I love my new Jeep!! Ms Julia was super friendly and made the buying process easy. She mentioned she was somewhat new on the job and new to the area but she did an amazing job!! I felt bad that it was after closing when we finished up but she assured me it was fine. The manager Michael was also very nice and came over to introduce himself. I don’t remember my prior dealerships manager doing that. The finance officer Jonathan, “Mr. NY”, was also pretty amazing and answered all of my questions. I can't recommend this dealership enough. If you want to be treated like a VIP customer then this is where you want to shop. I have never encountered such professional kindness and genuine caring, from a car dealership as I did at Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Mary Esther cut off. The customer service is above and beyond at this dealership. I will absolutely only come here for all my future car purchases. I feel confident that management Mike and Adam, as well as the sales and service teams will take care of their customers and offer more than any other dealership would do. I believe they will do everything in their power to make sure the customers are taken care of and happy. Even as a used car customer I was treated like a VIP. Excellent car buying experience. Service Manager Mike, and Jeremy from Sales worked with us to ensure we got the Dodge Durango we wanted for the price we asked for. Super friendly, courteous, funny, and gracious. It was late in the day and the detail guys had gone home, but Jeremy took it upon himself to detail the vehicle before turning it over. The finance woman (her name escapes me unfortunately) was quick, efficient, and stayed late to get it all done for us. Stellar customer service. Highly recommend!

I was never one to trust a salesmen… always in the back of my mind that buying a new truck would be mentally draining… so much so that I’ve never financed a car or truck. So when I say the service was amazing I mean it!!! I’ve always been a dodge person when it came to my personal vehicle. All my family have CHRYSTLER vehicles from here. The management was also very professional, checked on us and made things as easy and fair as possible. Venessa in finance also made things very easy. She was professional,

We have purchased several vehicles from this location ( before it became Step One) and all of our experiences were great with the exception of the service department. We were assured that their service department has made great improvements. We will be giving them another try in the future to service our new 2024 Jeep Wagoneer.

My wife and I were in the market for a preowned mid size SUV so we started our search at Step-One Chrysler Dodge Jeep where we met a very polite helpful young man Rodger Glover. With in ten minutes or so, Rodger was able to find exactly what we were looking for with low miles and the exact color my wife was looking for. The whole process went very smooth and we were very satisfied with the offer they gave us on our trade in. Don t EVER purchase a car here. I had purchased a pre owned gmc 2020 terrain and behold 4 months later after a storm my sunroof was leaking (so they had sold me a car with a sun roof issue first off) and NOW they won t cover it, insurance isn t covering it and I found out I m upside down 8k in my car that I put 5k down on. I ve now dealt with this issue of getting them trying to fix it and they want 3k to fix it. Oh and to find out the car is only worth 15k in their books to trade it in. I m very highly disappointed and don t want anyone else to experience this. I am now trying to figure out where I can get it fixed and haven t been able to drive my car in 2 month because of the issue.

My Jeep has 29,000 miles on it, and it is a shame that the engine and auto start have major issues. A lot of JL owners are having problems with the auto start battery and no recall has been issued. Had a #2 Cylinder misfire and camshaft problem. Shame with a Jeep that is not driven daily and garage kept and maintenance up to date. Also spending $5000 in repairs and to pick up my Jeep that looks like it was sitting under a tree for a week is a bad customer service. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership, and it is a shame that it could not even be hosed off before it was picked up. Would be afraid to take my Black Widow 2500 or my Charger Hellcat to this service department.

The technicians lied about being able to fix a problem with my jeep. I went in and explained the problem, they said that they would be able to do so. I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out and when they finally got around to working on it, a week after the scheduled appointment, they informed me that they couldnt fix the issue and then tried to bill me for a service. Absolutely the least professional and knowledgeable maintenance professionals I have ever met. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

**Beware, this is a crooked shop.** We brought our vehicle to the FWB dealership because we knew what exact part we needed for our vehicle and called the service dept ahead of time, who told us they have access to the part straight from the manufacturer. Turns out they couldnt provide the part/fix our vehicle, and they still had the audacity to charge us a diagnostic fee EVEN THOUGH we told them from the get-go what the problem was and the exact part number that was needed, and then they encouraged us to bring it in to get fixed. We even brought this predicament to the attention of the manager, who stated, How am I supposed to pay for my techs? Thats not my problem buddy, you didnt fix our vehicle after your brand representative stated by phone before bringing in our vehicle that you could order the part. Crooks.

