My loan officer, Jeff, was nothing short of amazing. The support he provided me during my loan process was unmatched. He explained the entire process and answered every question I had in depth, and was extremely patient with me. This was my first time purchasing a home, so the process was very confusing at times. Jeff explained it in a way that someone who does not do this for a living would understand. He was always positive, and supportive of reaching the ultimate end goal - CLOSING! Chris Doering mortgage was so helpful in getting our mortgage for our new house. On the first call to their office the receptionist said let me get Chris on the phone , I was pretty sure I wasnt going to talk to Chris Doering or it was going to be a recording..it was him, Ive talked to him a number of times and he was so helpful and a really great guy. The process with their firm was so easy and Kristen and Jennifer were so helpful in the process. It is a stressful time to sell and buy a house and move but Id also hurt my knee and was down for about 4 weeks so it made it even worse. Luckily Chris Doering mortgage made their part easy on us. We would definitely use them again, but I told my wife Im never moving again :-) But if interest rates come down in the next 3 years, they are offering a reduced cost refi program, so if the economy cooperates and rates go down, well be back with them. Thanks again!!

Chris and his staff, Kristen & Jennifer most especially, were a pleasure to work with. We all know and understand how time consuming and often times stressful buying a home can be. Mine was no exception, however they took most of the stressors upon themselves. I knew full well what challenges they faced with our loan but with each phone call and email, I was always left with a sense of peace and calm knowing they were adequately handling the challenges. I purchased a town home in 2018 and Chris was recommended by my realtor, so I decided to work with his company. This proved to be a poor choice, as Chris team improperly designated my townhome as a stand alone single family home, which resulted in me paying thousands of dollars in insurance fees over several years until I was notified of this issue when I changed insurance providers. Upon bringing this to Chris attention, he and his team were reluctant to admit that they had made a mistake and insisted that it was the insurance agent that he suggested... I would strongly discourage any fist time home buyer from working with this company, as they only have one thing at mind, and its not that your account is handled properly, but the money that will be generated.

BEWARE. Even though they offer FHA lending they wont approve anything lower than a 620 credit score. FHA requirments is only 580 . I wouldnt go with this company . Obviously sharks who have no empathy for modern day lower income families needs or expectations . Very sad to see . Spoke to 4 lenders today they were by far the most strict .

We encountered complications in buying our home, but their hard work, professionalism, and spirit of perseverance got us to closing. They re a great team! In 2021 we used them a second time and enjoyed the same great service and results for a refinance. Again in 2022, we sold our house and bought another one. Chris and his team made it so easy by coordinating with the selling and buying agents to assure we used the same title company so the sale and purchase was able to be closed on the same day. As a fellow business owner, I had to give considerable thought to this before being that guy who is the very first to leave negative feedback for Doering. Unfortunately, I feel this is the only way to make them aware of how frustrated I am over the mishandling of my query. I originally inquired on July 10th, have sent numerous email reminders since, and heard back from Kristen Little, Executive Assistant, only once, but nothing has moved forward. This means, for over 3 months now, I have essentially been ignored despite multiple attempts to reach this company. If I treated clients in my business this way, I wouldnt still have a business. Furthermore, I recognize the value in politely explaining to a prospective customer that I am not interested in their job if that is the case; so I dont think Im asking for more than the minimum courtesy here---to be totally ignored is beyond unacceptable. To be fair and demonstrate that I am a reasonable person, I am more than willing to revise this review to reflect more positive favor in the event it results in the company taking me seriously, but, as of yet, I do not feel that my business is valued at all by Doering Mortgage, and am very disappointed with them/ researching alternative providers.

This was my 3rd home purchase and by far my best broker experience. I reached out to several mortgage companies and ultimately chose Brian. I originally went with this mortgage company because the reviews were so good. I was then going to shop around because I heard that was what you were supposed to do. After seeing how responsive Brian Rundle was (responded at 6am or 11pm) when I needed him, I didnt even shop around. I said this is a company I can trust with my money. Hands down I was notified of my options from the beginning and was able to get a home loan despite having crippling amount of student loan debt and a little less than 2 years of working experience. The people at Chris Doering Mortgage are great! We couldnt have asked for a better experience. My daughter wanted to buy a home and because she had little to no credit history, I co-signed with her. Yes, it seemed like it was a struggle at times for us but not for Sheila and Jeff at Chris Doering Mortgage. They knew exactly what to do every time and made the process so easy. Chris, Jennifer and Kristen worked tireless hours with getting us approved and making sure all our paperwork was in order for closing. We thought this process was going to be a stressful one, but CDM and staff made sure that didn t happen. They provided us with daily updates and emails as to what was needed, what was expected of us and most importantly a friendly environment that will never be forgotten. I cant express how much I appreciate the opportunity to finally realize a dream! I spent years trying to recover from financial hardships. Chris and his team took the time to listen! Going above and beyond when other would just say no. Dont get me wrong it took a lot of hard work and sacrifices to get to a point of qualifying. What Chris and his team did that other would not was look closely at my personal circumstance, listen, and believe in me. Chris and his team went out of their way to get our deal done. I was purchasing a condo as an investment and Florida has made it almost impossible to purchase them for this reason, but Gator Mortgage was able to walk it through to the finish line. Thanks guys and gals!
