Always have a good experience when the place is open. I don't understand why all the atms have a card-less "tap" option but non of them work. I've tried 6 different atms and none of them work. The staff is friendly. 5 stars for the staff we will see how the company is as a whole soon..

My visit today was nothing short of AMAZING!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was assisted today by Malorie who exceeded my expectations. She was very patient, kind, and efficient. She explained the loan process to me from start to finish. She was beyond knowledgeable about the loan process and the way credit works. She made sure I understood the entire process every step of the way and made my experience very smooth. From this day forward, Malorie is my personal banker when I visit this branch!!

UPDATE 10-22-24. Customer Service phone line HORRIBLE!!! Automation is not good when needing to speak to a rep quickly. Customer should only have to request a phone rep one time!!! Also, American accent reps NEEDED. Everyone can not understand different dialects!!! So over Vystar!!!!!! drive-thru curbs are too narrow. caused vehicle damage. they did not take responsibility. drive thru curbs have extensive damage from multiple vehicles. THIS SCREAMS THERE IS A PROBLEM. NOT SURPRISED WITH THE AVOIDANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY TO ITS CUSTOMERS, ITS VYSTAR!!!

Not the best experience I have had at Vystar. After not being able to use my card at the Publix 3 mins away. I came here only to be charged more for a money order and to wait 30 minutes to get it. I probably will go to the next branch instead of this location.

i went into the bank 04/02/24 with a check ,the cashier was nasty as soon as i gave her the check she says were you expecting this check why is that her business ! she says you can go to chase thats the bank the check has on it .when i said No she decides to put a hold on the check until 04/24/11 she treated me as if the check was stolen or I was trying to commit fraud !

Yesterday after dealing with a customer who clearly was not understanding and was what can only be described as the rudest customer I ve ever seen Heather showed true amazing talent and even though the vibe was off from the previous customer when dealing with me it was like it never even happened and brought the vibe back up to positive! This on regards to the service I received from Heather today. She was very rude when I asked for a new card to be printed in the bank instead of me having to inconveniently wait for 7 days. This was advised by the phone Representative from the fraud department. So be AWARE you now have to BUY a GOOD card to access your own money and the bank representative will charge you when told you were advised by their outside department to come in. Seemed very per her decision not a rule especially when I stated Id be moving banks due to this and then she claimed it would now cost to get that card issued. I will be moving ball funds to an alternative bank and I will make sure it is a competitor.

He has a way to make everyone feel important and in a room full of people he has a way to individualize the experience. About a year ago Miss Mallory Haynes told me I needed to start a CD. Well today was the day she help me get it done. I purchased four of them. She also helped me to get rid of a secured visa and get the cash back visa probably eight months ago. Kudos to miss Mallory Haynes.

This VyStar branch has a wonderful staff of kind and helpful people. Their locations are clean and comfortable. If only every other business were to conduct the same level of customer service, the world would be a much friendlier one. I would like to make a special mention of Christian Testa. This trash establishment gave someone else my money. Let them draft funds. I dont live in Jax and never stepped foot near this branch. Incredibly unprofessional and upsetting. Pathetic, really. So much for security!!!!! Edit: the assistant manager, Jonathan, is very nice and helpful. He addressed and fixed the issue and alleviated much of my concern. I have raised the review by one star. I still was wronged by an employees failure to follow basic procedures, so Id say 2/5 is extremely high. Another edit: I see some people below singing the praises of Mallory and I need to set that record straight. She is the very employee who sent $700 of my own monies to a stranger. After 10 years at the business, she made massive and repeated mistakes and ignored the required verification procedures.