I had a scheduled appointment for today at 1:00 pm. I made the appointment after getting an oil change. 2 weeks out. I asked at that time if I could drop it off early. I was told yes, they would try to get it early. I dropped the vehicle off at 7:00am. The service agent asked if I had a warranty, I stated yes, he okay we will get it in. At 12:00 they texted and said they haven t got it in the shop yet, but they would try, but it may turn in to an overnight job. They would give me an update at 4:00pm. I went to pick it up and was told that appointment time is an estimate of when they might be able to get your in the shop, and they were backed up from the before. So why not tell me when I dropped it off? I received the impression that warranty work comes after the money jobs. I use them because of convenience, but I would rather make the drive to receive quality service. Watch yourself if using this business.

i wish i could leave less than one star. i bought a used vehicle from this location and later discovered that it was missing HALF the back floorboard. when i went to replace the piece i couldn t even do so, because it was HALF OF IT. covered in carpet, with nothing under that surface. so that s fine, no one ever returned my call, i learned i need to check for a f-in back floorboard in the entirety of a car before i buy it. but when someone hit my vehicle and totaled it, i discovered that the gap insurance they sold me is a giant scam. don t waste your time with that, or expect an honest experience from this dealership.

This has been one of the easiest car buying experience we have had. We usually upgrade vehicles every few years. This was a unique buying experience as the car I wanted was on this lot and it happened to be 7 hours away. I called to inquire about it and got the BEST team ever to help with information over the phone and had the manager work up a deal well after closing time. They accommodated every little need over the phone and even sent updated videos and FaceTimed me so I can see the details I was asking about. I dealt with Brian (my sales person) Chelsea, Vanessa and Mr. Henderson. Every one of them were extremely amazing and very knowledgeable. They were attentive and respectful. This also goes for the other friendly staff members that were just engaging in conversation and also answered any of our questions. Great sales to buy a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. Immediately had a leak and was told by my salesman Austin Gaines it would be taken care of. Never heard back from him and schedule service myself. Proceeded to drop my jeep off and they held it for a week in service. Only to find out at the end of the week they hadn t even taken a look at it. Don t bother with any service here and if you buy a vehicle they won t care once you leave the lot. 0 correct follow up, all they are doing is checking a box

10/10 experience! I drive a Kia, I m from Louisiana and we were on vacation when I started having car trouble. The day we were to leave I needed to take my car in, it was a Saturday. I took it to Step One Kia first, who said they could not help and were only doing oil changes (all I was requesting was that someone look at my car, possibly rotate my tires and just let me know if it was safe to drive home). We then went to Firestone Tires, the guy at the desk was incredibly rude and without looking at my car told me I needed 4 new tires I told him I had 2 new tires already and he told me, well then you only need 2. Anywho- we took a gamble and went across the street to the Step One CDJR and they were more than happy to help me. The wait wasn t long, they inspected my car, told me what they could do, offered additional services and were so helpful. I m so thankful for their kindness and willingness to help us out as we were 8+ hours from home! The service guy who helped me, DP (I think was his name) was so professional and helpful, and the cherry on top, a lady named Crystal (I believe) called us to check on us the following Monday to see how everything went on our trip home! Absolutely the best experience. They deserve a raise!

RUST bought a truck from them in march of this year and while I can say the costumer service was good and they were very easy to work with I do recommend making sure to check EVERYWHERE for any kind of damage or rust. Both my girlfriend and I went there when I purchased my truck and seen no signs of damage or anything to the body however when I got it home after a few weeks I started to notice some rust on the bedside and at the pinch on the rockers. This was something that I was not informed about before I purchased the truck. I understood I missed it however when I reached out to them and asked if they would be willing to do the work for cheaper or assist with it financially seeing how they did not tell me about it and it would have been impossible to miss during their inspection, I was turned down because they consider rust cosmetic . I personally disagree but I guess I don t know what I m talking about. So if you look at the vehicle please take a deeper look than I did seeing how my walk around apparently wasn t good enough.

Scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle 3 hours in advance. I took off of work early with confirmation from the salesman that they would not waste my time as I was driving over from an hour away. Called about an hour before our appointment to confirm we were on the way and things were still good. We were told Felix had left for the day and they re-assigned the appointment to another salesman named Austin. Upon arriving we found the vehicle had just been sold out from under us. Extremely disappointed that they would waste my time like this. Going forward I know to avoid this network and sharing so others can be aware as well.

As a military veteran who s been around, and owned a TON of cars .this is absolutely the worse dealership ever .particularly service department. Good luck if you need anything. Service Manager Grant is the opposite of a stand up guy.

