I usually hate going to the bank but the service here was AWESOME both time I’ve come in! From the second I walked in Ms. Tango had such a bubbly and kind personality I immediately felt comfortable and cared for. The first time I stopped by, Tina was very patient and helped me understand everything she was doing and what I needed to! The second time Charlene was just as awesome as Tina! This location has such caring and friendly representatives! Definitely recommend coming to this location vs the others in the area!

Customer service agents are almost always great. The problem is that there are too few of them. I am #10 in line which has not moved for ten minutes. There is one agent and one being trained. Also, dont do business banking here. They couldnt update my statements for syncing and balancing in Quickbooks for two months.

I went through the drive-through the teller failed to disperse the cash. I waited almost 30 minutes to get the problem, resolved a second teller named Jesse handled the mistake and did it very professionally kudos to Jesse. Your credit union is fortunate to have her. Recently I had accounts from suncoast that went delinquent and were closed. I called the customer service number and they were rude - its crazy how they treat you when you have 50k++ vs the opposite, without knowing a situation. The rep on the phone was very short, rude and said theyre going to charge you $2 per statement if you can pay that. lol - I went into this suncoast expecting the same treatment. As a former banker myself (yep Im not financially irresponsible), I have to brag on Dee, she is phenomenal. Dee is professional, personable & understanding. It was a quick interaction but I could see she cares about her community she serves. She left an impact on me. The best service Ive ever received from Suncoast, and I was a member for 9 years.

I was in an absolute rush!!!!! Very patient. Bank was empty with two tellers. One teller was killing it. The Teller with the glasses on was not so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 23mins to replace a debit card.. Holly cow! I was not amused. The busy Teller got done then offer me help.. Then slayed the line. The Teller with the glasses was there for the ride.

Ms. Da Rielle Mundle (Dee) assisted me for several hours over two days with a number of complex issues. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and took extra time to answer all my questions. The staff here are great. I had to come in to sort out a clerical mixup on my account a couple of times and each time staff members (Tango and Charlene) were so helpful. Understandably it was a simple error but I am glad we got it sorted out. The other staff members I interacted with also very nice and helpful and I do apologize I don t recall their names. For a situation I was anxious about and thought it would be hard to resolve was done easily and pleasantly. Thank you all!

The worst 6 tellers are only two working on a Friday day. More the 20 minutes on every customer. The ATM one is with devil sign sorry are out, and always I cant find a good ATM that does the job for me. Dumb I dont think so, if be me for having 3 different accounts with them, then. Love working with suncoast and have visited this bank many times but the representatives whose name I rather not say because both of them acted the same were unwelcoming and their demeanor was just negative. Walked right in expecting to wait in both lines because I had to deposit money and get a new debit card, due to me losing my wallet. Worked with Artie and he did everything for me he deposited my money in my account and helped with another deposit that needed to be done. On top of that he went and helped me with getting my new debit card and all of this took only 3 minutes. I am beyond shocked with how good the customer service is and how he wen above and helped me with everything I needed instead of me waiting in line to speak with a case manager at the bank. Great job Artie !

I banked with another institution for 11 years. Never had an issue. I heard wonderful things about Suncoast so I switched my business account with them. Last week I noticed someone cashed a $5,000 using a temporary check. Mind you I have never seen those before. I go to the branch the next day to resolve the issue. When I got home I realized that at the branch I was giving someones else temporary checks. I was so frustada at this point because that was most likely what happened to me. They were not careful enough. As a responsible person I went back to returned them and advise to be more careful. I got a new account number that I have not even memorized when more money was taken. I called immediately. They told me it was safe. I go today to the branch to find out that more money was taken this morning. Even after they had successfully secured it. I have a small business, I have to pay payroll and they are telling me that investing could take weeks if not even a month. I filed a police report because I do want them to find the thieve. But my main concern is the lack of the security, the neglect and all the time I had to waste to the same problems to happen again. At this point I am ready to close my account and go back with my tail between my legs to my previous financial institution. They way this was handled was very poor and obviously the staff doesnt not care enough about your information or your money being exposed and stolen. I am currently waiting for them to finish the process and I will update the review with the outcome them. From my experience I do not recommend them for a business account.

I then had the pleasure of working with Nasheye (teller) who deposited my other 2 checks explained about the hold and then went through the process with the check for interior work on my condo. I had the pleasure of working with a woman named Tango. I opened an account for my son. She went above and beyond in detail of the way we can use our mobile app. I have been a member since 2015 and never once was I told or informed on how to use the little tricks on the app. Not to mention to mention other programs they offer for a checking account. Mario and Melissa were very personable and friendly! They helped me set up a business checking account along with additionally providing digital business card advice that is outside the scope of what a normal staff member would do. They both went above and beyond my expectations and I m pleased to become a Suncoast Credit Union member thanks to their help.

Worst service ever don t know who the manager at this bank is but he needs to get under people. Went to the teller told me I was next in line there s somebody else goes in front have to wait 10 more minutes. Then when I asked somebody by the name of rose an attitude you weren t even doing nothing at your desk go rewind the cameras.
