When coming in on a Saturday a long wait is expected. Even with that wait I still had a pleasant experience. The lady at the kiosk was super helpful as well as the security office was a joy to conversation with. Josue, was very throughout in explaining each process. I greatly appreciate him, because even though he was assisting us after technically closing, we didn’t feel rushed. Outstanding customer service from each employee I interacted with today.

VyStar does not protect their customers or their money. I signed up to be a travel agent and believed I got scammed and called VyStar right away. I submitted my emails and I never became a travel agent. VyStar denied my dispute and allowed this company to take over 200.00 and I do not have a product, never used this so called agency services or became a travel agent . I have been a member for over 13 years, I have never had a situation like this. I will be closing my account.

The customer service that I received when I visited on5/24/2024 was great. From the moment that I walked in the door I was greeted warmly. I had the opportunity to meet with Josue Flores, he is an asset to the company. I came in with the intention of just opening a couple of CD's, however Josue wanted to make sure that I knew all of my options. He took his time to explain everything to me. I came in for a cashiers check to pay my rent. A gentleman came to the desk to assist me, as I sat in his office we were chatting and not only did he assist me in getting my rent check, I was also able to reduce my car loan, my credit card payment is gone, My interest rate changed from 18.99% down to 11%! Vystar Bank? I opened an account with Vystar Bank because they promised a user-friendly experience and no hidden fees. Boy, was I wrong! The app is constantly glitchy, making it difficult to check my balance or make transfers. Customer service is practically non-existent - good luck getting someone on the phone! And to top it all off, they slapped me with a maintenance fee that wasnt mentioned anywhere when I signed up. Im switching banks ASAP. Dont be fooled by their friendly name, Vystar Bank is anything but!

I went to Vystar at the regency spoke with Mr. Basilious about finalizing a car loan. Lots of paper work was needed being My seller lived out of state. After having been all morning waiting for a response of approval of a personal loan, in the end they tell me that it is declined. The most absurd thing is that they are based on two tax returns from the last two years and do not even verify the direct deposit statements. So if last year I declared my taxes and they were good and right now I m going and I m not even working or entering then you could give me the loan, I don t understand your logic, that not even $1000 can lend you. They check your credit and you simply waste time too. Horrible everything without any kind of consideration towards the client. Maybe lying to you would have helped me.

I came into the branch to change the PIN number on my account. Ehab helped me with the PIN and also saved me about $300 a month on my credit card bills. He explained in depth how a consolidation loan would pay off all the cards and lower the monthly payment and interest! I went from having 4 payments to one and less of a payment every month. Regency Commons is the absolute best branch, even though it s not in the best location, the service there is top notch. If it wasn t for Whitney and Ehab helping me with confusing situation regarding a boat loan, I may not have been able to get it financed. Today I can honestly say will be a day I will NEVER forget! I came into the regency branch to request a new debit card because the one I had ordered back on May 24th was never received due to sent to my old address. Ehab helped me with such a smile and amazing attitude. Not only was he able to print a new card out for me right then but he also was able to help me redo a ce both my loans into one and I came out of there with not only a new debit card but my loans refinanced into 1 and a new credit card with a NEW credit limit lord only knows how much this was a blessing! I went in today to get my statements miss shiela and Mr Andrew helped show me the computer aspect and when there was a small setback they jumped in to get it taken care of and was able to get me on my way in less than 30min. Much appreciated guys and gals

Had some not so good issues with VyStar today. They are having tellers taking care of things that the customer service reps used to take care of so the line was a mile long and there were only two tellers at lunch hour on a Friday. I would have only given one star but luckily some young gal came in and saved the day for me I wish I could remember what her name was.(She had cool tats on her right arm) She is the only reason I am giving three stars because she actually knew what she was doing and took care of me after I had a run-around on the phone had to drive all the way into the Branch to get my needs taken care of. I used to absolutely love VyStar and now Im considering closing my account their customer service is just not what it use to be

Ehab Basilious helped me realize there was a better options than renewing my balance free home equity loan. That would be a savings secured loan. He also had me approved for an upgrade to my visa card by changing to a signature cash back account. He was a pleasure to do business with and taught me a lot.

Great outstanding teller Jake Paul, went above and beyond! To not only meet my expectations but exceed them I went in to withdraw cash because on the 9th of February I ordered a new card that never arrived to my house, and I called customer service rep they said it should take 7-10 days then I called on the 22 it haven t arrived they said oh no worries it s showing a new card has been ordered on the 14th it should arrive pretty much giving me the run down I called again 27th still no card he was able to escalate the issue and and finally able to get my card printed I m so thankful I went a month without using my card , unable to get around it s been such a hassle and it s so refreshing to finally have my card thank you so much! For being kind , understanding and patience seeing to the matter to help me! Instead of just pushing me off with giving me the withdraw cash but actually seeing to the root of the issue thank you

Donna was amazing at helping me with my problem with my Credit Card DX Enrolling on my phone not working and I was able to get it done on thier computer. Still have to wait till tommorow to see if it will let me see my Credit Card info on the app or not but either way she was amazing either assisting me and getting ahold of the digital department.

My card needed to get canceled and a new one was sent. After waiting over 3 1/2 weeks I called again and they wanted to cancel thr card and send me a new one. The issue I was having with my checking account. Was my own fault. Hailey explained in a way so that she wasnt accusatory. She let me figure it out. I had initially went in to close my checking & savings. And open another account. I was insistant that someone had my checking account number. And they were pretending to be Amazon. Hailey in all her expertise & training. Brought me to where I could see that I had made a payment on my Amazon card. But the funds werent in the checking account. She was polite. Quiet but conversationalist. 5 is not a high enough rating for her. I was never so glad to be wrong in my whole life!!!!. Thank you again Hailey.

I came in to open my daughter a checking account. Not only was this made a easy process, he also got me approved for a credit card(which i didnt think I qualified) and refinanced my suv at almost half of what i was originally paying with a much lower interest rate. Customer service goes a long way, and this location is lacking. Me and my wife went in on a Saturday to inquire about opening a business account. The lady at the front asked us if we had an EIN for the business. No, it is a single member LLC using ssn. She told us that we had to have an EIN to open a business account. After going back and forth with her about having a single member LLC without an EIN, the wife said, Lets just go somewhere else... Well then, all of a sudden, she can put our names on the list to talk to someone and that maybe they have something that will help us. So, like 10 mins go by, and another gentleman approached us asking the reason for the visit, and we explained again that we want to open a business account for a single member LLC with no EIN..... Well, we cant do that. You need an EIN. So I asked, So what do single member LLC business owners do for a bank account with no EIN? He said to get an EIN, so then I show him on the Vystar website that it says that as a single member LLC, I can use my own ssn to open an account. He then says well yes we can do that, I guess.... You just told me I couldnt and that I needed an EIN, but now that Im quoting your website, you change your answer. No, thank you! If youre not willing to do your job, then you dont need my business....