Felix and the sales and finance team really went above and beyond our expectations to find the exact truck I wanted for my retirement present from the Marine Corps. I wanted a triple black Ram 2500 Rebel Diesel but the market is really slim for the spec I wanted. Felix found it and went in an hour drive to get it so I could test drive it and get a deal done all in the same day. Well done guys, Ill definitely be a returning customer.

Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful and difficult. Purchasing a used one can be a real pain. Me and my family had been looking for our deal for a long time. Lets just start by saying that I had an appointment at 815 am. I arrived early.. the service department took truck back to be serviced for a oil change that was covered by them. I also had them change my fuel filter.. 7.5 hours later.. from an appointment they said would take 2 hours .. they bring truck back. I go to pay for fuel filter and she tells me its 538$.. I had been there so long I just paid it and left.. the lady told me they changed two fuel filters.. my truck only has one btw.. It took me over two weeks to get a return call.. when I finally got the manager on the phone in which I had to call sales to get him.. He said he would look into it.. well he did just that and informed me that they did in fact charge me too much to the tune of 300$.. do not suggest this dealership to anyone!! If you must .. question everything!!

I do not know were to begin. On vacation the transmission decided to go out on my Jeep and we coasted into the Jeep dealership who took very good care of us. Thank you so much to the service team Greg and all his great staff for fixing my Jeep! We got to come back for a little weekend getaway to pick it back up. Will stop in to say hello next visit!

Last Tuesday me and my wife tried to drop our Jeep because we were having issues with our power steering, upon walking inside and telling them our issue, the service representative tells us it might be a week or two before they could do a diagnostic to actually see what s wrong, this was a no go seeing that me and my wife both work demanding jobs with me being military and her being a nurse on top of having 2 small children it s not feasible to operate with one car. We explained this all to representatives and they were just kinda nonchalant about all of it. They couldn t even provide a courtesy vehicle. The best thing about the fort Walton location was Austin the guy that sold us the car because he honest and attentive to what the customer needed. But you service department gets 0 stars from me. Mostly because they have zero compassion for the customer needs.

Service department is horrible. I dont normally give bad reviews, but I have never experienced anything like it at a dealership. The people need to know! Many times I have dropped off my truck for service (I always had an appt scheduled for that day) and the computer was down or the internet was down or something was down and they couldnt work on it. They dont have the courtesy to call you and let you know they cant work on your vehicle that day. It is a 30 min drive min. from my house. They are always backed up so you drop your vehicle off and they often cannot get to it on the day of your appt, I have been asked to wait 1-2 weeks without my vehicle until they can get to it. I cant afford to leave my vehicle there for 1-2 weeks. Once again a phone call would be helpful. Or solve the problem and offer a loaner service free of charge if that is how you are going to operate. To top it all off when you call the service dept to get an update on your vehicle they never answer and you have to leave a voicemail or it rings and rings and no one answers the phone. Once again the customer service here is just poor at best, when you drop off your vehicle they act like you are doing them a disservice by bringing in your vehicle to be fixed. I always feel like I am impeding on their time when Im the customer paying them very well for their time. Understand it may be under poor management, but Step One needs to figure this out.

My wife and I were in the market for a preowned mid size SUV so we started our search at Step-One Chrysler Dodge Jeep where we met a very polite helpful young man Rodger Glover. With in ten minutes or so, Rodger was able to find exactly what we were looking for with low miles and the exact color my wife was looking for. The whole process went very smooth and we were very satisfied with the offer they gave us on our trade in. Not only do we recommend Step-One Auto but we strongly recommend Rodger Glover for polite professional demeanor.

Jeremy, was awesome. We told him what vehicle we were interested in and he took us though several options and we finally settled on a 2018 Wrangler, Mike Oscar military model. Called service about a key remote at 9:05am, asked if it was something that needed to be scheduled or done on the fly. Service guy verified with someone in the back and said to come in. Then wanted to double check with parts. I spoke to parts they asked for vin, verified part was in stock and put a hold on it for me to get there. Showed up at 10:25am spoke with lady in service and she said they were covered up and a week out. I said no, I had called earlier and had part on hold. She verified part and then informed me it would be a 3-4 hour wait. I am a business owner with 70plus employees. I ve never written a negative review. This is a warranted and deserved negative review.

I called to get details about a car on the lot and the sales person over the phone was super passive aggressive about giving me information over the phone. Refused to help. I travel for work and can t get into the store. You never know when somebody is ready to drop 70k on a new car. If somebody could email or call me back I d still like that information

I purchased the Jeep Rubicon with the Team at Step One. No pressure, they let me drive multiple times, maximized rebates and worked and accepted a generous counter offer. Their back office folks were professional and made closing the deal easy despite complications from my own bank.

