BIG BOB'S CARS

If I could put 0 stars I would my boyfriend and I purchased a car from here an 08' Impala. It only ran decent for literally the day we purchased it soon after the car AC stopped working and when we informed the staff that it stopped working, the only response we got was to roll our windows down is what he told my boyfriend. Keep in mind on the front gate of the car dealership they claim that they do free exchanges. A little after that, we noticed that there was a huge roach problem inside the vehicle. There were cigarettes inside the car and following all of those things, the transmission went out on the vehicle so we got the car towed back to the dealership in hopes that they would at least try to fix it or replace the vehicle instead they told my boyfriend that he had to pay well over $1000 just to get the car fixed which makes no sense and who the hell would pay $1000 to get a 08 Impala fixed we said screw it and left the car there and haven't looked back since please never waste your time buying a vehicle from these people they are total total scammers.

Do not buy a car here they sell flooded out pieces of junk. They put me in a 2010 dodge charger that over heated the next day. Then they switched me into a Toyota camery that didnt last one night then tried to insult my intelligence by saying I jump started the car wrong. When in reality they sell garbage.

I wanna speak on this Big Bob s Car lot. I was never late on a payment for my car and almost down with the payments when I got into an accident I brought the car to Bob cause he s the car dealership, the loan officer, and the mechanic on the same LOT. Gave an outlandish quote for the repair I told him I can find it else where and he proceeded to take my keys and tell me he s repossessing my car. I called the police and they told me it was going to be a civil matter. So I had to walk away from the dealership that I just drove into, how embarrassing. So the next thing I did was look him up on the BBB and boy has he done this to other people. Next was called Ashley Moody the Florida State Attorney.

I intentionally did not put my real name on here for personal purposes. I don t care how bad yall need a car DO NOT buy one from here. It may seem easy and ideal but anything that is easy isn t worth it! Go to AutoMax or shop around there s plenty of car places that will lease you a car without paystubs. Car Factory is an awesome car lot they will work with you and they have NEWER CARS. Bob intentionally sold me a bad car & I recorded him telling Mike that they knew the car had that problem but instead they acted like I caused the problem. Y all take the time and read the reviews he s very unprofessional & you see he had way more unsatisfied customer than satisfied. Save yourself the time, the money & the headache. Take the legal action against him he will eventually be OUT OF BUSINESS!!

Checked some cars out, guy was drunk yes maybe close to closing but still not right owner or not. Over price for junk, car didnt start and when it did he revved it to the point where he tried to blow it HIMSELF. Save your self time and money. Not worth the trouble. Need better management and cars

This place is a Scam!!!!! My mother purchased a car from these folks a few years back and they took her car back after her last car payment. She paid her car 3 days late and still they took her car and wouldnt return it. The payment posted and they lied saying it never did even though we had the paperwork. We couldnt afford an attorney at that time. These people take advantage of low-income folks. Theyre alcoholics, drinking on the job. Use foul language. Unfortunately I financed a vehicle from here looking to improve my credit.Gave Bob 2k down and before the end of the month he put my car up for repossession due to a $200 dollar drop off fee(even tho the car wasn t dropped off) I let bob know it would be paid after they fixed the horn and ac or with my first payment which ever came first Bob proceeded to call me the one of the worst types of creditors there were and told me that I was 2 weeks behind payment which indeed was not true. Sad situation because I m young and have 3 children and now I m out of 2k plus and no car . This is my experience with this company do what you will with that information

Affordable monthly rates 2. In-house financing 3. No credit checks 4. Low down payments 5. Only place that offers a warranty on used cars (500 miles or 1 week... I have never run across a used car dealership that offers a warranty) 6. I had a few challenges with my credit from covid .. I have been driving past Big Bobs on sunrise Blvd saw his sign . Went in met Mike the sales rep NO B.S he showed me a few pickups and he recommended the one Im driving now. Mike tells it like it is My credit was sin the tank after 40 years. First and foremost I would steer clear of this dealership . I was desperate for a car and went to big bobs. They don t clean the car before I purchased it, and they also didn t allow me to test drive it. Bob told me I had to make payments In cash or I had to Zelle it to him which was kind of odd. I always paid with cash. A couple times after going in to make payments Bob asked me if I was a stripper because of all the cash I had (I have on video). He also made multiple comments about my clothing and appearance . I missed a payment by 1 day because I was planning on returning the car ,and Bob called all of my references telling them he is looking for me and how I skipped out on payments. This place is very unprofessional and I would avoid it at any cost.

I got a car from Bob and if anything went wrong with it I could call him and take it to the lot and pay less than I would anywhere else. I lost my job and was barely able to keep up on my payments but as long as I kept in touch with him and let him know what was going on he worked with me. A lot of people are complaining about his business but honestly those are probably people who tried to hide the car and ducked his phone calls. I ve never known anyone to be as nice in the car business. I just paid off my car last week actually three months early and as soon as they open today I will be there to get a suv!!

