I ve been with this bank for almost over 20 years. I went to the atm to deposit some money which this happened before but I didn t think nothing of it cause it was 20 dollars out of what i deposit but it took my money that day which was about a month ago. I gave it time before i decided to go back to that branch. Went back to the atm tried to deposit more money gave me back half and it took the rest which was a lot more then 20 dollars a lot more . Was told I couldn t get anything from 2-10 business days and it was over the weekend so I was just out of luck until y all decide to give me what is already mine. RIDICULOUS

You would honestly think this would be the most welcoming branch in Jacksonville, but unfortunately, my experience went nothing like that today. & With being a member for over a decade, the customer service & the way I was treated was the most horrible experience that I have ever felt at a bank. All to get a replaced debit card, due one of their employees putting in incorrect notes, etc. Instead, I get weird stares by this and Incorrect information, Assistance by a specialist Ty Gilbert whom made the whole matter even worse! From me Explaining my frustration on the matter to her huffing and puffing bc she can t get a word in but stating she s trying to explain things with an attitude/smirk & then goes absolutely mute/ staring at me. And this is the customer service that I get No empathy, no accountability, no anything. If I hadn t been loud enough ( as I requested at the counter ) To get a manager - one probably would have never even came out to properly assist me, respectfully & and rightfully replace my debit card.

I came into the branch today and I met a young man by the name of Montrell Brown. He was so pleasant and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable my concerns and even offered additional answers to my problem. Thank you so much Vystar for hiring people like him.

I like this branch on 10903 Baymeadows Rd. Im greeted every time I visit this location. Today service was prompt and courteous by Allen M and Lilly K who explained the process and requirements for HSA and were quick to answer my questions. I really appreciate their friendly service!

SHOUTOUT: Allen & Ty are THE BEST!! Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, & saved the day for me right before I leave for vacation. I always come to this branch specifically because of the level of customer service I receive. Everyone else I ve worked with has also been great, too!! Been with VyStar for 12 years & don t plan on leaving anytime soon :)

Fabian Bennett was amazing , quick and friendly in Drive thru . Took time to speak with me about refinancing my auto loan and made the experience seamless . He even acknowledged my dog in the process and gave her a treat. A well rounded employee who doesnt miss an opportunity to create a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing experience with Fabian Bennett in opening my 1st Credit Card . I was nervous in the beginning but He was helpful and very insightful of the process. He educated me on how to properly use the credit card to build my credit and I cant wait until I can purchase my car. He gave 5 star service I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Recently had to get a new cash card And a new debit card and I was lucky enough to get Saul....twice . The day after I got the cards and before I even used either card charges appeared on The cash card. Reminded me of the TV show CALL SAUL So I did. He couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Professional and pleasant experience from the moment we came through the door. We were greeted immediately and asked what service we needed. We were given the option for a private office for a wire transfer but chose to use the counter window. Junior was pleasant, professional, and efficient. He was patient as I had to look things up on my phone. Our transaction was handled quickly and we were sent off at the door with another pleasant greeting. Further, I shortly received a call from VyStar to be sure that my wire transfer was legitimate. They were careful to be sure I was not the victim of a scam. I appreciate their due diligence in protecting my money. Thank You VyStar!

I want to personally thank Montrell B for helping me build credit. I didn t have any knowledge of credit cards or such until Montrell sat down with me and described the entire process. I went to this branch yesterday after being told by the philips highway branch to go here to have a credit card printed that was ordered due to expiration in December 2023 and had not arrived yet. Lillie assisted Matt(I believe this was his name) with my transition. She said it she would email that branch because they needed to stop advising members to come to their branch for card printing. She said it would be $5. I declined and advised her that EVERYTHING I owed was with vystar and it was important that I get a new card at no expense to myself because I pay bills with that card monthly. Lilli said shed make an exception . The card was printed and I left. To my surprise, I was still charged the $5 that I did not have to pay because the money in my savings was to pay my mortgage that had not been paid yet (January 9th). I am disappointed with this encounter and I will attempt to reach out to higher authority, yes, about $5 of a member of several decades and feeling that branch staff not performing their jobs with this transaction in my best interest.
