This was our first time purchasing a MFSAB school bus posted on Ebay and it was a great experience. My wife and I live in Orlando, and we traveled to Fort Lauderdale to see the bus. Let me start by saying Becky Binnix is absolutely awesome. She bent over backwards to assist us through an out of state purchase. There are numerous things that have to be done and she was able to walk us through them all. She gave some instructions that made dealing with our lender much easier and the process proceed much faster and more smoothly. The van was better than I had expected. I drove it 11 hours coming home the day I purchased it and was quite impressed. Just an overall excellent experience with this dealership and Mrs. Becky. Thank you so much!!!

Scored a great deal on a rare 2011 low mileage w212 Benz. Becky is a genuinely nice person and great to deal with. She went out of her way to accomodate us. Dan was also helpful on initial call. The owners seem nice too. The car has passed my shop s test with flying colors. Thanks to these folks i now own one of the best examples of this vintage in the country.

We purchased a vehicle here in October 2023 and decided to fly down to pick it up. I shouldn t have ignored the red flags on arrival - deep scratches in both bumpers that weren t in the listing that had been covered up with white paint (didn t match the pearl white color of the car) and the lack of detailing - it had a ton of dog hair throughout! About an hour into the drive home the check engine light came on long story short - we ve had to replace the MAF sensor and then the PCV Oil Valve Trap, so far. It burns oil like you wouldn t believe - which is apparently a sign that the engine is bad. We got a lemon and are now upside down on it and stuck. I do NOT recommend or trust this dealership!

As well as answering any questions and they handled shipping all the way to Oregon. Car showed up in amazing shape and looked just like the pictures. They post tons of photos for all their cars so there arent any surprises for a buyer like me across the country. Their transparency eased any concerns I might have of buying from the other corner of the USA. Was able to get a great deal on 2014 Volvo XC90. Searching for a great car in todays market is not an easy job. I had a deal on another vehicle and called Keith and he met the price I needed on a color corvette I liked better. BUYER BEWARE..!!..I recently purchased a 2007 Corvette and was told that everything worked on the car..when I received the car in New York a number of things were wrong..the hood would not stay open..rear deck would not stay open..one wheel the chrome was peeling away..one rear tire had a screw in it and come to find out that neither rear tire would pass nys inspection as the sidewalls on both tires were all dry rotted..the headlight lenses were so yellow you could hardly see out of them...I know I purchased this car as is but I asked for a $ 50 dollar compensation towards the front and rear struts and they said I would receive it..nothing yet..LIARS. I WOULD STRONGLY suggest that you make sure you inspect any vehicle that you are thinking of purchasing from this outfit..!!!

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this place online. Had it shipped to Michigan. It had battery light on when it came off the truck. This was when the covid thing started.so after waiting a month to get it looked at they told me ecm bad. It was like that on there lot. They told me basically too bad to sad. I saved for two years to buy this Jeep that cant be repaired. Defiantly do not buy from this place they do not back anything up.

Dishonest car dealer, I bought a 2016 Van that they shipped to me and told me it was in perfect condition. The shipper brought the truck at 11pm in a massive rain storm. The driver seat had a rip in it and the battery was dead. The left side marker light was missing the cover, these things happen I get it. Well Keith said he would take care of it and never did. When I pressed and asked him to flat out pay for these repairs he started picking apart the 2011 I traded in and ask me to pay for potential needed repairs. All the while he already has my trade listed on Ebay for sale !! Very dishonest, they dont stand behind the product and I would never buy another car from them.. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from them. I provided a picture of the tear in the seat, it was far from a small tear. The seat repair along was over $600, then the battery and light which had to be ordered from Explorer vans was close to $400.. They DID NOT OFFER TO PAY ANYTHING !!! He did exactly as I said he started telling me what was wrong with my trade and the things they would have to fix.. I did not say my trade was perfect in any way shape or form !! Since you put it out there, you are listing my trade for $15K dollars more than you gave me for it.. It could not have been that bad !!! I paid a premium for a van that you said was perfect !! I got a van that was dead in the morning, a torn seat and broken lights. All of these things were just outside the camera angles in all the pictures, go figure.. I called you and you said you would take care of it.. YOU DID NOT TAKE CARE OF IT !! You are accusing me of giving you a inflated price, those came straight from local shops that I even asked you to pay them directly.. Instead you did not stand behind your product and now you are even being more dishonest in your reply.. I have all of our text, and emails if any consumer doubts what I am saying please feel free to reach out to me.. I will tell you how they picked up my vehicle with out bringing the one I bought, even asked me to send the title after they had all the money for the van I bought and didnt even send it yet.. Etc Etc Etc --- BUYER BEWARE !!!

