I needed to replace my debit card (again!) because of fraud (again!). But Suncoast notified me right away. I came into the North Ft Myers branch and Damaion took great care of me! Went in to get a new debit card, their debit card printing machine was down, then they told me I dont have a debit card with them. Ive got a personal account, AND a business account both with debit cards with suncoast. I do not even own a credit card. This bank is useless

Yesterday there was an elder man trying to put money in his account around 11:15 and all of the workers there were screaming at him for not understanding how to use the kiosk. Was the most disgusting thing I ve seen in my entire life he looked terrified and they wouldn t stop yelling didn t help him at all. Everyone there needs a new class on customer service that broke my heart. They should all be fired quite honestly.

I have been with this bank since I moved to Florida. I used to be extremely happy with them, but as of late, I feel that I am becoming less satisfied and considering switching. I do really like that whenever they see a transaction that is not typical for you, they call you to verify it from there fraud department. I think this is really proactive and really great. I do feel that the money is secure with this bank and that s why I have stayed. However, it s very frustrating that all of the hours are listed on the door and they say they are open until a certain time on Saturday, but when you go there, they are closed. I need to get a new card and I can t go there today. My only options are to go Monday through Friday , or wait the 7 to 10 business days to get card in the mail. I work from 7 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday. So now I m either forced to wait for 10 days, or I m going to have to take time off work just to get a new debit card. My existing card has been shut off from fraud protection. This is not very customer friendly. I also don t like how difficult they make it when you want to add someone to your account. A few years ago after I got married, we attempted to add my husband to the account and it was a whole ordeal, so we opted not to do it. Also, another time I needed to get out a large amount of money, and again it was on a Saturday and the branch was not open, and so they originally told me I was gonna have to drive to a branch that was like 30 minutes away, but I had to do it on Monday. When it up getting it resolved in the end, but it was crazy Like it s my money, how can I not get it out? On the other hand, I do like the tellers, and they are very pleasant.

Once again, this so-called credit Union screws up. I get a call 2 weeks ago that someone made a purchase using my credit card. They canceled my card and said they would send a new one. Here I am 2 weeks later still waiting. I call customer service today and they said it takes 15-20 days to get a new card. Are you freaking kidding me!!!!! That s outrageous!!!! Then I mentioned that when I opened the account they printed it off right then and there. She told me to go to the branch. Now my question is, why wasn t I told that by the 1st person I spoke to? Making someone wait 15-20 days is outrageous!! This is after finding out that you can t withdraw more than $200 a day within the 1st 6 months of opening the account, my money so I should be able to take out what I need. And let s not forget the 10 days hold on deposited checks. YOU ARE NOT A CREIT UNION. YOU ARE A BANK!! Credit Unions work for the members. You guys work for corporate.

They ve gotten bigger and bigger the past decade, and are starting to resemble more of a big bank. I don t recommend their credit card services; low rates, but subpar customer service. Try and call the visa stolen/lost card line right now - you ll see what I mean. They re starting to 3rd party out some of their customer support and it s awful no one on the lost/replace line speaks proper English. Maybe American Express has just spoiled me, but I prefer to handle any issues with one person acting as a liaison not playing telephone tag with multiple companies.

While we love our hometown credit union, we are very frustrated with how misleading the hours of operation are at each branch. For example, the North Fort Myers branch shows open until 1:00 pm on Saturdays but the only thing open are the ATMs (which doesn t help when we need to meet with a customer service rep in person for our banking needs) We hope Suncoast will consider differentiating it somehow on the website and google business listings for their members.

3 months of waiting for Suncoast to find out who scammed me of 1000 for them to turn around and let the fraudulent activities happen on my account i will be closing out this service amd never trusting them again!

pros: - app is great - rarely need to go to the bank because of the app - gave me a good car loan apr cons: - app won t let me do anything when my phone is in czech? have to switch to english for that

The worst bank EVER. They say their all that good hmmm not at all ATM are TRASHHHH never accept checks when deposit or cash not to say hos they block you account out of anything.......the people at the bank have nothing to do with thia complaint is more about their outdated system everything causes problems overthere....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE

My card would not work at a drive thru ATM. I went inside to inquire. Everyone so nice and helpful. I was given a new card and she walked with me to be sure it worked in less than 20 minn I was done ! Great service!

I went to the ATM today and was not able to deposit $20 on 6 occasions. What is the point of opening an account with your bank if you dont let bank? Is one of your employees trying to sabotage my account? Whats going on with this.

So unfortunate. I heard there is a change shortage so I thought I d bring in a big jar of change. What i didn t realize is they charge you (even members) to turn it in. I never in my life experienced members paying for such a thing... more so a credit union. On top of that it took them 12 minutes to process it into my account. Atrocious. I will say everyone was pleasant, but this amount of greed is terrible. Thank god I also bank through another credit union. Never will I deal with this one again.

a bank that after changing its format, does not let me know what the balance of my account is since all payments are pending due to the delay in the bank making the payment, it has ceased to be an efficient bank for me

Today I went in and spoke to a man name Cedrick and just as everything seemed to be going wrong, here s Cedrick. He answered questions about college that my high school counselor couldn t answer for TWO YEARS. He opened up doors for me that I gave up on trying to find. He went above and beyond what I d expect anybody to do, he assured me that he d be there to help make sure I d be able to start school and be able to pay for it without a bunch of loans. He was incredibly motivational and I can t thank him enough.

We used the service center to set up automatic payment for our car loan. The woman helping us was unfriendly, and didnt set the payment up right. We found out 2 days AFTER the due date, when we called to see why the payment hadnt drafted. If we werent diligent, this would have caused a late payment on my husbands credit profile. Useless!

This bank has been a nightmare. Banking with them is like pulling teeth. Anytime you need to get anything done it takes FOREVER to sit down with a banker. Their online teller system is terrible and useless. The people who work here are nice but also useless due to their new system. I am taking my money elsewhere.

It s nice to know that they look out for you against unauthorized charges, because they have caught a couple of transactions over several months that I may not have seen right away. I get a call right away, when something hits my account out of the norm , which is WONDERFUL, where my previous bank NEVER would have done this & never did. All I m saying is that I m glad they are looking out for me. It makes me feel safer!!

The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I really like going to this location because the drive thru has a new teller system that is very easy to use. I find it very convenient and safe. I recommend this location.

Really bad customer service. I went in to inquire of an auto loan. I signed in and waited...and waited...and waited. Two people came in after me were attended to ahead of me. Finally one rep turned to me, did not say hello or greet me except to say And you are here for? I said, Too long. She said, Oh, you havent been here that long. When I was finally attended to, I told that person (someone different) that you never ever tell a customer that they havent been here very long. She told me that it wasnt her that said it so what did I want. I left. Awful, disrespectful customer service. It has happened to me at this branch twice. Both times i was considering taking my banking business there. No chance now. Stay away. Go somewhere else.

Customer service was awful!! I was waiting in line for a hour and I was next then a lady comes in and complains that she s been waiting for 30 minutes and was immediately seen !!! Guess it s because I m black