Worst service department ever, take my vehicle in for a simple check engine light being on, they had my vehicle 1 day short of a whole week. Was never able to get any updates on the service so I had to go there ask about the status and they tell it hasnt been in the garge yet, maybe next week. I advice anyone do not go to this dealership for any type of service. And you can keep you apologies and offering to help in the future, dont want to hear it.

Maria Hill is the best I have ever dealt with. While on vacation from Ohio I stopped in to check out a truck. It was already sold so Maria sat down with me and listened to what I wanted in a truck and started looking and she found one. Great Service Department! Jonathan, my service advisor, kept me very informed as repairs were made on my 2017 Wrangler. When I voiced concerns at one point, Jonathan quickly resolved. Extremely disappointing. Vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and ceramic coated (for 800 dollars) prior to delivery Arrived filthy, covered in dealer stickers which they couldn t be bothered to peel off and with no coating applied. Rip off merchants. Have not answered my texts and emails subsequent to the delivery ( what a surprise) Avoid like the plague

Very disappointed. Treated very well when buying a new 3500 dually diesel. Now its different. A recall on my truck I make an appt. I get there, no part. Told they will call when they receive more parts. Three months later, still no call. I call them, they have three parts available. I make a second appt for four days later. I arrive and find once again no parts. A policy of setting an appt and putting a customers name on the part should be implemented. If the customer is a no show, it will go to the next customer I would like to talk to someone at the dealership in a position of authority that can establish this policy and get the recall done on my truck. Ann has my number. The response i received was keep working with Ann. Now, 7 months later, still no call

Do not bother wasting your time with these people. Buying a car from here has been the biggest headache that my partner and I have ever experienced. Continue reading for the extended directors cut edition, but TL;DR - Car bought 12/23 and has had every issue imaginable DUE TO this joke of a company. As I was separating from the military in FWB, I decided to drive myself and my things to Alaska. I find this 2012 Chevy Tahoe PPV (old cop car) with 2 owners and a great car fax. Awesome. Drove it. No issues. Great. My partner and I bought this car, and in the agreement, we asked them to have all the old cop wiring things taken out of the car, replace the passenger side mirror, and fix the back windows that dont roll down. They agree. We sign the papers. THE DAY, we come back up the car, and they drive it from the mechanics around the block. Within 15 minutes, we go back out to start it, and its dead Weird. We jump it with them, and they say if you have any issues, just call us. However, the next morning, our optimism was shattered. The car was dead when we tried to start it. This marked the beginning of a month-long nightmare. We had to send the car back and forth to the dealership, where they repeatedly lied to us about fixing the issue. They claimed to have conducted extensive tests, but in the end, we had to pay out of pocket at the Chevy dealership on Hollywood to fix the issue and a few other undiagnosed issues. Adding insult to injury, the dealership had sold us a BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY. UNLIMITED. It seemed like a saving grace. But then, the cars warranty company dropped a bombshell. After we had already paid the extra $3,000, they informed us that they dont cover retired police vehicles. This left us questioning, why were we sold a warranty that was essentially useless for our car? After speaking with CARS, they sent us papers to cancel and informed us there would be a pro-rated refund for the 3-year warranty. So we were still financially responsible for an unusable warranty for the amount of time until we discovered their scam. Right, okay, great. Fast forward, we fill out the papers and haven t heard anything. So we reach back out to CARS. They canceled the warranty and sent the check. This was in March, they say. But they will not tell us the amount; they refer us back to Step One. So, for approximately the last month, my partner and I have been trying to reach back out to the dealership, leaving voicemails, but no one will return our calls.

If I could I would give a zero. Spoke to a sales manager today on a specific Jeep he emailed me the sticker price. No trade no haggle cash deal. He wasnt interested in selling to me because he said I wouldnt give repeat business or use his service shop because Im from Lakeland FL. I guess they didnt need a $47000. Sale He didnt give me a chance to let him know I vacation in Fort Walton Beach and plan to retire there. Not to mention my family lives there. I definitely wont recommend this dealer to anyone. They dont need your money to stay in business. There are many other dealers who will take my money. Including Mississippi Louisiana Montana Missouri etc. People purchase from out of town and out of state everyday

This dealership owner refuses to apply with the IRS for a free dealer login to allow for EV tax credits at the point-of-sale. The Crestview Chrysler dealership has point of sale EV tax credit so head north if your military and don t have tax liability but you meet the income requirements and want $7500 off your Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.
