 5 minutes before closing Then another manger come saying the reason we don t want to do it we about to close in 5 minutes then we have to approve it s going to take us time . Lazy you getting paid but don t want to help the customers . Shame on this branch and management

Good bank branch option in Orlando, Kissimee region. It is worth remembering that there is currently a requirement to be a legal resident in the United States to open and maintain a bank account, even for foreigners who have properties in the country but are not residents. At least that was the guidance given by the agency manager on my visit but, in any case, it is always good to seek specialized guidance before opening an account.

I love this place because SunTrust (now Truist) is right next door. So I don t have to go to this horrible branch!! Dirty and poor parking lot. Also 5 stars to demolish this place to make it a parking lot for SunTrust (now Truist). :)

Terrible service, without the possibility of getting an appointment before leaving on a trip, I went to the office to at least find information about an account that they closed and find out what status it is in. The young man who greets you closes any options, at my insistence I managed to get telephone service from Wells Fargo, however at closing time, even having customers at the counter, they forced me to cut off the call without answering my request. Although there were executives who vacated themselves during my wait, the young man who greets you upon arrival refuses to serve you.

After 12 years. I m DONE with this terrible bank. Going downhill by the minute. I m Hours waiting for my document to be notarized and the notary is standing in front of me greeting people and telling me I have to wait longer No care for the client. I have been with Wells fargo for 7 years and of course I have had scams or fraud charges done before but this one was the last straw with this bank. I received an email of the scam going around lately that they are calling pay yourself reverse payments done through zelle. I was a victim of this scam, they sent me a text message and I received a phone call stating it was Wells Fargo and I had fraud activity in my account. I didnt give any information and hung up. I called Wells Fargo fraud told them what happened and opened a case.it was $1000 transaction, ,I provided a copy of the text message and phone call and a police report that I also had to file cause they suggested I do so. They came back 3 weeks later to deny my case because they state it was done on a trusted device. They also said if there no way I can prove that my device was hacked then they wont be also approve the the case. This was back in October abd still fighting eith this bank to try to get my money back. I might just have to take the loss.

I went to open a business account and they made me lose my time going two times for no reason because they don t give you all the information, like documentation. Also I made an appointment and looks like they didn t have me on their list, cause when I got there the were al lost and confused going in and out to the back talking each other like who s going to take this, at the end I ended seating with a different person than the one assisted me to do appointment on a previous visit, he knew all and now I had to seat with someone else and explain all over again. Very disappointed, I had to move the world around me to get to this appointment and these people were very unprofessional, unprepared and unhelpful

Terrible service at this bank, I made my appointment today to add my husband to my bank account and a few days before I had already gone to ask what documents were needed, so now that I went they told me that they could not proceed because I was missing another document , the person who touched me has unfortunately already been identified as a terrible banker, maybe they dont teach them how to treat their clients. What real courage my husband and I losing our day of work definitely cancel my bank account x terrible service.

Embarrassed I did business with them. Branch mgr has personality of an old dish rag, fake as they come. Tries to look down on others while shes branch mgr. of an old run down location. A few minutes ago I went with my family who had an appointment with one of the agents, and I decided to ask about the renewal of a debit card (something that other banks renew automatically without the need for an application) and the bank agents response was that I had to Make an appointment only and for another day to simply request the renewal. Incredible but true... proactivity 0 empathy 0 if the agent were thought that way he would have been just a little while processing the application at once he has one less appointment on your agenda and one less user at the bank headquarters... thats not counting We were coming from Davenport on our only day off

VERY DISSATISFIED The person during at the front made me wait 1 hour to speak with someone. My debit expired and all I needed was a new one. The gentleman was no help whatsoever, he turned me away, he did not care that Wells Fargo sent my card to the wrong address twice and refused to help me fix the problem.

Really disappointed. Asked where can I get a temporary bank card, was told to wait in line. Waited in line then was told that I had to speak with a banker. Then was told I had to wait 15 minutes when i was standing in line already for 10-15 minutes. Went back in line to withdraw money. Long story short Im never coming back here. They need too retrain these people

Wonderful Services, The Manager is Della Yeo, she is bilingual , she helped my son , how he can do credit card also for colleges etc and I send my friends same things very kind profesional services and for many other consultation like business etc She is very smart and have very special ,very detail and very human personality ., I was look the customer they know about her profesional always able to make you relax to serve to you with fast Services ,. She was helped to me a lot. , I sent customer to her for finance help. Always in here. Great staff and even when it s busy they move with urgency. I would ve gave 5 stars but today I couldn t find parking , the lot was completely full but when I went in the building was empty. Hardly any customer. To my surprise when I mentioned it to a staff member they said that all the employees park in the same lot... that s a huge inconvenience for us customers. They should either have employee only parking off to the side OR have the employees park in the adjacent lots

Despite all of the things that keep doing and have been doing and trying to recover from since the crisis they are a pretty decent bank with credit building opportunity and if you choose to have asset allocation through them is not a bad option either

First time opening my own bank account and I went with Wells Fargo because my family has it, and the person who helped me open the account was Valeria Uriarte. She was awesome!!! She knew exactly what she was talking about. She had an answer to every question I had and answered it perfectly to someone who knows nothing about banks and money. She was amazing! Definitely recommend asking for her if you need to open a bank account!

It kills me to come in here...this is the closest branch to me....I literally spend an hour sometimes more, just to take out money because the most you can take out is $300 from the ATM...theres only 2 ppl working by the Windows right now there are other bankers walking around....the line is up to the door at this point....smh every time

Even though I live close by, I dont go to use their services, very slow, I waited 45 minutes and when it was my turn the banker told me that I have to come Monday to wire transfer money. I went Monday to a different bank in Hunters Greek, Kissimmee, I was told that they should have serviced me on Saturday. and the banker was just lazy.....

Customer of mine has a Wells Fargo account and the account is closed and Wells Fargo will not stamp that on the check so I can process it with the DAs office. I need to run it through my bank and pay my banks changes to process the bad check. They are looking at it on the screen why can they not stamp the check?
