Edit: 1 stars, still have the car but the amount of issues that were present on the car and hidden day one was insane. Not the right air bag on the steering wheel, airbags missing on passenger side. Wrong windshield on the vehicle. Missing fuses and sliced wires through out the car. It was recommended that the vehicle be totaled out with the amount of money needed to bring it up to square one. I called and called had to use a different phone number to get helpful Tim on the case (not) he said he would return my call and see what happened and never did call back. I checked out legal procedures and Tim lucked out from me working to much and exceeded the time to pursue this dealership . I ve poured over 8k into repairs for sheer love of the car and that s with me working on it in my free time in the garage. The quotes from the dealership to fix everything virtually was the cost of the car when I bought it. If you need a safe reliable car this is not the place for your family. I couldn t stress this enough, they don t care about the safety of your car and cut corners or negligence in the least to not inspect the car before sale to a customer.

Amazing place! Got lucky with a great deal on a 2019 Nissan that had just came in. The people there are very attentive and take care of all your needs. Two other people came and tried to buy the car, one of them was a cash deal and they turned them down to sell to me. They worked very hard to get me the best payment plan. I m very disappointed, my spouse bought a truck from them 2 weeks ago, and was promise that a mechanical problem was going to be fix, until now he hasn t received a call, last week the car door would not open and they told him it was his problem so he had to paid $115 from lock and more company, now the check engine icon comes up on the car and they are not answering his calls, we need a response please !!!!

Reply to Owner: This is not a deceptive review. I did actually visit you when I was in the market to buy a car. However, all used cars that at least I saw had either broken/cracked windshield or other similar visible damages. I had called ahead before visiting and asked about the cars and I was told to come and take a look myself. If I had known in advance about the condition of their cars, I would not have driven 50 minutes to your place. I hope it helps. Also, the cars I was shown had really high mileage: 150K-200K+ over 5-6 years and looked almost garbage

Actually this is the worst dealer in US I have seen the Honda I purchased AC doesnt work functionally and still the car there for 10 days dealer he doesn t want refund my downpayment and still keep it ,right now AC has problem and key broken and no fianance any more and still keep it and don t want refund !!! Like have never seen money in his life ... Actually I confirm guys what happened with worst dealer in US he fakes paper and steal my money 3000 and again he sale the car after using for personal purposes and I paid the toll way bill and one more thing still the court continue , guys be very careful from this fake guy , he is trying to be very professional but his eyes on stealing your money by sale scrap cars for Next reviews will add all docs . Its typical of used car dealers on 441 in Hollyhood selling practically junk for new car prices. If you need a reliable vehicle go to the big box car dealership and spend that $15 to $20k that you were going to spend on a used broken down vehicle on a new one you will be better off in the long run and you will save yourself a lot of money and aggravation in the long run. In short stay away from the mom and pop used car dealers on 441. I wouldnt buy anything from them.

Bought a truck from them and rear wheels of the truck is twisted causing me to eat through tires in less than a month. Spoke to owners and was told that they were going to get back with me, and so far they have not call me back. A week after writing this, my transmission went out. Still havent heard from the owners since I was told I would get a call back. Only have the truck 7 weeks now.

these people are scammers and broke ....they don t have any good cars they buy it from the junkyards. They sold me a broken down infinity and refuse to fix it and charge every two weeks then towed my car because o was 2 weeks late on a payment then tell me thier going to charge me 400 repo fee lol and then another 100 for the storage fee lol all this on mother s dau ...and to finish it all I came to make the negotiated payment and then after the fact that I made the payment they tell me that the tow agency is closed for the major holiday(mother s day) and they cannot give me my car ...everytime I go into office it is empty with barely any staff nor cliental ...save your time and money I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE

Very rude! I contacted them through a craigslist ad(1108 number), and I asked details about a vehicle. When I tried to arrange a meet up, that person responded with F*** you. Being confused by his response I texted, ??!!. He then followed up with a profanity-laced tirade about why we couldnt meet up. That is not the way anyone should respond to a potential customer. I would not recommend this place.