Horrible company full of lies! Horrible people! I purchased a vehicle that was infested with roaches. Vehicles are glued together with gum, secretary barely seems awake and like she is in under some sort of influence. Owner s are crooked cheap vehicles with no value whatsoever. I broke down in. 2008 Lexus ES and paid $300 out of pocket to fix when I informed the owner the vehicle was no longer working he mailed me a letter of notice to sale the vehicle in a few days. Bob is a really great guy that knows the car business and really is there to help people that typical dealers wont work with. He is fair and very honest. If you dont have credit or cant show income it really isnt a problem, Bob will always help you out. Ive bought a car from him and sent a lot of friends who didnt have credit or a regular job and Bob has always helped them get into a car at a really affordable payment. All I can say is, give him a chance you wont be disappointed.Thank God through the pandemic they are still open to fix any problems I have with my car!

Bob has all the cars you want to see. Definitely the best place to walk to, but drive home. The staff are really nice and helpful too! Ill be back to buy another car, for my daughters graduation for sure!

This place needs to be closed down ASAP. He does fraudulent business, illegal repos, botched repairs, and he s not in the proper state of mind to still run a professional business due to his age and mental ability to operate. Don t ever get a car from here even if you think the deal is great. He sales a good story in the beginning but doesn t live up to any of what you think you re getting!

I ve never purchased a car from Big Bob Cars so you don t have to check your system for my name. I m very real and have read mostly all of your reviews and know of people who have went to you to purchase a vehicle. I don t make my decisions based on what others have to say but solely on how my information is being handled. Nothing seems to be confidential with your business and your unprofessional for a lot of reasons but mainly for calling all your previous customers who had a bad experience a deadbeat. I mean you re literally researching every bad comment name in your system to see if they ever purchased a vehicle from you only for you to expose them. It s like you prey on the one s in need and that s down. Smh I will NEVER do business with Big Bob Cars and I hope someone take the necessary steps.

Bob is a racist the car I got was a 08 Honda Accord the car had problems bob told me bring it back so the mechanic can fix it after I got the car I washed it full the tank got windshield wipers n little accessories when I went back to pick up the car he told me he s not release the car back to me after he fixed what he need to didn t give me any reason so I asked for my deposit back he acted like he didn t want to give it back to me until I said police I don t recommend anyone to purchase from him

I bought my first car from Bob, 10 years ago. I was a young kid, had no credit. I was 19 and nobody would finance me, but I was young and independent and Bob saw that. Bob was the only one who gave me the opportunity to get a car loan. All my friends and family have had great experiences with Bob as well.

Big Bobs Cars was great to me. The employees there were very helpful and friendly. Not only was their down payment the lowest in town they also answered all of my questions quickly and made the process so easy that I was able to drive off with my new car that same day. I am very happy with my new car, no one else would let me get into a new car due to my terrible credit but Big Bobs made it happen!

These people are the biggest crooks on earth just a warning people you can do what you want with your money but these people will rob you legally and illegally technically the owner worked in townhall back in the days so he has contracts where he can keep your deposit just know that Bob will ROB you he will let you get to end of your contract almost paying your car off and then TAKING it back in the END under contract technicality. JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Not a good place at all they eill literally Rob you of your money if you can read this domt even come at all I repeat THEY WILL ROB YOU i putchased a hyundai sonata about 3 weeks ago long story short they have contracts thats completely dirty they will take their car back and in most cases im finding out from others they will keep all your deposit they kept hapf of mine dirty dirty place they smile and rob you.

Not a good place to do business. Its good to support small business, but some of these small business people will use their knowledge and experience to rip you off if youre a inexperience customer. A friend of mine bought a car from this lot for me and everything was going fine until six months after we started hearing that I wasnt legal to drive the car because we werent living at the same address, while in the first place we both presented our drivers license which had two different addresses on them, but they overlooked that until six months after they started making that be an issue and the car dealer gladly used that as an reason to take back the car so that he can re sell it to make more money. So sometimes its better to use big car dealer who would be willing to guide you through the right process. My advice is to always do your research first or get someone with experience to help you, because some of these dealers will use your slightest mistake to rip you off and there wont be nothing that you can do about it because they knows the legal route.

Make sure you check the whole car first when you get a car from that place . After I brought it I needed 4 new tires and a new bumper . somebody did a sloppy job by trying to fix the bumper with wood nails and they would not do anything about it . Only six months since I got the car but I needed to fix a lot of things.

Went into Big Bobs looking for a Honda CRV he didnt have one on the lot but was able to locate one for me. Best of all it was in the color I wanted and the price was awesome. The down payment was so low I added more to it. It drives like a dream and payment is reasonable financing was effortless. And you know youve picked a good one when you take your car to be serviced and the mechanics tell you how good youve kept your it has low miles and is in awesome running condition.
