"A HIDDEN GEM IN GAINESVILLE"
I needed new batteries and the bands adjusted on 2 fine metal dress watches. I called a few places in town which were a bit pricey for just batteries. I dropped into one place and they quoted $85...outrageous!! I called HOL and spoke to Clint. He quoted a very reasonable price and would throw in the band adjustments at no charge. Dropped in one afternoon and met Sheena. Bill, the jeweler did the batteries while I waited. One band was a bit difficult so he held it overnight. Bill was very responsive and let me know the next day that it was ready. Showed up the next day and met with Clint and everything was ready as promised. Clint and Sheena are very welcoming, friendly and treat you as a valued customer. Great service! Highly recommended!

Delightful surprise to walk into calm luxury from the small street. Which does have parking and is on both sides of the area as are the shops. This boutique is owned by a lovely locally growth couple married 18 yrs. They are such a delight with their different ways of advising or recommending. Gorgeous bags displayed so beautifully all around. Yes,they are also a jewelry shop. Cute quaint happy place. Do check it out. Quick top level holiday shopping of beautiful gifts.

I brought in 3 Louis Vuitton bags the young woman behind the counter looked at them for 30 seconds said she didn t believe there were real. Never offered to test them so I left. I took these bags to Ocala an had them authentic they are 100 percent real. Thanks for the bad service

I love my ring, again!!! After loosing my original diamond, I knew what I wanted to replace the stone with, and after jewel mining in the Carolina s, I had it! I took a family heirloom ring into House of Luxury to be resized that was passed onto me and Clint and Sheena happened to be out of town. Her dad was there filling in and provided me with excellent service. The took away all the jitters I had of leaving a priceless piece of jewelry with them. The ring came back to me shinier than I left it, the sizing advisement was spot on and I left one happy customer!! Since then, I have sold a luxury handbag to them and bid on many pieces!! Definitely an assest store to Gainesville!!! Love doing business here!!

I live out of state but can t help getting in on the fun every now and then. Sheena & Clint are A1 at choosing quality pieces and customer service. I ve never been disappointed! The new Days of the Week format is a lot of fun to know when you can bid on items of interest (e.g., luxury bags, jewelry, etc.). Glad I don t live in Gainesville. I would never have any $$$ Try the shop once. You will love it.