Purchased an Acura MDX from them with only one key fob. The owner said he d do his best to locate the second one if there was one. Weeks later he mailed it to me along with the original users manual. He mailed it all the way to Hawaii. Keep in mind the sale was done, his company got my money, and I m 10,000 miles away in Hawaii. He took the time to do it, because he said he would. He could have easily never responded or told me he couldn t find it. Buying a used car is rough. It s used, it can break anytime. But at least you know that this company has good character and integrity. You know they are not deliberately trying to sell you something they know is bad. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

When searching for a used car I came upon one that Choice Auto had in stock. The pictures looked good, so I called Jean to express my interest. He assured me the car was as depicted and invited me to stop in and look at it. It took me a few days to get there, but he told me he would hold it unless I changed my mind. After looking at the car in person I committed to buy it and completed the purchase. Jean was nothing less than courteous and professional, along with the staff.

Ok... car has no brakes or clutch... electrical problems, no suspension and you doubled the shipping... you were aware of all the dangerous issues with this car, repaired nothing,and ignored some dangerous issues. My fault to for trusting you and not coming to see car but I never imagined you could be so sloppy. BBB and a webpage dedicated to your dealership being setup. Shame on you guys. I do the en car that the window motors were fried... it s my life you played with So folks... this is who you re dealing with. Be careful 27k... no brakes, clutch, window motors, falsely labeled engine and much more. I ll be posting a website showing all... and if you ship... do it yourself... they took a 350 ship charge and made it 700. I got the car in sept and still can t register till all is fixed. I got screwed.. my fault to but I got screwed

I got a good price on the car I purchased from Jean, The customer service before the sell was great! however less than 4 days into my new ride I had to add oil which was full synthetic and i also had to get an alignment, i dont understand how youre selling someone a car if youre a dealer and services have to be purchased just hours into your new vehicle. Be sure you check the interior and its condition as well. Dealer never informed me of interior condition until I got there and saw it for myself. A sticky liquid was spilled all over the center console making the climate control buttons very sticky and not wanting to function correctly. This stealer is a joke!

Purchased a vehicle here (sight unseen) that was supposed to be a 10 out of 10. I explained to Keith this was an investment purchase and I was putting this car into my collection. Keith assured me this car would exceed all my expectations. Keith and Jean had no idea this car had been repainted. (unacceptable) K&J didnt realize the HVAC system was bad either. (did they see the inside of this car? there is foam all over the floor.) K&J also didnt realize the glove box hinges were dangling and the glove box handle was broke. (did they even sit in this car?) I even found the 4 screws to install the glove box in the ashtray. (either they didnt know where they went, OR they never opened the ashtray. Hmmm, I bet it could be both) Now I am left to deal with this on my own. (which I will.) My newly purchased car that I paid full retail price for is actually a 7 out of 10, maybe. Lipstick on a Pig is what I get here. Be very careful dealing with Choice Auto Brokers, the inexperienced attention to detail can be very expensive. There vision of a 10 out of 10 is not accurate at all. Its been over a month and I am still waiting for the glove box they said they were sending me. (yeah right) Thanks for nothing guys, literally for nothing....

4.5/5 - Overall good experience thus far. Working with them was great and really easy. I specifically worked with Jean. I had the car shipped to NC. Ive had it for 2 weeks now and overall runs very well. There were some blemishes that were not disclosed prior to purchase, but thus far theyve been minor. When buying a used car especially 8+yrs old, you have to expect hidden blemishes. Just part of the game. I would recommend working with them and I would work with them again.

Bought a car, had it shipped. Showed up with bald tires and a missing piece of body trim that was not missing in the online pictures. Was promised a refund for the cost of the part, which was only $80, but after months of Keiths excuses and promises I have still not been reimbursed. Dont buy from them unless you see it in person, they will take your money and send you whatever they want and its your loss, not theirs. Oh, and it wasnt the shippers fault, he documented the missing part when he picked it up, meaning Choice Auto, or Northshore Autos / Keith M knew it was missing. Other than that the car is fine. Just wish people kept their word and could be trusted.

I bought a 2014 Porsche 911 from Keith and Jean and wow what a car. I have to tell you when I first called them and asked them to send me more pics I had them in 15 minutes I started to feel good about the purchase but still could be not to sure after all I was wiring 45,000 to them and wanted to make sure everything was good and on the up and up. They provided me a inspection service that came and looked at the car from Porsche and they gave it the 100% NO paint work no body work and issues that they could see . After the we purchased the Porsche Keith followed up to confirm that everything was to my satisfaction. I could not be more happy.

