Having been through the mortgage process several times in my life, I have had experiences ranging from decent to horrible (feeling like I have a part-time job managing the process). So, in my most recent purchase, assisting my young adult daughter, I turned to a mortgage broker. BEST DECISION EVER. I am so grateful to have found D&V Home Mortgage! Let me start by saying that I m a self employed contractor from out of state. During this process the rules for self employed financing was changing almost daily! Along with a seller that was a complete liar, made this deal extremely tense... But Bob was amazing and closed our deal on time! We did a refinance and not only did they save me close to $400 a month (which was only a year later from my original purchase), but also got me a little bit of money paid back. I found this company online by reading the posted reviews. Every one raved about Andy and I was sold. I came into town to meet him but even long distance, he s able to accommodate. I have done 4 real estate deals over the years and this one was by far the easiest, cleanest one ever. I provided the necessary forms in one shot, Andy did his thing and then the closing was quick, with the fewest required signatures I ve experienced. This is the guy give him a shot and you ll never regret it.

I spoke to several loan officers/brokers who all told me I couldnt be approved for a loan because of my unconventional income. Then Bob at D&V made it happen. He has a good relationship with multiple lenders and knows how to make your application look great to the lender. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in every way. I used D & V Mortgage for a VA Mortgage Purchase last year. They were very professional and extremely fast! I was buying from out of state and I never got to meet them in person. D & V have the best customer service and rates. They simplified the process of buying a home. D & V have a business formula that places the customer and their needs first. If Andy doesn t answer then Bob or Dan will. There is no waiting. It will be tough for other companies to compete.

Bob and the D&V team were fantastic in refinancing our home and finding us the most competive mortgage as possible. We received quotes within 1 day of our request while another company took over 4 weeks. Bob was incredible patient with us as we had many questions and requested multiple different options each run/calculated to help us settle on the right financial scenario for our family. Bob is an excellent communicator with a fast response time. We hope to never move again but if we do, we ll be calling D&V!

Dan is a master of his craft. He is very transparent and his understanding of the process makes me wonder why we even need a real estate agent. He know the steps/ process - he gets you a competitive rate and what I like best is how fast he can get things done where time is of the essence. I was in a situation where I had a lot of questions and Dan was very clear and logical in what the next steps/timelines are . If you dont want to waste your time and you run on logic !! go for Dan. I strongly recommend him.