If I could put a zero star I would Ive had the worst experience with these thiefs and liars... I, purchased a 2005 Toyota MR2 Spyder from Choice Auto Brokers and I am very dissatisfied with the purchase I made. It s been more than a month now since I made the purchase on February 6, 2017. The car was dropped off on February 12, 2017 in San Antonio TX; it has been at Alamo Toyota for 3 weeks from February 13, 2017 thru March 6, 2017 and the car was not fixed due to a very expensive part that we could not pay for. As per Mr. Godern from the service department at the Alamo Toyota; he said that this car had previously mechanically issues and that the car had not been serviced for 2 years at any dealership according to the car fax. As per the diagnosed that was performed at the Toyota dealership, this car needed a very expensive part in order for the car to change gears, and the part he mentioned has a cost of $4000.00. I paid $542.59 for the diagnosed, the battery and the towing to the Toyota dealership there in San Antonio TX, and I still have to pay more money to bring the car to McAllen TX and to fix the car. I spoke to Keith numerous times that we were not satisfied with the purchase because he promised that the car was in excellent running condition and there was nothing wrong with the car when he purchased it from the auction. Keith also mention to me that the car was not serviced by any mechanic or a service dealership because he checked the oil and drove it for a few miles and the car was great. The car was only driven 6 miles and Keith said that the car was in excellent condition. I sent this email to Jean-Lou Ferrigno suppossively the manager, because they wanted a letter saying that I was not satisfied with the purchase so they could refund $500.00 back to my PayPal account for the money I spent at the Alamo Toyota in San Antonio and then Keith changes everything around and now he wants a letter saying that I need to state that after receiving a $500 rebate from Choice auto brokers I will be completely satisfied with the transaction and the sale will be final. I will handle and further restoration expenses on my own as I see fit. So I wrote him back saying I will put there that Im satisfied with the amount and I will do the rest of the repair on my own, but I can not put there that Im satisfied with the sale or the purchase because the car is not in the condition that Keith told us that it was, so Im sorry but thats all I can put on the letter, now if you dont want to issue the credit thats fine, but Im not going to lie on something you guys want me to lie. Im sorry but Im not a liar.. Keith asked for the receipt only and then he turns around and demands a letter saying Im satisfied with the purchase and Im sorry but I can not do that.. I have not heard anything from them after this message and just yesterday the mechanic who is working on the car here in McAllen TX told me that the transmission had no oil and I just hope that the transmission is not broken... I dont understand how people can be so cruel to other people that trusted them. I just hope someone can help me, so these thiefs and liars dont get away with this anymore and finally put a stop to them.

Do your due diligence before you buy from this place! They sold us a Lexus that they falsified information on and refused to work with on a resolution. It was not even road safe. Thread bare tires, leaking waterpump, bad timing belt. Took $3,000 to make it safe to drive...yet stated vehicle was in excellent condition!! In a good faith effort, we only asked for $1,500 reimbursement. Then Keith, the salesperson, blocked our calls. Very professional! Check BBB. Of course, they are NOT accredited, but there are still reports on file with the agency. Choice Auto is NOT a dealership! They do NOT inspect their vehicles.

I was a little nervous buying my Maserati sight unseen but Keith assured me this car was everything he claimed it to be.....and it was. He ALWAYS responded in a timely matter and answered my million questions I asked. Everyone was great!

Bought truck on ebay. They listed as good inside out. Inside was never cleaned. Trash, dog hairs, dog urine, YES urine, cig burns, dirts, mold. Outside was never washed. Oil stains, rear trunk trim falling off, tons of dents. Tire worn down to last 10%. They wont admit car was filthy. Offered return but ive spent 600 shipping 400 dealer fee and another 600 to ship back. All that fee that they wont refund.

I absolutely Love my Mercedes Benz G Wagon I bought from Choice Auto Brokers in Fort Lauderdale. I have all ready referred a co worker to them and she bought a really nice BMW. I highly recommend Choice Auto Brokers to anyone looking for a great deal on a nice luxury car or suv, they really treat you like family and make the whole buying experience easy and fun. I would not recommend this place. The only reason it gets two stars is because shipping was exceptional, good price and shipped quickly. However, upon receiving the car I purchased from them, it was clear they were less than honest with their advertisement, and any service after the sale appears to be non-existent. And by service after the sale, I mean a simple honest answer to an email question that would help in my future maintenance of this vehicle. Im not asking them to do anything that costs them money. So I find their unwillingness to be a slap in the face. The specific description of the car that I take issue with is following: Its in excellent shape inside and out, and it runs and drives better than when it was new. This is a top-quality build from an original 1972 MGB using the original body. It is designed and built to a high standard, with great attention to detail, using quality components. Now any reasonable person reading this description would think Hey, at least the brake lights work (hint: they didnt), or Hey, at least this car can legally be driven on public roads (hint: it cant, because brake lights and blinkers dont work). When someone says, better than new, that means these small things that are required to be able to drive and register the car actually work. Also, come to find out that the slave cylinder (which is a required part for shifting the transmission) needs to be replaced. When the ad says the car has a Sony AM/FM stereo with MP3 capability, a reasonable person expects the speakers to produce sound from that radio (hint: they dont). These are all easily discoverable items within two days of receiving the vehicle, and these are items that would have cost this auto broker less than $300 to find and fix. Lets be clear, Im not complaining about my purchase. I knew I was taking a risk buying this car from afar and inspecting it upon receipt. I just take issue with blatant dishonesty in the advertisement. People who hold themselves to high standards, as this company claims, dont do this kind of stuff. So, I just want others to be aware that when this dealer describes a car as being in Excellent Shape, built to a high standard, and better than new that means they are describing a car where present components dont work, the car cannot be legally driven on public roads, and integral pieces to the operation of the car may need replacement. By the way, they also do business under the name North Shore Autos or on their website and eBay as North Shore Sales and Leasing, eBay seller - northshoreautos.
